Very nice and friendly staff ready to go extra mile for their patients. I started the process for an implant abroad and the screw from the implant fell off. I called the clinic at around 5.30 and Dr Rizwan Mahmood was very kind to wait for me although it was already after working hours. He couldn't put the screw back right then because each implant can only be operated using a kit from the same brand. However he got in touch with the distributor company and ordered a kit especially for me. Dr Rizwan Mahmood was off the day the kit arrived so Dr Pezzola attended me instead. He was also very professional and kind and fixed the missing part of my implant. The clinic is very clean and well ecquipped and the staff super helpful. I would definitely reccommend. Thank you!

A friend recommended me The Neem Tree on Fleet Street after I felt my regular dentist wasn't checking my teeth properly (I was always given the all clear despite my lower left tooth hurting and me letting him know). I gave The Neem Tree a call and the friendly receptionist gave me an appointment for a full checkup. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who took me in straight away - no queues! The décor of the place was truly amazing, very clean and modern. I felt very comfortable and my dentist, Rizwan reassured me throughout the checkup, making sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on. He found one of my teeth starting to decay (which was not discovered by my previous dentist!) and showed me the x ray on the screen. I felt at ease knowing I was in good care as we discussed my options. He advised me to watch and wait to see if there will be any further decay to minimise unnecessary treatment. I've always wanted to get Invisalign's ever since my teeth started to relapse, however, always apprehensive where to get them from. I've now decided to get them from here because of the quality of service during my checkup. Rizwan referred me to their orthodontist for an appointment in two weeks. Thank you very much to all the staff at The Neem Tree Fleet Street. I've had a brilliant experience and will now be coming to you guys in the future.

So so sooo happy with my smile transformation thanks to Dr Pete!! I had a few minor changes which he was happy to assist with. Front of house staff are also very professional made me feel comfortable from beginning to end! Would definitely 100% recommend!! Honestly cannot stop smiling!!!!????????????
