Needed a teeth cleaning and was not sure about about going to the dentist in London (always did it in France so far). I have to admit it is the best cleaning I ever had! Rayna was very kind and professional. She applied a numbing gel which made it really pain free, removed all the tartar and polished my teeth. Total cleaning took 1h15. It is a pricy service, but I was very happy about it!

Dr Stephen Nkansah is an amazing dentist. He was very thorough and explained each step to me (I saw him for a checkup and two fillings), he made sure I was comfortable and I appreciate him taking the time to discuss the current state of my teeth and looking at the pictures/x-rays he took together. Very informative. I thought the questionnaire he sent beforehand was also very helpful as as soon as my appointment started he already knew my concerns and details that I wouldn't think to mention otherwise.
The team was very friendly (receptionist, dental nurse). Great service overall. Definitely recommend.

The staff here are lovely and I’ve been coming for years but I paid £129 for a deep clean and they left all the tartar on the back of my teeth! Perhaps I didn’t choose the right treatment or they couldn’t use all of the normal equipment during Covid but I’ve had to book another treatment to get the plaque removed. I used to get the high gloss diamond polish and my teeth used to be sparkling, so I know it doesn’t normally look like that - no hate, guys :)

I’ve been a patient at SmilePod for around two years now. The receptionists are always lovely, especially Diana, she’s a darling. I’ve had multiple dentists look after me for various reasons and they’ve always been great. Most recently I’ve had fillings done by Dr Stephen Nkansah and I’m pleased with the results. Dr Stephen and his assistant are very friendly and know how to put a patient at ease. I’m experiencing anxiety at the doctors and they’ve been very gentle and considerate with me when I told them. The clinic is also very clean and has all the safety regulations in place during Covid19. If you’re looking after a reliable dentist, I can only recommend this SmilePod branch.

I have been a patient of Dr Stephen Nkansah for the last 3 years and I always had an outstanding medical service. He is an excellent dentist. Very attentive and professional, always prompt to explain before and after the treatment using always the latest and innovative medical technical approach/tools in the most safe environment. He always keep the records up to date and checking in on the job done when necessary.
Highly recommended! Also fantastic service from all the staff very friendly and accommodating.

They keep on increasing the price of a dental clean, without justifying it. There have been two price increases in the last 6 months. Right now they seem to be charging more and offering less. Also, the clinic is small. EDIT: Their price increases started before the pandemic. Also I think the reviews on here for "Dr Stephen" seem to be fake.

My dentist for Invisalign , whitening and bonding was Dr Stephen. His dental nurse Victoria is also lovely! Stephen is very good at what he does. I am very particular and a bit of a perfectionist and always noticed the smallest of details. He was able to deal with me well and listened to any concerns I had. It was also the 1st time I ever had an injection. He made me feel at ease and it wasn't that scary after all. I am very pleased with the end result the before and after was so different. I liked the fact everyone at Smilepod is so friendly too .

Fantastic service from all of the staff from the desk to the chair. Highly recommended. I was given two fillings by Dr Stephen Nkansah, who made sure I was comfortable and well aware of everything he was doing; including warning me that fillings can sometimes be a little painful afterwards (though in my case - it was totally fine!).

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I hadn't attended the dentist for some years mainly due to fear, and how unnecessary that was. Dr Stephen Nkansah was fantastic! Treated me respectfully and took the time to explain all the treatments to me and even took some photos of my teeth to show me. I felt at ease throughout each of my appointments for white fillings and some bonding on my front teeth which have given me the confidence to smile properly again.

I had my teeth cleaned and polished. The staff was very professional and gentle, also very knowledgeable. I had an issue with a tooth for months and they found what was wrong with it and I had something under my gum that never healed, now its all cleaned up and I know what product to use I am very confident that I can manage it better.

Really nice experience, they treat you really well even if you are a new patient and you are not spending an incredible amount of money. I did the normal cleaning and hygiene, the doctor was clean, quick, precise and explaining me what she was doing. She provided me good advises on how to keep my mouth and teeth healthy. I arrived at Smilepod to be greeted by their friendly receptionist, who signed me in for my appointment. The ambience of the practice was very calm instantly putting me at ease, allowing me to notice how refreshing it was to be in a modern dental practice. The reason for my trip was for Diamond polish clean; saw Paula and she explained step by step the procedure and was extremely gentle throughout the process allowing me to relax.
The service delivered exceeded my expectations due to the punctual, friendly, clean and knowledgeable service I received at the practice which clearly focuses on the customer experience by hiring a great team of professionals and ensuring there is a great atmosphere in the practice. Huge thank you to hygienist (Paula)for her wonderful work and Smile Pod Dental for being there!!

The service has been fantastic and Dr Nkansah and the Smilepod team were excellent. On each occasion Dr Stephen explained each part of the treatment in as much detail as possible. I really gave smilepod and my dentist there a chance, but unfortunately I was quite let down by their bonding service. I went in asking about a particular tooth and the dentist recommended bonding. It took 5 appointments for them to get the colour of bonding to match my teeth, which was frustrating. The bonding also stained quickly and wasn’t top quality.
In the end, they gave me a refund for all my services I had with them. They also removed the bonding for me and when doing so damaged my natural tooth, making it even smaller than before. I caution those consider going for cosmetic work to really vet their dentist before going forward.

Receptionist didn't answer the phone all morning and behaved as if didn't need to, once questioned about it on arrival. No text message or email sent confirming the appointment.
The washroom facilities were unavailable as out of order. The basin for mouth rinse was a small hand held device that didn't do the job properly.
Overall not a good experience and I will not be returning.

The service is first class, and the staff are professional, friendly, and make one feel comfortable from the start. I hate going to the dentist and even hygienist appointments weren't my favourites (I guess I have a general 'fear' of dental procedures) but since changing to Smilepod, I feel far more relaxed during appointments. Unlike other dentists Smilepod Soho took the time to find out what I wanted (it took quite a bit of time) and only then proceeded to advise on the best course of action.
A treatment was proposed and accepted and it's been a pleasure all the way through. They are always there for their patients and always friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend them!

I've had nothing but positive experiences at SmilePod Soho, appointments are readily available and easy to book online. I've had a number of appointments & treatments with Dr Stephen Nkansah over the past few years. On each occasion I've been put at immediate ease with Dr Stephen explaining each part of the treatment in as much detail as possible...going as far as taking photos to be able to walk through the problem areas. I've already recommended to my colleagues!
