On more than one occasion the clinic has been able to find time to see me with little notice and Dr Holness has always provided professional and friendly service. In particular getting me through a difficult few weeks with work and exams when I was struck with tooth ache at the worst time!

My experience with London City Dentists exceeded my expectations. Dr Holness has exceptional hands and pays exceptional care and attention in his work and finished my tooth like no other dentist - he is a rare professional who can be trusted 100%.

Dr Holness was extremely experienced, there was practically no pain during my tooth extraction surgery; and also quite surprisingly, I have experienced almost no pain in the days following the surgery as well. Recommend for anyone looking for tooth extractions with minimal pain.

I've been inspired to write this review based on the changes made to my smile made over several months in preparation for my wedding. Dr Wayne has done exceptional
work, I have a new confidence and find myself smiling so much more! He managed to achieve this by building up my teeth and filling in gaps by hand with composite resin, effectively saving me ££££'s as we didn't use veneers or porcelain. I am very grateful to Dr Holness and his team, Loredana and Oxana, for taking such good care of me. I nearly had to have a root canal done after a less than perfect filing done at another service which was avoided thanks to Dr Holness. It was a pain-free experience which I was very impressed with. I would also recommend their service for anyone considering nightguards. The one I received fitted perfectly and already used to it after a couple of nights.

Soon after my arrival in London, a mild discomfort started. The doctor's assistant somehow made the time for the dentist to see me. Going to the dentist during COVID 19 had left me with a lot of anxiety, but needing to have a tooth extraction was outweighing the anxiety.
From the moment I arrived at the practice the safety measures that where in place where of the highest standards and immediately gave me confidence and reassurance.
I was very nervous about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr Holness was extremely kind and professional, making me feel respected and heard. He took a lot of time and attention in explaining the procedure and giving me reassurance over what would take place with his obvious wealth of knowledge.
His professional approach and skill was invaluable but accompanied with obvious kindness was priceless as I was able to relax and not feel anxious.
The availability of his after care has been invaluable in giving me reassurance in what to expect and how to best care for tooth extraction.
As a psychotherapist I work with many patients who have anxiety over dentists and indeed it is often difficult to find a good dentist.
However from my own experience I would highly recommend Dr Holness as he showed first-hand how his patient approach gives the best possible care for patients with diverse needs.
My utmost gratitude to Dr Holness and appreciation to his team who were also extremely kind and helpful.

I’ve been seen by dr. Holness for a broken front tooth and bite adjustment. I entered the surgery doubting if there was anything to be done to save what was left of my tooth. Needless to say the result is way beyond my expectations. I couldn’t believe how well prepared, nice, professional and carefull dr. Holness and Lori, his nurse were. A friend recommended Dr. Holness. I am a visitor in London. I visited because of a toothache. But because of the time and interest he dedicated to my case, he discovered how a painless tooth was the link to a 6-year old sinusitis problem that many previous otorhinolaryngologists had missed. The day after the root canal the sinusitis and headaches disappeared, and after two months, are still gone. That is patient care and attention to detail, and Dr. Holness is the best dentist I've ever had.

Dr Holness and the team at London City Dentists really stepped up in my 2 moments of need for emergency dental work. They managed to organise next day appointments for me in a very busy time for them. The treatment was painfree, and Dr Holness managed to reconstruct my tooth, avoiding the need for a root canal. I had an accident during playing sport and one of my crowns needed re-cementing. I found Dr. Holness online and i'm very happy that i did as i became his patient about a year ago. Dr. Holness and his staff are super nice and very helpful and patient, always takes time to explain the procedure and despite being quite nervous patient, I feel very comfortable with him. If only i could i would give him 6 stars i would, as he saved couple of my teeth and fixed my night-guard, which I can now very comfortably wear. I highly recommend him and his practice

so just like you I had a problem with my teeth well my front tooth to be exact looked at all the reviews on this dentest and taught yea right some one has just put these up to make the place look good any way I booked in yesterday and got an appointment today .. After years of visiting different dentists, I was so happy to find London City Dentists. In one appointment, Dr. Wayne Holness painlessly eliminated the shooting pains I had been experiencing for years by carefully and meticulously adjusting my bite. My whole mouth now feels really comfortable.
Money very well spent; you definintely get what you pay for.
I was so impressed with the efficiency and care received, I enquired about having my teeth whitened. I must admit, I was not looking forward to teeth impressions being taken and wearing uncomfortable whitening trays overnight but I needn't have worried. The whole experience was actually quite relaxing, the trays have been very comfortable and the results have been amazing.
Highly recommended 6* treatment!

Had an accident and broke my tooth during vacation in Europe. Fortunately I found London City Dentists, which is only 2 min walk from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They managed to give me a quick emergency appointment within 2 hours. Dr Wayne Holness did an excellent job in reconstructing my tooth. He was very patient and explained the condition well. I had a follow-up check with my dentist in NYC - even he said Dr Holness did an amazing job!

Extremely polite and professional, Dr Wayne Holness has done an absolutely fantastic job helping me begin to resolve a wisdom tooth issue, and in spotting that a few-year old seal over a "stain" was not, in fact, a stain at all. I'm so grateful that he investigated this further and was able to resolve the hidden issue for me before it came to a root canal job.

After experiencing very painful headaches and pain on the right side of my face and mouth, I suspected an infection or abscess and felt sure that some major intervention would be necessary. Wayne did a thorough examination, took X-rays, analysed the various possibilities and determined that actually the problem was actually due to uneven biting causing undue pressure on a few molars. Wayne spent an hour and a half analysing my bite, filing down a few teeth, and adjusting my bite. Headaches gone, bite now feels a lot more comfortable and all without the need for any surgery. Top job, Wayne, as usual and many thanks.

Very neat and through treatment that I have ever had.
No other dentist found that I had a grinding teeth at night but this dentist.
I had kind of full treatment (as I was mostly covered by Denplan), general cleaning, deep cleaning and the "night guard" to protect my front teeth from grinding.
Night guard was perfectly fitted and had no issue sleeping at night. And also surprisingly felt the difference of the quality of sleep from the day one.
I have been putting the night guard for 2weeks now and feeling much better (less stiff shoulders etc.).
Highly recommended.

I have been going to London City Dentists for a few years now - I had trouble finding the right dentist and when I went to London City Dentists, I was delighted. I might even say I enjoy going to the dentist now! The surgery is state of the art, located conveniently in the City close to Aldgate & Tower Hill stations and you are looked after by an exceptional dentist. Wayne always treats whatever treatment he doing (be it routine examinations and cleaning or major procedures) with the utmost care and attention to detail. I cannot recommend London City Dentists more highly. If you are looking for a dentist that will change your view of going to the dentist to an enjoyable experience, in which you have complete confidence in the quality of treatment, Wayne is your man.

Wayne is a great dentist who appreciates a City professionals expectations and schedule constraints. I have been seeing Wayne for a number of years and wouldn't consider moving anywhere else, even if I had to travel further to my appointments.

Despite my best efforts, I have had an increasing number of problems with my teeth over the past few years. With my latest bout of pain, I decided to have a number of intensive sessions to salvage my teeth and restore a bit of self confidence.
Wayne and the team at London City Dentists spent hours fastidiously rectifying a number of problems with my teeth. All the time I was there I felt comfortable (almost falling asleep in the chair at some points) - completely at odds to my experiences at other dentists.
Wayne has really transformed my mouth, and I couldn't recommend the practice more!

Wayne Holness has taken super care of my teeth for over 15 years. Not only professional and very empathetic, I often felt I was his only client – and nearly always his favourite! This was especially so when I injured a front tooth in a fall. His concern and reassurance was palpable – I’ve rarely felt in safer hands. The tooth survived, at least partly thanks to Dr Holness.

Is it possible to enjoy going to the dentist? Well my experience at London City Dentists could certainly be construed as enjoyment! The surgery is state of the art, located extremely conveniently in the City and you are looked after by an exceptional dentist. Is a dental genius! I'd suffered from chronic neck and jaw pain for many years... I thought that it was connected to my back. During a routine visit with Dr. Wayne after his careful investigation he'd uncovered my teeth clenching habit during the night, as a result I had 3 cracked teeth!
Dr. Wayne suggested that I be fitted with a mouth guard, at first I was a bit worried and unsure that I couldn't mange wearing something while I slept. After wearing it for just one night the pain that I had experienced for so long- had all but disappeared.Dr. Holness is a miracle worker! He will be my dentist for life.
