Westminster Dental House Practice has been an amazing place to go to for my invisalign, always super friendly on the phone and helpful! A brilliant service and I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen with an appointment! Covid procedures are perfect and very safe! My treatment was with Radhika, she has been so helpful and amazing helping me with my invisalign journey! My new smile has given me so much confidence and it's all thanks to her! At first I was really nervous about getting invisalign and didn't know what to think but Radhika has been so informative and professional that I never felt unsure as soon as my first consultation happened! She has been available to ask any questions when I needed to and has completely transformed my smile and bite which was one of my biggest insecurities! Would recommend her to anyone! Thank you again Radhika and also to her brilliant assistant Stef and all of the other assistants too! They've been amazing in keeping the atmosphere calm and organized and they're overall such friendly, genuine people that make this experience all the more enjoyable! X

My appointment was 11.15am. 11.31am I’m still stood outside waiting to be seen! I ask the receptionist what the hold up is, she said she would find out. Given my appointment was due to finish at 11.35am, this is unacceptable. The hygienist still had a client in with them at this point. By the time the room had been cleaned and prepared for myself, this would have been close to 12 noon!
Getting a refund is just as hard. Receptionist asking for my sort code and account number? Never had to do that before given I paid via card.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS THIS ISN’T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME! TIME KEEPING IS ESSENTIAL

I have completed my Invisalign with Dr Radhika and I couldn't be more satisfied and happy. I felt supported the entire treatment and really felt I was listened regarding the changes I wanted to do. Dr Radhika is an excellent dentist and makes you feel very comfortable at the same time that gives you excellent advise, she made sure I was happy with my ongoing results the entire treatment. I completely recommend Dr Radhika couldn't ask for better!

The practice makes a big deal about how strict their COVID measures are, and yet the dentist wasn't wearing a face mask while talking to me after the examination. She even suggested I take mine off...
This was someone I'd never seen before and she seemed bored and unfriendly from the start. All the other times I got a proper check-up for 5-10 minutes, and the dentist was willing to spend some more time removing built-up scale. Today the appointment literally lasted less than a minute!
I politely explained all of this but the dentist didn't appear willing to understand. She aggressively said "Do you want to see the hygienist? It's £90!" even though I was just asking her to quickly remove some excess scale like her colleagues always do. Eventually I realised she was just getting irritated with me, so I left.
Overall I wouldn't recommend this practice. The other dentists I've seen were fine but for some reason the reception staff is always rude and the standards seem quite low, so I'll probably just end up going somewhere else.

I have a very nice overall experience with this clinic. Dr. Radhika Varsani is the best dentist you can ask in life.
She’s very professional and with her gentle manners, she makes you feel like you are at home which is something very uncommon to feel when your going to the dentist.
Furthermore, she’s not only gentle and understanding, she’s also very very prepared and you can clearly notice it from the first visit with her.
In my case she had to work hard as I had to do different treatments, such as Very complicated root canal trying to save the tooth, removal of stain and hygiene as well as white fillings etc.
She saved my tooth despite the situation was critical. If you are looking for a dentist that knows what she’s doing and especially someone who truly cares about you, please do not hesitate to call the clinic and to book your appointment with Dr Radhika Varsani. You won’t regret.

Amazing service as always. I was with my old dentist in Clapham for many years until he left London. I had tried for a couple of years to find another dentist with a couple of nightmare experiences my best friend used to work at this surgery and suggested I ask for Sarju and she has been extremely friendly, very professional and hope she is not leaving London anytime soon as a impeccable dentist is really very hard to come by. On every visit the dental assistants have also been amazing on todays visit with Rimi was no exception to this. Nada on reception was very helpful and I felt extremely safe with all the covid procedures that they have in place. Well done on keeping peoples teeth in order even in these tough times. Amazing I wouldn't change my dentist for the world like I said tried for a couple of years between. Amazing team amazing work. Thank you for looking after my teeth so well.

I visited Westminster dental practice due to a broken/ chipped tooth- crown (It was an emergency appointment and the practice was very accommodating, . The first visited required a review of my teeth and consolation. The service, explanation and the teeth examination that was carried out by Dr Radhika Varsani it was very thorough. She explained exactly what the problem was, why it could have happened and what she will need to do in order to fix my teeth. I can always be daunting visiting the dentist so she made me feel comfortable.
She listened to what my requirements were and a plan of action was done of what will happen next. I am very happy with her and her expertise's found her to be very professional in her conduct and adhered to all Covid guidelines. My second visit was where the tooth was being fitted, and once again the service was excellent including the nurse who was supporting, I will defiantly be returning for a follow-up check. As all the staff are excellent.

I think this dentist is unhelpful. I was told I needed a mouth guard, and that the only way to save my teeth would be to purchase a custom made one for £190. This guard broke soon after it was made. I returned and was told I would need to purchase a reinforced one for around £300, or else risk permanently damaging my teeth. The dentist didn't explain to me that I could purchase a guard for far less from a chemist or online. It was difficult for me to afford these guards, and I feel let down that the practice failed to mention there was an affordable alternative on the market.

Sadly my experience with this dental practice has deteriorated during COVID. Whilst it is obviously not their fault that they do not yet have the correct PPE yet to perform procedures forcing me to use a private dentist in an emergency, I have struggled to contact them post my tooth extraction for further advice. The phone just rings out and cuts off every single time. However, on walking past there are receptionists on duty. I therefore tried to ring from my mobile outside not wanting to knock on the door as it is requested that one doesn’t just turn up, only to see the phone calls being ignored!
Not really acceptable that I cannot even contact for advice. Incidentally, when I first approached them at the beginning of my emergency and got to speak to someone, the first receptionist was quite blunt and offhand. The second, far more helpful. Shame.

Excellent dental practice. The dentist was great with my toddler and took the time to get him comfortable before trying to do his check up. She even gave his dinosaur a ‘check up’ to help him feel at ease! Really happy with this dental practice.

Had a terrible experience. Had a really bad gum infection, came for an emergency appointment and was told to rinse my mouth with salted water. 2 days later my infection got much worse and my gums got extremely swollen. I was trying to make an appointment or get antiviotics prescription, but was told there is no need for it and I should just keep on using water and salt. I had to book an appointment with a private dentist, who had to cut my gums (that's how bad the infection was) and prescribed antibiotics straight away. It is a real shame that NHS patients get treated like that or are refused to be treated at all rather. Extremely unprofessional.

One of the best dental practices I've ever used. I've consistently used Dr. Sarju and was worried about going to someone else recently, but she was just as lovely and helpful (sorry, I haven't remembered her name yet as it was my first appointment with her yesterday!). It's really easy to get appointments and the reception staff are generally polite and friendly.

Had my treatment completed with Dr Sarju Tank today. I've been seeing her for a long while as I had some orthodontic work done and then some minor cosmetic touch ups. I love my new teeth! Everyone keeps commenting on how good they look- thank you Dr Tank for making me feel amazing, I cant thank you enough! Very gentle dentist and now I wouldn't go anywhere else

I really don't understand why this practice has negative comments. I always see Anjuli, who I cannot recommend enough. She is patient, kind and highly professional. All of the treatment she has given me has been brilliant. I used to be so nervous when coming to the dentist, but I've been coming to this practice for 2 years and they have been great.

I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO ATTEND This Clinic. Your medical data IS at risk.
I dealt with really poor, rude and inefficient reception service for years, but liked my dentists themselves so put up with it, despite complaints plastered over by management.
I eventually left when my data and medical history was breached on multiple occasions.
As another commenter mentioned, legal action is a lot of time, energy and money that I’m not in a position to pursue, so I’d rather move on and never go back.

This practice is unashamedly poor!
Having been with them for 5 years, they accidentally deleted my records and then added my email address to someone else’s file with a similar surname and sent me an appointment booking. I attended, cycling 30 minutes across the city, for them to say there was an IT glitch and they couldn’t see me.
They later wrote:
“Please accept our deepest apologies for the inconvenience that we have caused you. Our IT department has been looking into why this has occurred to ensure these glitches do not occur again. From my understanding, everything has since been rectified. Our receptionist will be in touch to follow up to arrange an appointment.”
I then cycled 30 minutes back to the office.
They then arranged a follow up appointment and as a result of the Extinction Rebellion protest, I was just shy of 2 minutes late as a result of having to cycle through Parliament square. They refused to see me, saying they have a strict cut off policy and they needed to go for lunch.
Despite my plea they showed absolutely no discretion.
Unashamedly disgraceful.

As an American I have fairly high standards for dentistry and am so thrilled to have found a dentist like Dr Christian who takes such great pride in his patients’ smiles. When I consulted Dr Christian on removing old metal fillings, he carefully advised me to ensure I understood the fillings were not defective or dangerous and if I proceeded it was only for aesthetics. I did proceed and find Dr Christian’s consistent focus on quality and appearance of work to be really refreshing and rare. He was very attentive both times to ensure the bite was just perfect. All the staff seem interested in making the patients’ experiences as pleasant as possible. No matter where I work or live in Greater London, I will travel to be a patient of Dr Christian.

Pathetic dentist always late, dismissive and rude. Receptionist is great. Friendly and professional. Hats off to her. If you decide to go (it is very convenient if you work round there) make sure not to be seen by Sarju Tank (who is the one who is ALWAYS available, likely cause nobody wants to be seen by her).

I have been visiting the practice since 2015. I was previously put off seeing the dentist due to previous painful experiences. However my check-up, clean and cosmetic work have been painless. It really has been a pleasure to be treated by Dr Sarju Tank, I walk out licking my teeth because they feel so clean and sparkly each time. I would not want my teeth checked with anyone but her. Have also recommended all my family and friends to her too and they are so glad I did. Thank so much Dr Tank.

20min waiting on the phone to reschedule my appointment. Overall, sub-par quality service. 1st dentist I saw - had a crown made, which is way whiter than my own teeth, this was never replaced. Most recent dentist I saw at the same practice tends to work in a way like: "patch this up, next patient, patch this up, next patient..". No one actually bothers trying to figure out what would be the best treatment plan for you, instead, you get charged for quick patch up work. Only one dentist I saw at this practice was good, did everything with care and was knowledgeable. She's since left, obviously was too good for this place. If it's something more complex than a tiny tooth filling - go somewhere else.

Todat I have been seen by one of their dentist, I didn't get her name bcause had changed the appointment date and finally I didn't get the dentist who attended to me, but her accent looked to be from an eastern country, blondy hair and same tall. I wouldn't recommend to you go to there, but if you go, please ask not to be attended by this dentist. Today I was seen by this person as I said; well, she was rude and unprofessional on capitals, but the worse thing is that I felt myself discriminated because of my health condition; it sounds mad, but it's like that. I know I should speak to my solicitor about it, but my problem is that I haven't proof of the HORRIBLE way I have been treated this morning by this "person". Please, do not go in there!.

WORST dental practice. Every appointment gets cancelled last minute (on the day, hour beforehand). This has happened at LEAST 7 times. Even when one appointment gets cancelled and rescheduled, the rescheduled appointment gets cancelled! Ridiculous. If unable to fulfil appointments, why offer them??? Completely had it with Westminster House Dental. I'm not even getting into the horribly long wait times when you actually get there. Find another practice. ANY other practice.

Also, she explained to me all the options I have for my treatment and their pros and cons thoroughly to help me decide the best one for me. Worst Practice. Horrible service and Rude Staff. Try to avoid. I had a filling put in one of my teeth and it kept on falling. I kept going back then they wouldn't book me in and they want to charge me again.
Brushing your teeth with Philips Sonicare gives you better results than the hygienist at that clinic.
On another occasion, I booked for a check up, I was running late due to being stuck at work, called 45 min before to let them no, no one picked up so I left a voice message. Then when I was out of the tube I called again to let them know I'll be only 7-10 min late that the original appointment time and they said we can't see you anymore. I have been waiting more than a month for this appointment and that's how they replied. They came up with some lame excuses.
Probably the dentist had got somewhere better to be in.
On my previous appointments I have waited for the dentist for 20-30 minutes at least so I wouldn't have been seen before I would have got there.
Another thing, the lady on the phone said "I had a history of being late, that's why they don't want to see me". This is completely wrong, I haven't been late before and she wouldn't have time to check anyway, giving that they keep a record of each delay. Hypocrisy!
I am changing my practice and never going there again.

Online booking system and text confirmation is great. The reception staff were kind and efficient. My dentist Dr Payal Shah was extremely kind, courteous and professional. As someone who suffers extreme anxiety, she managed to put me at ease. she talked me through all the treatment I was to have done and constantly reassured me whilst it was being done. The treatment itself was excellent. In the past she has fitted a crown and my last visit a filling, which were all done without pain and with constant reassurance. The dental nurses who assisted was also professional and kind . I would not hesitate to recommend this practice and in particular this dentist to anyone.

They're fine once you finally get treatment, but they always book you in just for 5 minute consultations so you have to come back again later, even if you have already had consultations and/or know exactly what treatment you need. I've never had this at any other dental practice. I have wasted so much time going back and forth to this practice for unnecessary appointments. I won't be doing so again.
Also avoid the teeth whitening treatments they offer, they don't work.

Been here only once for my first dental routine check in London, the Dr she only spend 5 mins or so definitely less then 10mins. It's not necessary mean longer time is better but it was very rough and careless in my experience. She spent more than 15mins try to sale me the whitening products.

The service at this practice is extremely poor in regards to the dentist, the receptionist so far are very professional, soft spoken and seems pretty empathetic with patients, However the dentist are absolutely t****, they are money hungry and don't seem to genuinely care about their patients. There was this incident where I overheard one of the receptionist speaking to a pt letting her know they were unable to see her due to turning up late for her appointment, the girls at the desk their face clearly showed they were sympathetic but the dentist had the final say. The dentist that was refusing to see the pt was no other than the infamous Sarju Tank that is always late when it comes to seeing her pt and shes quick to refuse to see her patients if they are 5 mins late. This woman hardly his on time for appointments always have to be waiting fir her for 20 mins and over with very dry generic apologies.
Please stay clear this practice!!! or get rid of the culprit

The staff are extremely good at their jobs, as well as being incredibly charming in their bedside manner. I almost want to have worse teeth as an excuse to keep going back.

I was really impressed with this practice. I had a root canal and a crown here recently. The dentist, Anjuli, was really supportive and lovely through the whole process. The root canal was difficult due to the shape of my roots but I feel she gave it the proper amount of care and made sure all was okay before proceeding with the crown. I had to return a number of times due to complications with my crown (through no fault of the dentist's) and the practice were very accommodating with fitting my appointments around my work schedule. Definitely recommend!

This is a fantastic dental practice. Appointments are readily available and very easy to book. They even do Saturday mornings! Staff are friendly and very professional and as an NHS practice fees are very low. I cannot over recommend this great practice.

I went in to see Dr Sarju Tank for my first appointment and in a considerable amount of pain. I found her to be friendly and professional. My appointment was for 20 mins, however she spent 35 mins removing a temporary filling and replacing with a new filling aswell as dealing with the pain I was in due to needing a RCT. I still require more work but feel in very safe hands. Thank you Sarju

From what I hear, they are beyond poor.
They made a massive data breach of my sons data and then had to cancel his appointment after he had travelled to attend.
He has also waited we over 20 minutes on many occasions to be seen.
When he was just over 60 seconds late, they then said he had missed his appointment and it would be marked as a failure to attend. Hypocrisy and double standards at its worst.
Stay clear.

booked emergency appointment as my filling fell and only available next day despite online shown same day 6.55p (assume pm) Anyway, went to dentist practice next day and receptionist asked me fill up form again as no attendance by myself since 2014. it is ok until this point however ask me £21 for registration and said
Receptionist: as I told you on the phone there is no filling today only temporary filling to ease pain so you can book another appointment for filling
Me: (surprised face) no you didn't and i don't have pain and never told i was in pain so otherwise wouldn't make this appointment if no filling job
And i left. They shouldn't allowed to treat people like that completely misleading, disrespectful. Who is regulating these people? under -named NHS treatment- they are basically wasting people's money, time and health
