I had Invisalign treatment for around a year and I could not be happier with the outcome. My orthodontist, Amina, is brilliant and was keen to make sure I had a result I was happy with!
I found the entire team friendly, professional and accommodating with excellent availability of appointments. On the one occasion that my orthodontist was running a little bit late the reception phoned ahead to let me know so that
I could adjust my schedule, something that I really valued.
I recommend the practice to all those who want to get Invisalign treatment.

Post-lockdown, it's natural to be wary of entering public spaces, particularly one where contact cannot be avoided. The Covent Garden Dental Spa, however, has gone above and beyond to ensure the dental experience is organised, relaxed and, above all, safe! From the pre-appointment video explaining what to expect on the day, to the entry procedure, sensitively carried out by the fantastic front of house team, to the attention to every detail, ensuring health and safety is maintained to the utmost degree throughout, the CGDS team are doing an incredible job. Add in the clamping music and Flora's soothing voice, I can safely say I've never had a more enjoyable filling!

I had a virtual invisalign consultation here. They were well organised and quick to reply to emails as everything was getting set up. Dr Chigwedere gave me a thorough consultation based on photos and was able to describe in detail what would happen (bespoke to me) throughout the invisalign treatment. I chose them because they have a 5 star rating, and although I decided not to go ahead with invisalign for various reasons, I wanted to leave a nice review as I thought they gave great customer service!

This is a great experience all along; from easy online booking, very friendly and extremely accommodating reception staff to amazing doctors, who instantly put you at ease. Amazing location, fantastic service. I went for a hygienist clean with Farah. She was efficient yet gentle and made me feel really comfortable - and was very informative regarding other treatments on offer. The price is very competitive good. I highly recommend them! Also, Fiona did an assessment for my root canal and she was also amazing and made me feel very comfortable.

Staff is friendly and professional. You don't have to wait, you're appointment is literally at the time it is planned (not the case at most dentists I have been to). Very helpful as well in making sure you file your insurance claim. I highly recommend this practice!

Great dental practice in a convenient, central location. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing insurance claim forms at reception for example. My hygienist Irene was careful and thorough, taking the time to explain everything she did and checking in often while she worked. I felt well taken care of and am very happy to have found an excellent dental practice. Cannot recommend enough.

I would highly recommend the Covent Garden Dental Spa to anyone looking for an amazing dentist in the central London area. I simply cannot speak highly enough of Flora and the team. It's a fantastic experience from the moment you step in the clinic; professional, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff in a clean and relaxed environment. They use the latest technologies (I had my teeth 3D scanned on the most recent visit!) and, probably most importantly, my dental health has vastly improved since first attending a few years ago. The team always go out of their way to make sure I have best experience possible so I always love going there... big thanks to Flora and the team for making my dental trips a thoroughly pleasurable experience!

Been a patient since January after being a bit slack with my dental care. The team here are really nice and super friendly. I was a bit scared with having some fillings/injections for a particular treatment but the dentist was excellent and took great care with me that I did not feel any discomfort. Totally recommend them.

This was my first appointment at cgds after having previously used the dean street and London holistic practices - I was offered a same-day hygienist booking, registration was done on an iPad in 5 minutes, the staff were super friendly and my teeth feel cleaner after a 40 minute appointment than I think they've ever felt. Flora is not only incredibly thorough with an undeniable wealth of knowledge about dentistry but she is also very compassionate & comforting. I’ve been a customer for years now, even though I no longer work in the area. I feel thoroughly cared for by all of the team. This is the only dentist I’ve ever looked forward to visiting. I recently had some treatment from the Periodontist and I couldn't believe how smoothly it went. She was very gentle and kind. The new premises on Grape Street are lovely too!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at the Covent Garden Dental Spa. From the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed and made to feel at ease. They hygienist was so friendly and gave an honest and balanced review of my teeth with helpful recommendations of how to look after them at home. I had a very relaxed treatment and then was given a choice of 4 different flavours of polish! Overall a wonderful experience!

I contacted the company as I was referred by a friend (who raves about the place), when I had sudden pain from a wisdom tooth.
I was given an appointment super easily at 9am next morning. Upon arriving at the spa I completed some new patient information on a very user-friendly IPAD device.
I was with Dr Roop, who by all means was a superstar. I had two small x-rays, one full panoramic x-ray to see the issue with wisdom teeth, and a very thorough overall mouth inspection.
I felt completely at ease and the team took their time to explain to me the different options with regards to membership etc.
Needless to say I am now a proud member and cant wait to come back in for more help with the hygienist appointment next :)Thank you all. Claire M
