I recently completed a course of treatments including a dental implant at the surgery and I could not be a happier customer!
Everyone at the clinic is super professional and friendly and I was provided with a detailed treatment plan that is transparent so there is no nasty surprise. I also had to attend my appointments during the pandemic and I did feel anxious about going to the dentist (in fact, going anywhere!) as I had a newborn baby at home but the clinic literally had ALL precautions in place and I felt extremely safe.
I cannot thank enough my amazing dentist Ben and his nurse Vicky, they are just brilliant at what they do!! Ben always took his time to do very thorough and excellent job and I am super happy with the result and all the treatments were completely pain free! From start to finish I received the best care at the clinic and for the first time in my life, I am looking forward to going back to my dentist for the future appointments!

I walked into the clinic very nervous about my much needed tooth extraction today. However Rachael reassured me in such a wonderful way I knew everything would be fine. She asked what music I cared to listened to and changed it for me (birds chirping)... I can’t believe they did that for me. Dr Kate was so gentle and with her super skills, everything was over before I knew it. I left with a prepared packet of ibuprofen and other items that I may need over the weekend. I am so lucky to have been introduced toThe Dental Surgery. What a fantastic clinic.

The Dental Surgery has been my dentist for many, many years - originally as I worked nearby. Indeed, I have received such good treatment over that period, that I continue to use The Dental Surgery, even though I retired from the city over ten years ago. My principal dentist has always been Martin, although I have had reason to require the services of several of his colleagues over the years. I also arrange back to back hygenist appointments to coincide with my dental checkups, and Sophie has been my hygenist for several years. All those that I have seen have been highly professional friendly and considerate. I would certainly recommend The Dental Surgery.

Best dental experience I have ever had. Lovely surrounds, great staff and very very professional. I have never before felt like the dental staff were as concerned about MY comfort during the work being done as I was here. And asking me what I wanted to listen to on spotify was a great final touch. I cannot recommend these folks any higher. Oh, and the work done was first rate.

Shaun, Elaine and the team were fantastic throughout my orthodontics treatment. From start to finish I had a first-class service and my teeth are now amazing! Throughout Covid-19 I attended my appointments and felt exceptionally safe, the team had all the necessary precautions in place with their clients safety at the forefront. I couldn’t recommend the Dental Surgery enough and will certainly be returning for all my treatments in the future.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to dot here was a lot of work pulling out the teeth, treating the Teeth and also inserting the filling and Kate Yeaton did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Thanks to Kate Yeaton!!! ????????????????????????. BIG THANKS AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I highly recommend the Dental Surgery. I have always had a big phobia with Dentists. It has taken me years to find somewhere I finally feel comfortable at. The team here are very professional, polite and friendly. I have seen Gemma (Hygienist) a few times and she is great. I can highly recommend Gemma. I have also had Andrew (dentist) who is really good.
This practice is more expensive than the previous dental surgeries I have visited but I think worth it.

I saw Penny Grace who calmly explained to me what she would be doing, what she was checking and why, which helped ease my anxieties massively. After being a complete dental phobe since I was a teenager and having bad experiences as a kid I spent a long time looking for a new dentist as 12 years later needs must!
I have now attended The Dental Surgery for a routine checkup and filling, on two separate occasions. Both carried out by Penny Grace and her nurse Becky. They were both absolutely fantastic, explaining everything going on, taking their time whilst being considerate and caring. Both absolute professionals!
For anyone suffering from the same issues I have of being petrified by dentists I highly recommend The Dental Surgery. Great friendly staff and great communication.
After researching a number of dentists in London they are on the pricer side, but absolutely worth every penny. I would much rather be paying premium prices to know I'm being well taken care of by experts. In this instance the adage you pay for what you get goes far!
5 stars here for The Dental Surgery from a now, somewhat less reluctant dental patient!

I would like to say as an old employee from over 15 years ago, turned patient myself as I fully trust those guys, whether it comes to the experience and quality of treatments and dedication of the dental team, but also and those days, in the time of COVID- mainly, when it comes to the hygiene of the dental surgeries, equipment and the procedures they have in place, you are definitely in the best hands. All those years ago, this surgery was already 20 years ahead. The dentists, the hygienists, they were ahead with experience, the way they worked on the inside, the way they do the sterilisation of all the instruments and keeping the surgeries disinfected, all the five stars to them. And today, they are again ahead of many places, they have it all very well organised and I trust them.
If you want to be in good hands and safe, come to this surgery.

So so happy with this place. Dr. Ben Molineux is a great dentist! I had a screw in my gums from braces, it was left in there by another doctor. I emailed all over London to get someone to have a go at it and take it out, no one wanted to even try, except him. Had an appointment to just have a look at it and he removed it straight away, zero pain and it was a long screw! Thank you so so much! Would never go anywhere else again, I'm so grateful to finally have this screw out, what a relief.

The composite bonding have rebuilt my teeth, and the teeth whitening kit was brilliant.
The 6 month checkup's and hygienist appointments will save me money by reducing filling treatment in the future.
The service is competitively priced and there is a no obligation approach when discussing dental treatments.

My husband and I have been with the Dental Surgery for several years although we have unfortunately not visited for a while as we haven't ventured into Central London for months but the service has always been stand out. I wanted to write a review due to an incident that happened. My toddler was playing and fell over onto her front teeth a few days ago. As she continued to complain of sore teeth we contacted a local dentist who said they weren't accepting anyone new and to call NHS. My husband then called the Dental Surgery this morning. He received a callback straight away from one of the dentists (Andy) who took the time to listen to my husband describe the symptoms, reassure him and advise on what to watch out for and in what situation we would need to bring her in for a check up. It was a stellar example of true professionalism and I couldn't recommend the Dental Surgery enough. Thank you to Andy for taking the time to talk through with us!

Just want to reassure all you peeps out there, if you are anything like me - really wanting or needing to visit a Dentist or Hygienist at The Dental Surgery but maybe put off by and/or positively fearful of the journey into the City, the risk in attending The Dental Surgery itself, wondering if it is really worth it and tempted therefore just to forget it and wait.
Well, don’t - I went last week for a hygiene appointment with the wonderful Sarah Gilder and her colleagues and it could not have been better. I got a detailed email before hand telling me exactly what was involved and what to expect which included a video , which I found really helpful to watch.
So guess what? They know what they are doing - it was very impressive, quick, efficient and very reassuring - just like a well oiled machine from the moment I got near the entrance to the Surgery- to the time I left, so just do it .....
....oh and by the way - the Tube was a breeze - virtually empty there and back - just don’t forget your mask!

I had to have an emergency appointment this week at the Dental Surgery. The staff were all amazing from the booking with Sarah, through to the treatment from Kate, Rachel and Jolene and aftercare follow-up the next day. As someone who is a bit nervous of the dentist, The Dental Surgery is awesome. Made me feel very comfortable, talked through all my options clearly. Their COVID procedures are also extremely professional and well thought through. If you need to see a dentist in or out of lockdown, I'd highly recommend this one.

I have seen many dentists over the last 30 years or so - but none of them have put me at my ease as much as Penny Grace. She is empathetic, knowledgeable and a very experienced clinician. I was very nervous going for a tooth extraction and then for a subsequent dental implant, but she has made the whole process painless and very manageable - I would highly recommend her as a dentist especially if you need more advanced dental treatment

Extremely professional and brilliant service. I was able to book an emergency appointment at very short notice for my husband who was in agony and been messed about by other dentists for over 2 weeks. The dental communicator called Elizabeth went out of her way to make us feel less anxious as we waited for the appointment. All procedures were explained precisely and the dentist and the nurse were so concerned about making sure my husband was as comfortable as possible during his tooth extraction. The procedure was quick, painless and smoother than expected as the tooth to be extracted was cracked. James Granger the dentist is extremely talented and very caring and true to his duty of care to his patients. And I'm sure this is true for the entire staff. Very clean and spacious dental surgery. Could not find a fault even if I went through with a fine comb! Thank you very very much.

Dentist Andrew Gardner and Assistant Sarah - 100 stars! Andrew carried out the dental procedure quickly and without pain, and i had a quick recovery. (I had been to a different surgury before, who caused me nothing but grief and pain for a fortnight). Andrew is very professional, but also genial and friendly, and explained everything clearly and put me at ease. The procedure was done before i knew it! I can't recommend highly enough. And the entire practice, incl. back office staff, are excellent, the best I've ever had. (And I'm American!)

Oh My, what can I say. Having suffered for a few weeks I finally plucked up the courage to go to London, I'm a little paranoid about Covid-19. Anyway, I had no need to worry at all.
The whole experience was absolutely perfect, and it was an emergency. They got me in the same day, looked after me and did the Root Canal, YES ROOT CANAL, during my time there with zero pain and no concerns about covid.
I was tested on entry as was everyone, I was clean, they can do AntiBody tests, I felt safe and secure.
I know the world is scary but these guys have nailed Post Covid Normality so feel secure in your visit there, Lessons to be learnt by these lovely people.

I was able to be seen on the day I called for an emergency appointment (Andrew actually worked in his lunch break for me!). This was my first time here, I was recommended by a friend. The staff here are awesome, everyone is very friendly. The Surgery is clean and modern, really nice. Andrew is an absolute gem! Super friendly and professional, he explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. He did an amazing job and I actually enjoyed my visit to the dentist - SO weird!! Kate Yeaton has been my dentist for many years. When she started my teeth were in very bad shape, but thanks to her ( and Penny for the implants ) they are in much better shape now. She is very kind, gentle ( which is what I want in a dentist ! ) and very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kate ( and Penny ) to others. I would also mention that the whole practice appears to be well run and the dental hygienists are very good as are the dental nurses and receptionists. They come over as a genuinely joined up team that enjoy working together.

The surgery is really welcoming and the reception staff here really did their best to please their customers!
