Having just had two rings resized and some repair work carried out to the mounts of one of those, I have no hesitation in recommending Hatton Jewels. The whole process was courteous and friendly, with excellent communications throughout from Gemma, despite the lockdown restrictions limiting us to email conversations and rings through the post. (...and one of the rings was purchased from HJ many years ago - the shop's just as good as the online service!)

I'd sent a view photos in and the design was utterly perfect coupled with one of the most beautiful diamonds I have ever seen. It's been almost a year since I bought my fiance's engagement ring from Hatton Jewels but I will never forget the excellent service, absolutely rapid turnaround (the ring was ready within days of the first viewing) and how they made the experience completely stress-free and joyful. The ring itself is perfect, my fiance was blown away by it and we always get complimented on it by friends and strangers alike. Becki was incredible: attentive and understanding, and knowing exactly what I wanted for the ring. She and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful and we could not be happier with the ring! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an engagement ring or any bespoke jewellery, you could not ask for better service or quality.

Like a lot of people I knew very little about buying an engagement ring and it was a potentially daunting prospect - but they put me at ease very quickly with their friendly and professional manner. I ordered my wedding ring from Hatton Jewels, you can order online but also make an appointment to see them in person at their premises just behind Hatton Garden. I knew nothing about wedding rings but they were very helpful in showing me different styles until I found the right one. It only took a couple of weeks to make and I was very impressed when I first saw it. My fiance liked it so much that the one we had already bought for her was returned and we order the same (but smaller and thinner) from Hatton Jewels. In short, great service and a great product!

The employee I met with, Sophie, was extremely helpful - she spent a lot of time and effort finding the perfect stone for me and then took my feedback on ring design and produced exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured to buy and was given many options at every stage. This was the best ring shopping experience I had by far.

Exceptionally good service. I was a bit worried to place an order as expensive as the one I did, but the staff could not have been more re-assuring and nice. There was no hard sell, unlike some of the shops in Hatton Gardens. Instead I found a very professional one-on-one service, with no pressure and was explained everything I needed to know. Order was ready on time and looks no different than one I would order at Tiffany's. Paperwork issued too.
