Huge selection of beds! They have a sleep match machine. You lay on it for approx 3 minutes and it measures how you lay, the pressure points and works out what type of mattress is best for you. It saves you having to try lots of different mattresses. Stuart showed us 5 different mattresses, gave us lots of relevant information. Also explained how Dreams sanitizes everything between customers. We were given our own pillows with disposable pillow slips, everything was very safe. Stuart did not put any pressure on us, explained about delivery times. Over all, a great experience! Thank you Stuart!

We went in pre lockdown and was helped by a gentleman named Steven. He was fantastic and helped us through all our questions. We ended up making the purchase a week or so later online (due to covid lockdown and the store being closed) but the service we were given was amazing- super patient and explained everything we needed to know! Would highly reccomend.

Unprofessional and disgrace to say the least! Booked 2 mattresses in August and it is November now, still have not received my mattresses. They postponed delivery twice and a day before delivery they postpone it with no confirmed ETA. Clueless and disorganized company. I wish I had gone somewhere else and would advise everyone to stay away from them

Myself and my other half have been looking for beds for a while now as we are looking to get married in August 2020. We first went to Dreams which is opposite to Benson's for Beds and the customer service could not be more opposite. Dreams employees did not even approach us at all or even give us any recommendations.
The employees need to be more engaging with their customers if they would like to make further sales. As first time buyers of bed's for our home, it felt as if they were reluctant to help and was told we cannot fit a bed in our room due to the size. However when going over to the other side to Benson's for Beds, we were told that the bed size was possible and we ended up buying 1 King Size Bed and 1 Double Bed.

Really good service brought a bed for mum as she needs one that is a recliner. The only thing I would say is that I wasn't sure if I could have got the VAT off as its a medical requirement for my mum.

The beds in the store were clearly marked so you knew immediately where to go for a firm, medium or soft mattress. Each bed was labelled clearly with price for different sizes, headboard, divan or other style. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Once bed was ordered, updates were received regularly and delivery absolutely on time. Guys who delivered the bed also couldn't have been more helpful. Took away old bed, set up new bed - no problems. Finally, the bed is amazing and we love it. Can't praise Dreams highly enough.

Thought buying a car was hard but so is buying a bed, unless you have the help of a Fantastic advisor which I had. Shahid spent time and best advised me. I waited to write this review after having the bed for a few months.

Bought a headboard, they sent no end of text messages saying when they would deliver and DID NOT SHOW UP. I phoned the depot and they called the driver who said, 'no one was at the property.' I then phoned the store and they said they would contact customer services and that they would call my phone. The next day, nothing. I phoned the store again (which does not have a phone service that allows you to wait for a representative, it tells you to call back again) and finally spoke to someone that did not have a clue about the order.
I would definitely NOT buy from Dreams again. There are too many online complaints about this company. The mindset of 'couldn't be bothered mate,' is rampant with this company.

I dislike pushy salespeople, nathan at dreams watford was perfect for us, friendly, knowledable and told us all the right things at the right time, we only went in to test mattresses to decide what we wanted, then we were going to shop online, instead we bought a new super king mattress, divan and headboard, second bed from dreams, would recommended to anyone

Brought a £500 mattress from dreams after two nights I had the worse back ache & shoulder pain I have ever experienced in my life, phoned Dreams on the third day to be told that I had to keep the mattress for 21 days until I could contact customer services, I was then told that maybe I could put a duvet on top of the mattress or maybe I could ask my children or grandchildren to jump up & down on the mattress that my husband & I had paid £500 for!!!!

I called in the morning to get info on a bed I was told I could come down pay that day and collect on the Saturday. Once there I was told no it is not avaliable until Tuesday and the ladies reaction to me saying I had spoken to someone was as if I had lied.
Bed got delivered on the Tuesday with no instruction so I tried to call the watford branch 6 times with no answer so I left 2 messages and now 2 days later no reply luckily I got instruction from Google.
Would not got back or buy from there again.
