Really amazing experience. I am a very nervous patient but Dr.Valilas and his assistant were so good with me and made me feel really comfortable. I had avoided going to the dentist for a long time. Also i got an appointment really quickly to suit my time and needs and always upfront about costs. I really recommend.

I cannot recommend Dr. Wahab Shakir highly enough.
He treated my mother who is in a wheelchair with the utmost respect, sensitivity and care.
The service was excellent and I feel reassured that my mother is so happy with her dentist!

I have been in London for two years and have had to go to the dentist twice for quite important operations (a root canal treatment and an extraction)
The staff of the clinic is kind and efficient, I immediately felt in good hands.
Dr. Fabrizio Castellari is simply one of the best dentists I've ever had: serious empathic and able to work in total absence of pain.

Stumbled across the practice after a Google search for emergency dentists. Called yesterday and went in today. I was very impressed with the service received. Friendly reception/dental nurses too. Have been in agony with a crown infection for a few days and my dentist today was great. Very professional, communicated the problem clearly and provided a remedy. Thank you Ioannis. My usual dentist cannot see me until next week. So Museum Dental Suites definitely came to the rescue. Will be using their services again going forward.

I have been a patient for the last year and I have always been satisfied with the treatments I received.
The dentists, their assistants and the receptionist are friendly, informative and very professional.
The clinic is modern and well equipped.
I recommended this clinic to all my friends and few of them went there. They were extremely pleased- and I must say that I wasn’t surprised.

(DON'T GO HERE) I had the most terrifying experience here. Had wisdom tooth extraction from Dr. Marios, which ended up cracking the adjacent molar tooth. When I went back, the response I got from the main dentist was that it could happen from a complicated surgery and the surgeon did a "good" job in removing this. If this can be said as a good job, they have a terrible standard. I received no explanations or apologies regarding this and had to pay extra for the filling. On top of that, the surgeon was very careless on my jaw joint and was just pushing and pulling so hard for the whole hour, this resulted in jaw joint disorder. Also, I still have the pain on other teeth and noticed that the other molar tooth is also dent and there is cavity growing. Whether or not this resulted from the surgery, I've asked the surgeon and the main dentist to check up properly because I couldn't exactly point out where the pain is coming from. Both dentists either 'simply ignored the request' or 'did not notice the issues', which means they are terrible in either way. My jaw still clicks when I try to eat and now I have to go to a specialist. I am not going back to this terrible place and ended up going to a different practice. Not recommended at all.

Fantastic service and a great dentist. I needed a wisdom tooth out the day before I was due to travel abroad and Wahab saw me at short notice and took care of it for me. No pain or side effects and I was able to enjoy my holiday as planned. Would highly recommend to all.

I cannot recommend Dr Wahab and his team enough. I have been going here for 3 years for dental check ups and the odd filling. All have been completed flawlessly including some rather tricky fillings at the back of my month. Even better they offer early morning and evening appointments which fits in with my schedule.
I have recently completed Invisalign treatment. Unlike other quotes I got, Wahab was honest from the start, saying I only needed liners on the lower set of teeth and provided great care and advice from start to finish, despite a gap due to COVID-19. I am beyond delighted with the results!
If you are looking for a great, detail orientated dentist with integrity and a sense of humour Museum Dental Suites is the place to go.

This review is for Wohab: a truly fantastic dentist almost impossible to replace in London.
Wohab is extremely detail-oriented and will truly spend considerable time and energy in satisfying his customers and providing excellent care. Always happy to answer ALL questions even when confronted with customers like me who tend to question a lot
I have never met a dentist like Wohab and it seemed an impossible task in London as many dentists are just into sales and maximising profits with poor ethics!
Wohab is the opposite: efficient, honest, impeccable and committed. He has a lot of passion for his profession which clearly shows in his work and the overall experience he provides. Extremely kind and caring too and his team of nurses is also very good. I would rate 6 stars if I could!

I wanted to have my teeth straightened. I’d had them done as a child but because I didn’t wear the retainers they went back to their crooked position. I’ve just had a course with invisible braces at Museum Dental and this time I will be wearing my retainer!

I do not recommend this practice as my cousin had a terrible experience here. Her wisdom tooth extraction surgery did not go perfectly well, which made her tooth broken, so she had to visit the dentist again and pay for the filling. Also, she’s now in pain from the jaw, as the surgeon was careless during the surgery and almost dislocated her jaw.
Their response to her was very inappropriate and just told her these things can happen. She found out that there was even cavity in her other tooth. The dentists here didn’t even notice this when she asked several times to check up properly because of her pain. Now she’s gone to a different dentist and still in pain from the surgery and their negligence

The kindest and most professional dentist I have seen in London. Not only the dentist, but also the other staff. I may have been very unlucky, as most reviews I see are positive, but my experience was terrible.
2 years ago I had to find urgently a dentist as I was in pain. I went to Museum Dental Suites and after trying to do a filling, which diodn't solve the issue I had to go back for a root canal treatment. 1 year later I go to another dentist as I am having some discomfort on the same tooth. They tell me that the root canal is not properly done and is very clear that hasn't been done by an specialist. As this was a very expensive treatment I wanted to have a second opinion before doing anything so I went to a different dentist who confirmed exactly the same and recommended to do the root canal again. So in the end I had to have the root canal done again, this time with an specialist, and pay a second time for a very expensive treatment.
I would definitely avoid this clinic, especially for anything other than a regular checkup or maybe a simple treatment. They are also on the higher end of the pricing bracket which don't deserve at all.

I have had a phobia of dentist for eight years. I saw Wahab Shakir for treatment and was put completely at ease. He understood my phobia and gave me a detailed assessment of my teeth with x-ray. He spent time and patience carefully cleaning my teeth so that I could tolerate it. Very professional and reassuring, I really cannot recommend enough. I am so grateful and relieved to have found a dentist I am able to have treatment with.

An amazing experience from the first telephone call with the gentleman over the phone to the first appointment with an amazing dentist and assistant! Having tried so many dentists and them all stating the wrong treatments or not caring and doing a quick job. I have been undertaking a cosmetic treatment (Invisalign) for around eight months here, off the back of a recommendation of a friend who had the same treatment. The professionalism and perfectionism with which my treatment was delivered was outstanding, as was the general service and were all of the staff I encountered.
My dentist Dr. Wahab Shakir was particularly great, with a friendly, reassuring manner and an eye for detail. He always went above and beyond, without ever being asked.
I'm now almost at the end of my treatment and couldn't be more pleased with how treatment has gone. Given the service and end result I'd also consider it excellent value for money.

Firstly what a great dentist, all the staff were friendly and very helpful as this was my first time here.
I had called for an emergency appointment due to a sudden cracked tooth and Dr Wahab Shakir despite the end of day fast approaching (30 minutes till close) he said he would see me.
The treatment was not straight forward due to the crack but Dr Shakir after a lengthy time managed to save the tooth/restore it and prevent what I believe most dentists would have done which install a crown - Thank you!
Highly recommend this dentist and service and I am grateful for not only seeing me within an hour but also staying passed closing time and finally for doing a Stella job.

Had an emergency appointment (I think it was pretty much next day after I chipped my tooth - although it was a dead tooth anyway, so wasn't in any pain while waiting). The dentist gave me options (either to recover the tooth with permanent filling or a better long term solution of a crown, especially due to my tooth circumstances and history). Went for the crown option and had a temporary filling on that day to temporary restore the tooth while was waiting for the next appointment. Went through a few appointments and I think this is the best crown I ever had. Thank you.
P.S. Also special thanks to my dental insurance, otherwise I would be broke. :)

I broke my tooth on the plane as we approached London and chose these dentists at random because they were close to my hotel. I felt that they were very professional and helpful and wanted to make sure that my temp filling would stay in for my entire trip. This took 3 times over the weekend because they started with less invasive procedures and worked their way up. They made an effort to get me in even on Sunday morning, for which I was grateful. The last temp filling is still in as I wait to get my crown. I felt that their prices were comparable to what I would pay here in the US. Thank you!

I had an accident early on Saturday morning, following which I went in search of an emergency dentist to help with my injuries. Museum dental suites managed to find over an hour on Sunday to look at what I had done and to start me on my road to recovery.
The experience I have had with the practice throughout my treatment has been absolutely fantastic. Every single member of staff has been professional, polite and most importantly caring. I have constantly felt that my wellbeing has been at the forefront of their thoughts and I could not be more grateful for that.
In summary- I would definitely recommend museum dental suites to anyone looking for dental care in central London; emergency or otherwise. Both the treatment received and the aftercare have been brilliant and I will most definitely return to the practice should it be required.

Very professional and flexible service. They are open late in the evenings and at weekends which is really convenient. Despite not being a patient before, I was able to make an appointment online for the same day. I had several appointments with Dr. Christos Theocharides to sort out a number of issues that I had left for a long time. I am fairly nervous of visiting the dentist, but Christos made me feel completely at ease. He explained the treatments and options clearly and gave me as much choice as possible. I felt that the pricing was fair and reflected the considerable skill and care that were taken. I will continue to see Christos as he has made me overcome my fear of dental treatment!
