Really impressed with Dreams high Wycombe staff and service. Kevin was brilliant and made us feel welcome. The stores covid procedures were great. I was quite impressed with the sleep match system they use as well. We bought a mattress and pillows and can't wait for them to arrive

Terrible.
Went in there a couple of years ago to buy a matress. Multiple sets of kids jumping on all the beds. Waited 5-10 minutes for a member of staff to bother helping me but they didn't so I walked out. They saw to a couple that came in much later than me so it's a big like trying to buy a drink in a badly run bar.

Friendly staff, excellent knowledge, one happy customer as we saved £700. Like the idea that we get to try for 40 nights this gives me peace of mind. Only have to wait 5 days for my new mattress.

I'm pretty certain the hand sanitizer is watered down so bring your own. Staff were very helpful and clear. Shop was not crowded. We went to buy a new bed so requested their service in removing our old bed. Note that they charge separately for the removal of the headboard.

Great service - Marika , the customer services lady was very calm and patient. We were allowed to try a number of beds before we made up our minds. We are now waiting for our tv bed to be delivered sometime in December.

having purchased a mattress from Dreams I asked for details of delivery & was told I would be informed the day before delivery & would be given a 2 hour time slot for the delivery. I did not receive this this information ,& the
next I heard was a telephone call on the delivery day telling me that the
mattress would be delivered in 10 minuets time.

Walked in and within minutes I was offered help.... I walked out having ordered a bed. (Which is why I was there )and been talked through all my options very oficently and not given large amounts of pressure to purchase more than what I was after.... I was even offered a product that would have saved me money.... very happy.

Don't like these big companies especially bed companies dreams they making too much money they are overpriced on their beds and they want everybody to take out credit with them so the big cost three times as much money as it would normally cost the staff work on a commission so it is cell cell cell and the deliveries and the staff are so so but again it's a hey big corporate

Really sad about my experience with Dreams. Had perfume stolen from my bathroom. You don't expect that sort of thing from such a reputable company. I was too worried to give names of drivers in case of any come backs, but I can warn the public.
