The first thing Dr Holness said to me was "I treat people... Not teeth", then went on to prove it and then some. He is an extremely talented dentist but this is not his strong point, I have seen a number of different dentists over the years and none of them come close to matching Wayne's enthusiasm and attention to detail, he genuinely gets excited about doing the best possible job. Great surgery, Great staff and really cool and relaxing music. The trickier the job the better he likes it. You will not find better dental treatment anywhere on the planet.

Having had the misfortune of breaking a crown on holiday, I phoned the London City Dentists surgery when I landed and they couldn't have been more helpful, in fitting me in between other appointments. Wayne and his team were first class in treatment and stress relief regarding my tooth.
I would highly recommend this practice.

I had been suffering from earache, crunching noises in the jaw and a bit of pain in the left hand side of my face. I thought I had an ear infection and went to the doctors who couldn't see anything wrong. I finally decided it was just old age and would have to live with it!
I mentioned this to Wayne at my regular appointment and he took a lot of trouble looking at my bite, jaw etc etc and told me he thought that basically my back teeth were rubbing together when they shouldn't be. He filed down the back teeth ever so slightly, and Hey Presto, all the pain, crunching, ear ache has disappeared.
Who would have thought such a simple procedure could achieve such great results.
Wayne himself is kind, caring and very good at his job. I would recommend anybody to his dental practice.

My husband had a flap surgery done in Turkey which his stitching needed to come out after 10-15days however, no dentist was willing to take out his stitching after calling and booking appointments, calling 111 even the dental hospital every single dentist refused to take out his stitching to the point that we given up hope and my husband took out his own stitching but there was 3-4 left which he promised me not to touch it again till I found a dentist that was willing to take it out for him. After 12 dentist and 3 visits we have finally found one that was sooooo easy to book and took max 10mins and took everything out for him. I recommend Dr. Waiyne Holness very much he is an amazing dentist and person. The staff members are soooo helpful and amazing, so friendly. The practice is not near us but we are willing to travel there from now on and that will be his dentist from now on. My husband is very very happy with the results and for any future dental care he will be seeing him again for 100%.

Doctor Holness is great and you can definitively trust him. He always explains very well all the procedures/treatments and options. He gives great care to all treatments. I have always been very impressed to see that maintenance/cleaning treatments are taken as seriously as major surgeries. I have been going there for more than 3 years and it never hurt once. If you add to that the relaxed atmosphere, a bit of music and Doctor Holness' and assistants' kindness/professionalism you can say that it is a pleasure to go to the dentist ! I would not consider going anywhere else

It was so difficult for me to make an appointment whenever I’m around in London. I was in touch with 8 different practices and none of them managed to offer the flexibility that Dr. Wayne Holness had. The dentists in the London city all have the right qualifications, but not the flexibility, and this is important for me, as I have a busy schedule. Wayne has been very patient, informative and professional, recommending the best solutions for different issues with 2 of my crowns. He’s definitely a perfectionist and I am very happy with the treatment. I’m also going for an orthodontics treatment where my dentist makes sure to be in touch with the orthodontist and align procedures. I would recommend this to anyone undergoing a complex smile makeover.

I've been a client of Dr. Holness for about five years now, and I've never had a better dentist. I've been cavity-free the whole time due to thorough cleanings. He has also made me custom night guards which prevent me from clenching my jaw at night and have greatly reduced my headaches. Also thanks to him, my smile was dazzlingly white at my wedding!!

Following a last minute chipped tooth emergency, I was very impressed with the speed of response. Even better, I was able to get an appointment first thing.
The treatment itself was excellent, painless and very calm.

One of the best dentist practices that I've ever been to.
I had several treatments done, including a crown placement, deep cleansing, cavity filling and a few teeth extracted to top it off. Considering the treatment above, Dr Holness also taught me how to properly maintain my teeth...
Each treatment was painless, quick and professional. I also had some good music to listen to along the way.
They are generally very good at keeping appointments and fitting their schedules around their patients needs.
Dr. Holness is very kind and professional, and his nurses are brilliant and caring.
I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Dr Wayne Holness is amazing. I have been to Dentists in the past but none of them come on top like him and his two lovely Nurses. After suffering with some tooth issues for some time with not being able to 'bite' or 'clench' my teeth together properly, Dr Holness discovered what the issues where in an instant and worked his magic on my teeth. Within less than 24 hours of seeing him not only was I able to bite properly again, I was also able to clench my teeth together again :)
I am so happy to have finally met a Dentist with Nurses who really do care about the true health of your teeth and also truly look after you as their patient. Dr Holness is now my new permanent Dentist.

London City Dentists saw me within hours of calling. Extremely helpful and efficient. I have a phobia about dentists and was very worried about going. Dr Wayne Holness and his nurse Laurie were truly wonderful. Dr Holness clearly explained the options available to me and treatment in detail with no pressure to proceed. Used state of the art equipment and constantly re-assured me and checked that I was ok. Extremely kind and gentle. I feel this is the only dentist I would return to - even if it means travelling half way round the world to do so as I live in Hong Kong!

So lucky to have found Dr Holness. As a regular expat, I have experienced various types of care throughout the world and I can truly say the service and expertise found at London City Dentists is top notch. From the moment I walked in, I felt as though I was in good hands. Dr Holness was extremely thorough and found issues that must have gone undetected by other dentists for some time. The recommendation was straight-forward and the results were fantastic. Originally picked for proximity to work and positive reviews, I will continue to see Dr Holness for all dental needs going forward, no matter where I am in the city.
