Poor. The staff had not much of an idea about which beers were vegan. The food on the website bore absolutely no resemblance to the offerings in the pub as the chef team had changed but the website hadn't. The vegan options consisted of the same black bean concoction done several ways. I plumped for the vegan scotch egg which was not round or breadcrumbed or anything like a scotch egg as it was a flat layer of black bean stuff inside a ciabatta! Won't be returning in a hurry.

Nice beer, good atmosphere and a variety of games consoles to play with. A pint and a bottle of beer for over £10 though seemed a bit steep, no wonder pubs are struggling to stay in business.

The hare and hounds has everything you could possibly need, wide selection of beers and spirits accompanied by the outstanding little blue smokehouse chefs.. The food is without a doubt the best I've experienced in the country let alone Brighton

Great selection of ales, plenty of space during the day for families to enjoy a few afternoon beers before the evening crowd come in.
Live DJ, good sized outdoor area and a mind boggling number if ales and ciders.

Nice pub with excellent selection of beers (some are expensive but that's the cost of good craft beer over the tasteless high volume rubbish). Loved my Jucy Lucy Burger. The DJ played a real mix to add to the atmosphere. Thanks guys

The dealt with a group of 22 lads on a stag very well!! Food got a little mixed up and staff attitude could of been more upbeat. Good facilities and location was perfect

Excellent food (la choza Mexican!) and good choice of beers and spirits! My only criticism is the bar staff seem to be in a world of their own and in no hurry to serve anyone (so could wait a little while) but don't let this put you off!!

Craft beer + burritos = happiness! Good vibe, surprisingly large outdoor space and a massive draft beer collection. This place is one of our favs. The only downside is that the beer is a bit spendy.

Left waiting at bar to be served while staff chatted to friends. No tongs for lime in drinks and barman then used hands. staff could not clearly confirm price of dinks ?? " All around the same " he said !!!!
