I had such an amazing experience with ProDental! I want to thank the staff individually for taking care of me. I was always welcomed with open arms and the staff are super friendly. They attended my concerns and made sure I was always happy. I am over the moon with the final outcome of my teeth as it is 100x better than what I had hoped for. Great clinic, would highly recommend if you are planning on visiting.

I’d wanted to have my teeth straightened for years and searched through lots of different dentists around London. After my consultation with Pro Dental I knew I wanted to have my treatment done here, everyone is so friendly and lovely and most importantly I felt like the dentist listened completely to what I wanted my teeth to look like and put me on the right path. I had full Invisalign, composite bonding and gum contouring, complete with whitening treatment and fixed retainers. Everything was carried out smoothly. I feel truly safe in Deborah’s hands and trust her opinion. She gave me realistic advice and answers to my queries no matter how small. I felt my teeth and health were always the top priority along with getting my dream smile. Im so so happy with the results, I fully advise anyone who wants their teeth done to just do it, and go to Pro Dental!

Perfect smile in a few hours at Pro Dental by Dr Goma.
Only this morning had Composite Bonding procedure completed by Pro Dental.
Professional friendly team from start to finish and can't recommend them enough.
Went in with expectations of an improvement in my smile yet came away blown away by the end result.

I went for composite bonding today and was so happy with the results, everybody was so lovely and welcoming, I was slightly nervous and they put me right at ease. The procedure was absolutely fine and the tech was really general and reassuring! I am so happy with the end result, my teeth look amazing and I feel so much more confident and can’t wait to take selfies lol! Happy days 10/10

Recently had teeth whitening and top 6 composite bonding done by Dr Jiten Master, the whole experience from start to finish was perfect and better than I even expected. Staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout. Really happy with the end result and will definitely be back to do the rest of my teeth at some point!! Would 100% recommend to anyone.

I recently had the whitening and 8 composite bonding at Pro Dental, the experience has been fantastic from start to finish I highly recommended them and have done to a few of my friends already! Their customer service is brilliant, everybody is so friendly and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. I use to hate going to the dentist but ever since I visited Prodental I would get excited for my visits. Everyone here is super welcoming, kind and made me feel comfortable at all times. I got composite Veneers on my top 6 teeth and they came out even better than I had imagined! I am so pleased with the results, experience and finally have the confidence to smile with my teeth out in pictures! I will definitely return if I ever need any dental work or check up! Thank you for giving me my smile back. I was so up and down about composite bonding vs veneers and Both the Dr and Nikki said that my teeth were lovely and given that I’m only 21 to opt for composite bonding rather than filing my teeth. Not only was it the cheaper option they advised me to have but also Iv still got my natural teeth underneath.
The waiting list is quiet long but defiantly worth the wait.

Had my Invisalign consultation in March 2019 and now just finished my treatment, took longer than initially thought and discussed but various reasons for this, not all the fault of ProDental.
Have to say that the Lisa, Nikki and especially Dr Fran were all extremely helpful and I am now very happy with my straighter smile!
Only thing I might mention is they seem to slightly prioritise the 'celeb' patients over normal patients but would have no issues recommending them!

I went for a trial day that was promised to be paid by dentist Goma. After I spent the whole day doing real case work for the clinic not only I didn’t get paid for the day but I haven’t even got an answer back from them and they’re refusing to return my calls/emails. It’s a typical trait with high end clinics like this one: they’re professional only when they can take your money, otherwise they treat people with contempt.

I would give 0 star if I could!
Very bad customer service, the managers are very rude unhelpful talking over me and being very condescending and rude. I've lost my money and their trust.
They use the cheapest materials and carry out the most cost effective work on you and do not have any after care or do they want to hear about what you are unhappy about!!

This has been the experience of my life, I wish I went elsewhere and paid either more or less.
At first they acted all nice with me and after I did the procedure, they became rude and I was not happy with the implant at all neither was I happy about the tooth whiting.
In total I paid over £1275 and what a waste of money and now having to redo the work elsewhere because they do not want help to fix the issue or refund.
I will see you in court rude little girl :)

So happy with my results! I had composite bonding done on 6 teeth by Dr Goma, he answered all my questions during our consultation and the entire team was so lovely. The rudest and most untrustworthy person in the world has to be Nikki and Lisa. Absolute disgraceful people!
They will get unprofessional foreign doctors to carry out the work for you and unfortunately the work was terrible.
I've got an infection and a possible permanent damage to my gums and tooth.
I've been in continues pain for past 8 months and still they asking me to wait longer! This is ridiculous and Nikki promised she will give me discount but then changed her words a week later.

At my first visit I was fooled by these 100 face people especially the manager. I cannot believe how rude she became and how careless and used trainee doctors to perform on me then after infections then real doctors without my permission or consent.
They broke my tooth and chipped another but now wanting me to pay more! Seriously??

This has to be the worst experience of my entire life!!!!
First they took £1650 from and then I was given an infection as well as they messed up my implant.
I was then asked to pay additional £780 after they started my treatment.
It's now been 9 months and my implant is still not completed!
Ridiculous and dishonest people!

The doctors are terrible and they use trainee doctors on you and treat you like a guinea pig.
All their good reviews are either fake or from people they just did a wash, in addition they force their customers to leave them a good reviews and promise them with lies to apparently do good job for you!
Stay away from these scammers and messed up people.
They just want your money and once you give them your money, then they will treat you like a Guiana pig.

AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE!!! they are the most unprofessional scammers i have ever come across! I only went there for a consultation however as soon i was got there they were extremely late and all over the place. They rushed the whole process and people kept on coming in and out of the room and interrupting about 5/6 times during the consultation. Then they tried to sell me a treatment completely different than i wanted and tried to charge triple the price. They also did not give my deposit back until i had to call and email several times!
Edit: After i left this review i got a phone call from them trying to bribe me with free treatments so i can take the review down which i kindly refused. Shocking and disgusting. PLEASE AVOID.

I recently had 20 veneers completed (Top and Bottom) at Pro Dental, they have been amazing start to finish. They were recommened to me by my good friend. I was ment to have the veneer prep in March but due to lock down my appointment was cancelled however as soon as they reopened again they called me and booked me in making me priority in their phase 2 reopening. Whilst I was in my temp veneers they called me to check everything was ok. Last week I had my finals fitted and what can I say.. but I absolutly love them. I feel so confident to smile and will be recommending you guys to everyone. I have had amazing comments already and just cant thank you enough. You have an amazing team and I just LOVE PRO DENTAL:)

I’m really disappointed by the work they carried out for me and as a result I’m being asked to pay them thousands more for the damages they have caused.
However I’ve decided to go elsewhere and my new doctor was horrified by the terrible work they carried out and asked me to make negligence dental claim on them.
I’ve now made negligence dental claim on them and my solicitors are working in the case.
This place gave me infection and the manager Nicola/Nikki which is the same person was extremely rude after the procedure.

Please don’t trust them, extremely rude people once they have your money and my tooth implant failed unfortunately.
The doctors are terrible and they use the cheapest material for everything.
