We got a king size and pillow and it looked a bit small, as in the depth, it was only 17cm high. As it was returnable up to 60 days time we thought we would give it a try, but put the old mattress in the spare room.
This was the best nights sleep we've had for ages, we were apprehensive at first, but we need not have worried, we have a topper to protect it now. And all for £259.00 Good value for money.

Octasmart Hybrid Mattress - Best night's sleep for years. Highly recommended by us, we bought it 4 months ago, and I now enjoy my best nights sleep in years, since it arrived last November'21. I used to get backache, waking up every morning with a stiff back, but this mattress has cured it. I'd say it is medium firm but soft as you first lay on it, comfortable, perfect for me. Also it doesn't make me sweat at night like the previous foam mattress did, I give it 10/10 on all counts. I also received a "free" Octasmart Pillow with the mattress, I found it so well balanced, not to hard or soft, that I ended up buying another to match.

Ordered a mattress and pillow from Dormeo and no problems from start to finish. The order had a predicted date but was send super quick and received earlier than the planned date.
The quality is superb. You pay for what you get.
Sleeping on a high quality mattress has changed my sleep pattern. I sleep so well and it is super comfy and the pillow enables me to sleep the best I ever have.
There is no dip in the mattress and both my wife and I wish we got one sooner.
Highly recommend Dormeo and will purchase again for other beds in our house.

Fantastic product. i am delighted I bought this mattress for my own sanity due to lack of sleep. Do not skimp on your health or sleep .If your not in one you are in another. If you can, buy the best shoes and the best mattress. I can not stress how much better i feel after this purchase. Their service is first class. I had my product in 72 hours. i also got a couple of pillows one of which came with the mattress, wise decision as they are as good as they say

It was an incredibly kind gesture from Dormeo to provide me with a new mattress and I feel I’m really reaping the benefits of getting better sleep before and after games. Our whole culture at the club is built around giving everything you’ve got, working as hard as you possibly can for the team, and to do that we need to be refreshed and ready each day to give maximum effort. Memory Fresh Plus Double
We ordered the memory foam mattress recently and it arrived within 5 days. The service provided by Dormeo was first class. I contacted them in order to find out when the delivery would happen and they were fast and efficient in responding.
Can't say the same for the courier company though! - they do not keep in touch to let you know they are coming and they definitely do not have friendly staff. Luckily I was in on the day and had help to bring the parcel inside.
The mattress itself is great, we are having a more restful nights sleep. Thank you Dormeo for making our morning starts more refreshing

I ordered the Dormeo Octasmart mattress, the delivery was speedy and great, the mattress looked very thin, when we removed it and even though it is half the depth of a normal mattress, it is very comfortable. There is no springs which is great as both my husband and I are restless sleepers, but on this mattress we no longer affect each other during sleep. It stays lovely and cool, nice and firm and is one of the most comfortable mattresses we have owned. We had a free pillow with the purchase and ordered another ourselves, and these are firm and cool also. Great items I would totally recommend.

Arrived really quickly (within days) and was really well packed. I have not noticed any (latex type ) smell that some people have but did leave it out all day to air.
It’s been very comfortable to sleep on with no ‘bedding in’ as it was different from my old one.
All in all very pleased.

Fantastic! The customer service leading up to delivery was first class. Got frequent updates about delivery, the mattress was delivered in perfect condition and at the allocated time. As for the mattress itself, I got the Dormeo fresh double, fantastically comfortable, had a little foam odour for a day or 2 but nothing extreme. Had it a while now and it's still such a lovely nights sleep, definitely be checking Dormeo next time I need a mattress! Very satisfied person.

When we first opened the mattress and sat on it, it felt very firm. We both thought this is not good. So we put a mattress topper on it. It was still firm. Well, we had 60 days to try it.
We were both very impressed the next morning, we had both slept very well even though the mattress was only 17cm thick, the mattress was very comfortable and the topper didn't seem to make much difference. We can definitely recommend it at £259.00 king size.

We have had some mattresses in our time and this the best mattress ever the Dormeo S plus. An excellent purchase, would highly recommended it, fast delivery, said 3 weeks it came in a week. We have a 60 night trial on it and no way is it going back. I also had pack ache on my other mattresses before and no trouble with the Dormeo S plus and I could spread the cost interest free over 3 months ????.

we unfortunately chose a very firm mattress, but i spoke to Damien at Dormeo customer service who recommended a medium mattress instead. One week later a new mattress turned up at home. Great customer service, nothing was too much trouble, and Damien even arranged to have the original mattress collected

I bought a Dormeo Fresh Memory Foam Mattress & I am so pleased with it. The service was brilliant & it arrived punctually. The mattress, described as medium to firm, is exactly that & is extremely comfortable even though it’s only 14cm deep! I was able to spread the cost with no interest charged but the mattress is great value compared to other mattresses advertised on TV. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering purchasing.

I ordered a Memory Fresh Plus mattress. I was told 3-4 weeks delivery, I then received an email saying it would be delivered on a Friday. This was in less than a week from ordering.
The box it came in was fairly heavy, so some may need help to move it.
The mattress did gave a slight odour upon unpacking, but nothing major.
The mattress itself is very comfortable and my wife and I both have a terrific nights sleep.

Dormeo S Plan Mattress
We ordered the Dormeo S Plan mattress after seeing an advert on a shopping channel then following up by reading lots of reviews. We ordered via the Dormeo website and were pleased with the lead time given for delivery. I did have cause to contact customer services prior to delivery and couldn’t fault the service level and communication. Delivery was prompt and as scheduled. We have had the mattress a couple of weeks now and can honestly say we love it. I have the firm side with the s support through the hips and back and my partner the firm side with the s support through the neck. We are both sleeping well and are happy with this mattress.

Best night's sleep I can remember.
My wife and I put our morning aches and pains down to an age thing but decided it was time to buy a new mattress.
I wish we had bought one of these years ago, in the couple of weeks we have had the Octasmart mattress it really has been the best night's sleep either of us can remember.
We wake up every day without a single ache or pain and no having to change position through the night to relieve an ache, the mattress is so comfortable we could stay there all day.

Great service, I ordered this mattress expecting it to take 21 days to deliver but it arrived after 8 days. The mattress itself is very comfortable (it was for my son 6 years old) and is perfect. I have also slept on it and its very comfortable. However if I was to order It for myself i would opt for the premium version. But I knew this before ordering and would say that both the service and product exceeded my expectations.

I needed a mattress for a temporary bed that I occasionally have to use and bought a 7cm Mattress topper from Dormeo. Despite being fairly thin compared to a mattress, it's perfectly comfortable on the floor with minimal additional cushioning needed for a comfortable nights sleep. I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm able to use mine without a mattress and be comfortable despite my relatively advanced years!

I bought the Dormeo mattress after seeing a sale offer on TV. I was a bit cynical but as the mattress was reduced to such a good price I was willing to risk it.
I have to say that I've been really pleasantly surprised. I ordered the middle mattress (not too soft and not too hard). It has genuinely been a real relief.
On my old mattress I kept having to turn over during the night because the side I was lying on would get stiff. Since receiving the Dormeo, this is a thing of the past. No more waking in the night due to stiff sides, neck, etc. It's really comfortable.
The only warning I would make to anyone thinking of buying is to ensure you have help to get the mattress upstairs if needed. It's boxed up but the box is flipping heavy! I suppose that just demonstrates the quality, it's definitely not a lightweight jobbie!

Ordered mattress and was delivered within a week. Love the fact that I can have a soft side and my husband a firmer one, which is our preferences with the added benefit of the support where needed. Mattress is extremely comfortable and I wake up no aches and pains. The one criticism would be there are no instructions on what side is soft and which is firm, but overall extremely happy with our purchase.

This is my first mattress I bought online. Very well packaged and air seal wrapped. Mattress quality did not disappoint us, as we bought it for our kid. It was very comfortable , better then the previous one. After first night he loves it. Other benefit - can be used same day, just need a few hours to keep it alone, not like others must stay away for few days. Foam smell gone very quickly as well. It is medium softness, surface is cool and comfortable, perfect for growing kids.

I purchased the memory form mattress back in December and what a difference it has made to my sleep and back.
The mattress is soft but firm and shapes to your body then reshapes back to its original shape. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers back pain.
Shipping was fast and it came rolled which is perfect for getting up the stairs.

Having spent some time looking at mattresses from various manufacturers I was impressed by the information and specification of the Dormeo Octo Spring. The deal was good with an attractive price, free pillow and option to split payments at no extra cost.
Ordering on the website was very easy as was setting up payment.
Confirmation was quick and progress updates welcome.
Delivery was quicker than expected and early within the time slot advised.
Due to the compressed packing it was easy to move the mattress to the bedroom ( a lot easier than removing the old one!) and once unpacked and allowed to settle as per the helpful instructions and details the mattress plumped up perfectly.
I find the comfort (medium density) immeasurably superior to the previous mattress and certainly lives up to the claims in the specification and I am sleeping considerably better than I have in some time.

I keep getting promises from CS I will be getting my purchase soon but it’s been at least TWO AND A HALF MONTHS and I still haven’t gotten my mattress. This is incredibly frustrating! I paid 370 Euros for the purchase. Why haven’t you guys disclosed any details about such delays and issues with the deliveries upon me making this purchase?
For how long more will I have to wait for my purchase to arrive?! Why do I need to feel like I need to beg you to deliver me my purchase?! Why is there no follow up on the purchase at all?! I’ve purchased it on Jan 18th 2021, and this whole situation is so disturbing and beyond my understanding, and absolutely unacceptable. Absolutely atrocious and the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Absolutely do not recommend the company.
