I chose the classic medium/firm memory…
I chose the classic medium/firm memory foam mattress. On offer at 199 for the double. Seen it advertised on TV and thought I would give it a go. I have crohns desease and have chronic pain due to arthritis in my shoulders, hips, lower back, pelvis, knees and ankles. I have not slept due to pain for 4 years now and I was ready to give up. I purchased this and although I'm not getting a full night it is not because of pain I think it's just my body clock. The mattress has worked a treat and I never thought it would. The only downside is that it is 14cm deep. It is still extremely comfy but my preference would be a deeper one. Think as I now know how comfortable it is I may purchase a second one in the near future with a bigger depth. Very happy and quite quick on delivery considering they come from Italy.

Edited to add. The exchange mattress came within the timeframe advised by Dormeo and it is perfect.
This is the review I posted on trust pilot.
I’d like to add the replacement mattress cane earlier than expected and I’m a very happy customer.
A reasonable service, could be improved by more contact between order and dispatch. I did have to chase up the order as was advised delivery would be within 28 days and had not been dispatched in that time.
I contacted customer service to arrange an exchange as we were not happy with the mattress we purchased, excellent service for arranging an exchange. Although we have still to receive the exchange. Hopefully won’t be too long now though.

Delighted with the comfort and quality of our incredible new Octaspring 9500 mattress; didn’t appreciate how much difference a great quality mattress can make to a decent nights’ sleep. We’ve had a couple of divan beds over the last 10 years and the quality of the super king size ottoman bed and headboard bought with the mattress easily surpasses those. A very happy customer and look forward to upgrading our other beds to Dormeo in the very near future. Thanks also to the friendly and helpful delivery team too for their punctuality and a trouble free delivery.
