Dreams Hemel Hempstead

So just went to the store yesterday and the bald guy who I think was the manager was very rude and unfriendly. No doubt there stores are closing around. We asked him about a mattress which had a clearance on that mattress yesterday. We asked the details about that specific mattress but he wasnt willing to talk to us. At the end when we still asked about delivery details etc, the manager told us that it would be good to sort it out with another store which will be local to us as he DOES NOT WANT TO STEP ON THE TOES OF ANOTHER MANAGER. Me and my partner were looking at each other and were thinking that Dreams should be given an award for hiring such people and paying them for turning the customers away. To be specific i am talking about Hemel hampstead branch. Even the 2 sales ladies were looking at each other and then at their managers face that why is he doing that. I think Dreams as a company need to look into it. As your own manager turned away a sale of £499 just yesterday. Never gonna step into any of their branch again.

Really friendly and efficient service. Staff were knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable. We felt looked after from the minute we walked through the door.

SCOTT the manager HEMEL HEMPSTEAD BRANCH i wanted a refund on my product that i was not happy with, this pillow that i bought gave me neck pain I have all receipts and proof to evidence this i only bought it yesterday. The manager didn't even give us a choice and straight away said that its a no returns policy. The day before when we enquired about purchasing a mattress for our dad who is unable to come into the store. This man Scott with his own words explained that dreams offer a return or exchange on mattress if we didnt like it, and said that they will clean and sanitise the mattress and put it back for sale. no one made their returns policy clear when purchasing this pillow. he didnt even give a proper reason and straight away turned me down by saying he doesnt want to argue with me, he was very rude and harsh with his tone. I felt there was unfairness as there was another friend of of mine who is of british ethnicity who went into the store and also bought a product and didnt feel it was for her was able to return it, without a fuss but this man was not ready to do the same for me.Told me to get out of the store. i regret purchasing here and will never come back unless dreams contact me personally and sort my issue out.

Friendly staff , was offered tea or coffee while I waited for the salesman who when he came was very helpful

One of the funniest visits ever to a shop with the missus, a senior sales assistant greeted us as you would expect and we went through all the relevant questions & answers, at which point the sales assistant advised us to stand in a particular part of the store to get the full effect of looking at the mattress, to this day we never quite understood why? The poor chap never achieved his sale unfortunately but an unforgettable experience ????????????????

Obnoxious lady serving....ended up walking out and doing my purchase in Luton.... Will never shop in this Dreams store

Lots of beds to review and found staff helpful but not pushy. 2 floors
