Had ear wax cleaning today in both ears. The procedures of flushing and sucking were not painful. Lindsay was very helpful and gave me exhaustive answers especially how to avoid this happening again. I definitely recommend this place.

Jason explained what wax removal would include thoroughly before doing it and showed me the insides on my ears before and after, which was surprisingly interesting. He really knows abut ears, as you would hope! I decided to pay for micro suction after my mother got a superbug in her ear as a result of having them syringed. It’s sad that the NHS can’t afford to offer microsuction but I would certainly recommend Regain Hearing to anyone with ear problems.

I've worn hearing aids since 2002 and over the past year or so have found hearing more difficult. I had seen adverts for local Regain Hearing Roadshows but ignored them as I was sure there would be a hard sell. However one day I was so fed up with my hearing that I went along on the stance that what I had got to lose.
There I met the man who was going to drastically improve my life - Lee. When he fitted my aids and asked me if they made a difference to my embarrassment I burst into tears - I simply did not know it was possible to hear that clearly. Not only has Lee improved my hearing dramatically but he has also reduced my tinnitus (both ears) to an almost negligible amount. He assures me that eventually he will get it even more reduced. There were a few early hiccups but given that he came to my home to resolve them it really wasn't an issue. So for me he is my knight in shining armour and charming with it. I no longer think about my hearing and I now only need subtitles for foreign movies. My only regret? Why didn't I go to an earlier roadshow. Live and learn :-)

I had tried the NHS & Specsavers without much joy, I also tried an independent hearing company in East Street in Bromley.
I was starting to think my hearing was so bad that nothing could be done, almost resigned to not going out much because I simply could not hear, especially at parties, restaurants, anywhere there was other noise going on.
I read some of the feedback at Regain hearing at Eltham and decided to give it a try, this was the last roll of the dice for me, if it didn’t work, I would change my lifestyle.
It was not easy to set things up , apparently my hearing has become very poor, this had all happened over about ten years, not sure why.
Anyway Lee was super patient, he tried very hard, but I had to go back several times, Lee didn’t mind at all, he just said it needs to be right for me, along with Kirsten they tried many different tips, to get the right sound, with comfort of the ear as well. We tried many tips and eventually ended up with very comfortable moulds, but as well as comfort, they work so well, sometimes now, I hear things my friends cannot, they have made my life so much more convenient, I no longer have to ask my wife to repeat things, I can just hear, no need to guess questions any more. These hearing aids have reversed the years, back to a place I was in before I started to loose my hearing. If you are in a similar position and getting pessimistic about hearing aids, give Lee & Kirsten at Regain in Eltham a try, it might just be the best thing you have done for a while.

Took my son along today for a free consultation with these guys. He's had ear trouble since he was a baby and recent tinnitus problems have been really getting him down. Lee's calm and friendly demeanour and impressive technical expertise soon put my son at ease and allayed his fears about the advancement of his condition. He gave my son a free trial device along with reassuring advice on preventative measures he should take. The initial results are excellent and my son is smiling again!

I first got in touch with Regain Hearing at an event in a hotel in Deal. I have found there expert advice first class and was supplied with a make that would help me with my musical interests. I also needed ear wax removal which was done with great expertise and care. If you visit there Eltham premises you are made to feel very welcome with a cup of tea or coffee and all staff are very friendly and helpful. If you prefere they will come to you rather than you having to travel to Eltham. All in all an excellent friendly service with great after care. They have now opened a branch in Broadstairs, Kent.

I developed tinnitus in my left ear just before Christmas which I found very distressing. Regain Hearing were able to fit me in over the busy Christmas period for an urgent consultation and the service I have received from them since that first appointment has been amazing. The whole team have been extremely understanding, patient and caring when dealing with a very nervous patient and have answered the numerous questions I've had , which I have frequently repeated, on multiple occasions. Their technical expertise is second to none and they have helped me to not only to get a handle on my condition but to provide me with a tailored plan moving forward to help reduce the symptoms with the ultimate goal of being noise free. My words really can't express how grateful I am for all you've done so far. A very, very, very big thank you to Lee, Matthew, Tracy and Chris from a very happy customer.

had very hard ear wax left over in both ears after a microsuction attempt and decided to see these guys to see if they could remove it, they looked in my ears and squirted a water bottle in my left ear and charged me £50 for the privilege, left ear is currently blocked up and won't open and i was refused a refund when i attempted to contact them, they even suggested a hearing test and told me that there was no wax in my ears at all yet both my partner and my mother could see that there still was wax in there!
horrible service and i would avoid! GP offer the same thing and they do it for free!

For many years my wife had struggled with pulsatilla tinnitus after a visit to Lee & Lindsay three years ago, regain hearing gave her back her life. The team at regain were fantastic and would highly recommend them based on my recent visit. I had a ear blockage and NHS would have taken weeks for an appointment. Regain were able to quickly set up an appointment with a specialist and scheduled a follow up to check everything was ok few weeks later.
