Service in ladies was great bought some boots (rilans in snake print) assistant was really helpful, lovely and we had a laugh too !! Far superior customer service to my last 3 visits at floral street store! I will go back simply just because of her service.

Great store split on two levels, gents ground floor and ladies upper ground level.
The store has a nice feel and a good selection of goods. It is well laid out and uncluttered.
For a store such as this however, I would expect a little more professionalism from the staff. Upon each visit it appears that they congregate for discussions amongst themselves and pay little attention and even hard to get their attention if required.
Click and collect is from the menswear department, again be prepared to wait for staff to help and serve. Hence why I am knocking two stars off the review.
Buying Ted Baker products comes with the expectancy that staff are there for customers and not to spend time chit chatting amongst themselves on the shop floor.

As i just visited London over the weekend i enjoy going into Ted Baker to shop as they have more nicer things. I decided to buy a jacket and a skirt. they Jacket they had but the Skirt i had to order.
The shop assistant told me that they deliver NEXT Day to my hotel and there should not be any problem to get this to me by saturday. Saturday came I was excited to get the skirt i ordered. However NO skirt. the tracking of shipment also do not work online and the email they send you with the click here do also not work.
As sunday arrived and still no Skirt I went into the store on my way to the airport and there they could not help me future. they promised to give me a call on Monday to sort this out. Then Monday came no call from either the store or the customer service. today the package arrived to my hotel (not really next day delivery) and the hotel will charge me to send the package to Germany. I called customer service and asked if i could get the money back for the shipment but No can do. Rather they would ask me to return it to them (that also will cost me money .daaaaa), and then for me to re order it. I am really disappointed by the store and the ted baker customer service that i spend so much money in the store and they can not refund my the shipment cost. overall also the no feedback from the store or the customer service. seems like both ends find it hard to keep up with their promises. why offer next day delivery or promise to call a customer when you cant hold the promise.

Great place for men's clothes. Good quality and interesting designs, and there service is always great. If you've got a bit of cash, have a look in Ted Baker, it'll be good experience even if you don't come out with anything.

I was served by a lovely gentleman named Keiran in formal wear. I was looking for a suit for my best friend's wedding and he helped by advising me on what the current range offered, what was new and helped me pick a suit that would "suit" me. Really would like to commend him as he showed great enthusiasm and was more than happy to help me. Great store to visit as there are many options to meet everyone's needs. Five stars!

Some of the best customer experience I've had in a while. Went in to see if I could have a replacement button for one that popped off a jacket of mine. The manager reviewed the coat, and without question offered me to take a brand new one as a replacement.
Really above and beyond what I expected.

The actual shop is very nice with a great lay out. However, I travelled to Covent Garden to buy a bag in the grey colour, which I took to the counter. It was a few hours later when I decided to unwrap the bag which is when I realised that they had given me the black colour. Therefore, I had to find my way back and ask to change the colour. The same woman served me and didn't apologise, instead she started asking for my student discount again which wouldn't load. They laughed when we said we had a train a catch and weren't helpful at all. This ruined my trip to Ted Baker which I was very excited about and I will not go back to the Ted Baker at Covent Garden.

I love the Ted Baker brand the designs are absolutely amazing. I love the pastel colours that the designer uses and I like the way the accessories match the clothes. The little going out bags are to die for.
This particular shop is not in a prominent place but it does have a good range of clothes.
However I am not very keen on the decoration of the shop. The music theme has taken over and it is overwhelming to the senses.
However the quality of the clothes are the same and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Shop looks very clean and sounds positive. The manager Giusy was very polite helpful and understanding!!!! She helped with my problem very eficiently and on very professional way. Her customer service skills amazing and impressive. Thank you for your help and customer orientated attitude, you reinstated quality of Ted Baker brand in my mind.

Ted Baker does boutique shops very well. Their standard high street branches are often disappointing but the boutiques have a classier assortment and some more outstanding pieces. I like the waistcoats, some of the more formal shirts and the ladies' summer dresses. If you're a tourist visiting the UK then this is a good place to go to get a feel for trendy youth fashion with a healthy serving of British class.

Nice stuff, nice staff and amazing ambient. Prices are maybe too much if not on sale but #### is nice. Staff like in Slefridges and Harrods - enjoy their looks and don't ask questions that don't involve their fashion sense.

The staff in the women area is not that friendly. One of them even didn't wrap my cloth and just put the dress into a plastic bag. Although I still like their brand and design, hope their customer service can improve!

My favourite, flagship Ted Baker store in the UK. The staff are always excellent and can't do enough to help you find that special item. I struggle to leave the store without buying something! I swear they also have lots of items here that aren't available on their website to order!

Great clothes. A dwcent range for tall (2M) peole like me. Really helpfull staff who measured ne and offered advive on post service tailoring for my unusually wide chest which they assures me was possible do to their generous seams. The guy had a good idwa of rhe fits I needws just by looking ne up and down Advice on how to get items in xilors tjey didnt stick from tbeur web site by fitting me with simlar items but in thw wring color. Without promptig got me a glass of ice water because I lookws hot and bothered. The staff in there rock at their jobs. Im not sure of the name of the young dude at the flag ship store who served me but he was a legend.
