Delivery came late...not even a notification to let me know about the late arrival. Never order something from dreams prices and not worth of the quality and the service is 0/10 thanks for a horrible experience.

Good Covid19 procedures in place which were immediately put into action by assistant Morris on entering the store. Morris then assisted me and partner through the process of selecting a new bed and mattress. His knowledge of the products was clear and he helped us to find the best match to our needs. thoroughly impressed by his manner throughout. Recommended A+++

Appreciated social distancing and hand gel on offer for customers. Abdul and Katie were friendly, courteous and not pushy in any way. 'Sleepmatch' technology helped us decide between scores of beds and the knowledgeable staff answered all our questions. very happy!

Knew everything there is to know about beds excellent hospitality skills and just a all round nice guy.
We just purchased 3 double beds and I can honestly say it was one for the best shopping experience I have had in a long time.

Great service but if you buy the cheaper range products they are extremely poor quality and uncomfortable. Do not buy a mattress under £500 waste of money. Definitely would not buy again.

Dreams is the worst place to buy your furniture, it’s a trap where they ask you pay deposit to hold the deal that is only available that day, you sign the documents which has T&C where you have to cancel within 48 hours else 20% will be paid !!! Who the Fxxx sake does this in the online world ? Even delivery date is
6 weeks but they deduct and you just pay for nothing. It has the pathetic customer care and staff at Slough Bath Road. Horrible experience.
Don’t see a good model and sooner will file bankruptcy with this old fashioned trap for customer who will never come back and wouldn’t let anyone else. I had to pay £360 just to cancel the mattress, absolutely disgusting model, please DO NOT go to Dreams

Brilliant service, no one hassling you. Told Abdul the manager what I required and he got us on the mattress machine which works out which is the best mattress for your sleeping position etc. Very friendly, free coffee. Katie completed our purchase, also very friendly. No pushy pushy sales pitches. Perfect ????.

We took a trip to dreams in Slough to have a look for a new bed for my parents extension. I have high praise for Morris who helped us immensely, he was extremely knowledgeable and provided great customer service. We managed to order a bed, bedside tables and storage. The process was very smooth, felt welcoming and we ended up spending longer than expected there! The company is lucky to have him on their team.

Dreams I do like this store has to say that because my ex partner bought me a bed there the bed is very expensive I wasn't expecting them to spend so much money on the bed I am lying on at the moment my bed cost me £1,800 and I think it was worth the money guess what not with my partner anymore or his loss????????????

Friendly guy called Shaz helped me to get my perfect bed. Got some warming hot chocolate so couldn't complain about service there really. Do wish that there were more deals though to go with beds such as memory foam pillows etc.
Having said that, good place if you are in desperate need of a new bed.

I visited the Slough store last week, and have to commend the store and the team. The atmosphere and attentiveness of the staff was great. The layout also made it very easily to navigate. I would highly recommend this store, great staff and a great cup of tea, which always helps!

The manager of the store is a racist. I went to the store on Saturday evening(03 Feb) to buy a exdisplay model( with coffee stain). couldn't make up my mind. Went on next day morning to buy the same item. when i went to billing section, This manager came and said it is sold already. something didn't look right to me. None of the sales people knew about it and there was no "sold already board". Went to the store after a week (11Feb)and could see the same mattress on display and he rushed ( after seeing me) to take it inside. i have seen other items marked as sold already but nothing on this. and for sure if it was sold more than week ago, they would have dispatched it already. The staff's looked confused. This manager doesn't deserve to run a store like Dreams.

Bad experience. Please note the staff do not mention when ordering that there is a cancellation fees applicable, all they do is turn the screen on the your face and ask you to read the terms and conditions which is over 5 pages. Once you have signed the terms and conditions you are in a big mess however, you able to ammend the order but that is not the case. Where is our consumer rights gone please be extra careful when purchasing from Dreams. Your Dreams turn into a nightmare ask as many questions ýou want to prior to placing an order.
I lost over £375 on ordered placed and cancelled the following day for lack of space in placing the beds in our home.

Bad experience. Ordered something on Saturday and Cancelled on Monday. We wanted to cancel on Sunday but head office was shut. On Monday we called them to cancel and they are asking us to pay cancellation fees. According to them we signed terms and condition. What are they charging for ???? I am going to fight with them. Guys at slough showroom don't even mention these things.
