Ruh dental has definitely cured my fear of the dentist!!!.... felt more like a spa than my idea of hell!! I'd like to say a massive THANK YOU to the lovely team at Fleet Street, who made me feel so welcome and calm throughout my treatment and Dr Pete for the amazing job... couldn't be happier with the results!!

Absolutely amazing! This is not your usual boring and “hospital smelling” dental practice! To start with it’s so welcoming and nicely decorated. The dentists here are friendly and super professional! Maya, the coordinator and receptionists are so lovely. I had braces done with Abi and Dr Steffen - so happy with my straight teeth and no more overbite, decays sorted out by Dr Justin - he has the gentlest hands, I had 0 discomfort, hygienist appointments with Lana - so lovely and did a great job and will now have composite veneers with Dr Slaine. I could not recommend enough! This is the place to go for a nice smile!

A massive thank you to the team at Rüh Dental for being one of the best Dentist out there. I have been to many dentists before, but I have found the perfect one where I’ll be returning to for future appointments! All the receptionists were so welcoming and lovely each time I visited and called. A huge thank you to Maya for organising all my appointments smoothly and quickly as she knew how eager I was to start my journey! My hygienist appointment with Lana was so informative and insightful. Lastly, a massive thank you to Dr Pete, I fell in love with his work from the beginning, he understood all my concerns and catered to what I wanted with his professional touch. Honestly, so pleased with my decision and result as he has done an incredible job. The time and detail he puts in just shows he is a true perfectionist, could not recommend Dr Pete enough.

I had a smile makeover by Dr Pete at Ruh Fleet Street and I’m not usually lost for words, but I was stunned into silence for a few minutes following the big reveal.
Absolutely thrilled and could not fault a single detail at Ruh. My consultation and treatment plan with Mya (who is an absolute gem) was like a catch-up with an old friend and I was sold when she flashed me her Ruh smile.
Dr Pete has been incredible, offering honest advice, and giving me the confidence to smile more. He is a perfectionist so if it’s dental artistry that you’re after, this is where it’s at.

I recently had composite bonding at Ruh Dental, with Dr. Justin Glaister.
I could not rate my treatment & Dr. Justin anymore highly, I was a nervous patient & had been selfish conscious of my smile for my whole adult life.
The results of the bonding could not be better, I asked for a natural look - I did not want really white, really square teeth.
I am literally overwhelmed with the end result & can't even tell you how much confidence my new smile has given me.
On top of the results, Dr. Justin & his team were extremely kind, patient & warm.
If you are considering composite bonding, I think having a consultation with Justin to find out the results that can be achieved for you is an absolute must.

I had composite bonding done with Dr Slaine - she is amazing. I was slightly nervous at first as I had a bad experience with bonding before with a different dentist but I really had nothing to worry about. Dr Slaine literally transformed my smile. I didn't even have to tweak anything as she got them perfect first time round. They look so natural and I love them! I would recommend her to anyone considering dental treatment.

I have just had my composite bonding veneers done by the unbelievably talented Dr Pete and not only am I so happy with results, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience from start to finish.
From my first appointment with Mya, who made me feel so welcome and comfortable! She gave me all the information I needed and I was able to chat with her about everything I wanted. She made the whole process so easy and it ran so smoothly, from making appointments, receiving updates and the appointments themselves.
I also had a hygienist appointment with Lana, who was so lovely and I was amazed at the results.
I can't explain how happy I am with my new smile - Dr Pete is so good at what he does! He is not only extremely professional, but he is also so friendly and made me feel really at ease.
I cannot recommend Ruh Dental enough!

Real shame I’m posting this. I contacted Matt Parsons via Instagram and Jordan front of house contacted me asking to send pictures as I had queries about treatment due to a crown on the front. Sent over all info and pictures promptly following a call and received no response or call back even after following up for almost 2 months now.
Have no doubt the dentistry is good but the service when spending the amount of money I would’ve been isn’t acceptable.
Have since found a competitor to be far better.

I started my journey with Ruh by having incognito braces fitted in with Steffen Decker who managed to align my teeth and correct my bite in just 5 months. I then had 6 composite veneers done by Andy McLean who transformed my smile completely! My teeth look so natural and I am delighted with the results. I am no longer insecure about my smile! I have just completed my cosmetic treatment with Ruh Dental and I am so thrilled with the results. I had some staining on my teeth which made me feel very self-conscious. From the first consultation the team at Ruh Dental made me feel at ease, were honest with me and were so friendly. I was worried that only having composite bonding on six teeth might mean that they didn't blend in with the rest of my mouth very well. I wasn't looking for perfect, bright white teeth, just the perfect teeth for me. And that is exactly what I got. Dr Andy did an absolutely amazing job; I could not have wished for a better result. He was so gentle and explained each step thoroughly. I would not hesitate in recommending Ruh Dental to anyone. Dr Andy is an artist!

Maya was so helpful with organising all of my appointments so everything ran smoothly! All my questions were answered so quickly, the customer service is five star.
I had my hygienist appointment with Lana - probably the nicest dental hygienist experience I have ever had! Sometimes people dread this but it was so relaxed! The advice and aftercare was really useful aswell!
I then had my composite bonding treatment with Dr Pete. I am so pleased with my teeth, he is a genius!! He produced exactly what I wanted and the whole treatment was so chilled yet still so professional! His work is done to perfection he and created my dream smile!

I saw Slaine for a trial smile, followed by composite bonding to my six top teeth. I went away for a few days and wasn’t completely happy so she saw me a week later to make the desired changes. She listened to everything and did an amazing job. For the first time in my life I feel comfortable smiling with my teeth. It’s an amazing feeling. Definitely worth the 2 grand. Highly recommend!

My journey started at the beginning of 2019. The moment I stepped in for my consultation I knew that I was in excellent hands. The folks at Ruh Dental are such amazing people; from the reception team to the doctors. Every time I went in for a procedure or a checkup I was treated like a VIP. Their attention to detail really makes it a top-of-the-line experience. High end with genuinely kind people. Throughout my entire year of having braces they stayed on top of me making sure I was in the best comfort I could be (since having braces isn’t necessarily the most comforting thing in the world). Dr Steffen, Dr Slaine, Lana my hygienist, and all the assistants and team are now like my family. They all completely changed not only my mouth and oral makeup but also they’ve helped me with my self-esteem. Now that my braces are off I cannot stop smiling! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had Invisalign, whitening and composite veneers at Ruh dental. I could not be happier with the result. I saw two different dentists (one for Invisalign and then another for the composite veneers, Dr Slaine and Dr Pete) and both were great. I would now not go anywhere else for any dental treatment. I am also a very nervous patient and they did everything to make me feel comfortable.

I visited Ruh Dental as I had unsightly, discoloured teeth which I had always felt super conscious about. I met with Mya Reganne first (Ruh’s treatment co-ordinator) to discuss my options in a private consultation room. Mya is lovely! As are all the reception girls at Fleet Street. I then had a consultation with Justin Glaister. The moment you walk in the room you feel as though you’re friends with Justin! He is great! He looked at my teeth and advised what he thought would work/look best, he also listened to what I wanted in my smile and we combined the two. Justin took moulds of my teeth to prepare the veneers and arranged for a whitening kit to be sent to my home. I used this kit for 2 weeks and returned to Ruh for my ‘trial smile’ which is a fitting of the veneers to ensure they’re suitable and of course that you like them! My third visit was my official fitting!! After your trial smile the excitement is crazy! I knew what Justin was doing the whole time as he talks you through the process which is really reassuring and interesting. The process was completely pain free and Justin is really gentle. The moment you’re handed the mirror and see what you now look like is the best! And Justin was just as excited as me which was even better! I visited a fourth time after having the veneers for 2 weeks, so that Justin could make any adjustments, re-polish and see how I felt about them (of course I loved them!). I could not thank or praise Justin enough, just a nice guy through and through and obviously amazing at his job! Life changer! ????

Firstly speaking to Mya about the process and she could not have been more attentive and helpful.I was then introduced to Pete and explained to him how I would like the finished article to look, again Pete was very helpful and provided a clear understanding of how things would take place. I was seen by Dr Pete Niesiolowski. He is outstanding, very professional but also made sure i was happy with everything that was going on. He has transformed my whole smile! now i cant stop smiling!

Normally going to dentist is scary, but i enjoyed every single visit to Ruh Dental, the reception area being nice and modern and everyone is professional and friendly faces are around.

Literally called just a few mins ago 3rd February 2020 at 11:39, the receptionist that day is literally so rude, eating & speaking to me at the same time, I'm trying to ask about the white treatment and gain some information, she's coming over in a very condescending way and being rude, It seems all very nice online but reality is completely different!
If that is the first point of contact for this dental clinic that just started up recently and has branched out, it's very upsetting to see this kind of customer treatment/service.
First expressions are very vital & the key to success!
I had to give a star to put the rating through, otherwise they would be no star!
Please have this sorted out.
Whoever is reading this, you can very well see it is the Dentist that have made the experience worthwhile for the patients/customers but that's besides the point!
I'm not commenting on the Dental Practitioners but rather the first point of contact has destroyed the hope of me even going to this Dental Care due to the fact I have to converse with that rude receptionist!

I couldn't recommend Mya Reggane and Dr Slaine McGrath more highly. They took time and care to make sure that the service and treatment was exactly what I needed and wanted. They were both very professional but had a lovely manner and made me feel like I was in great hands. I had composite bonding on 4 front teeth and will 100% use them for any further cosmetic dentistry in future.

Had my composite bonding done yesterday and honestly I am so happy with the result. I previously had Invisalign and braces and yet I felt insecure about my smile. Coming to Rüh Dental was the best decision I made. Talk about quality! I deviated from my ortho in Swiss cottage because these guys are super close to my work place. I got a hygiene appointment and days later my teeth are still squeaking! The best teeth clean I've ever had. They're super friendly. And it also helps that they all have amazingly lovely teeth! 10/10 guys!

Very well designed and comfortable dentistry. Incredibly professional service, but, unlike any other dentistry I have visited, the service felt very personal. They laid out all my options and described each scenario helpfully, kept me informed at each stage of the process and made me feel at home throughout. Really lovely people. And was so happy with the end result (100 times better than when I had the same procedure from my previous dentist). Would highly recommend The Neem Tree.

Best dentist experience so far!
Everything went smoothly -- reception, waiting (under 5 minutes waiting time), rest room was really nice, dentist was professional (explaining everything she was doing and answering all my questions fully).
There was absolutely no pain (unlike all my previous experience with other dentists) and the work was executed quickly.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
