Cheap and cheerful. The pub itself is quite soulless but the huge number of locals creates a homely atmosphere.

Ordered 2 pub classic brunches.
All the food besides the sausages were stone cold, the bacon was rubbery and hard.
They had forgotten to put 2 sausages instead on 1 on both orders.
This was a birthday treat, and im very disappointed.

Wetherspoons pub so cheap and cheerful food, good value for money. Drinks are priced well. Only complaint is tables don't get wiped down enough so sticky and floor is left messy. Staff are friendly but could do with proper queue at bar for food.

Me and my brown girlfriend walked in and everyone kept looking at her, nothing but gammons in there. Also we had to pay twice because someone behind the till got pricing on the first order wrong.

Lovely Wetherspoons pub! Friendly Bar staff and wonderful food from the Chef's in the Kitchen. Very reasonable prices, I thoroughly recommend this establishment. Special thanks to Duty Managers "Rosie, Lucy, Jess, Joss and Rick. Also grateful thanks to team leader "Luca" and Bar staff "Max, Matt, George, Louisa, Anna and Hannah. Excellent all round service! Most Wetherspoons do what they say on the factory standard façades and interiors - a massive selection of food and drink at bargain prices. The Cliftonville is no exception and is a welcome addition to the happy bustle of Hove's George Street. On the.less sunny side, it is small compared to.most chain megapubs and hence often crowded and with uncleared tables and a general grubbiness that is a badge of it's popularity.

This pub is the cheapest for drinks and food in Hove very hardworking staff who never stop sometimes a bit of wait to be served. But look at how much you paid and remember that it would cost more if they employed more staff Food has always been good.

I'd have to say this is possibly the worst Weatherspoons I've been in for atmosphere.
This is the place people go to die (I'm just surprised their hasn't been more deaths in here).
The food is exactly what you expect from Spoons: badly made, taste pretty nice, incredible price but just the atmosphere is enough to kill any good mood you may be in.

Had a few beers in here over the weekend and the staff were fantastic. Had a great laugh over the wording on a "coffee machine broken" sign. Food was standard Spoons, drinks were very good. Great place for some real ale.
