I had a very pleasant experience with the team. The receptionist and the audiologist were both super friendly and professional. The examination was carried out with consideration to my comfort and safety. I was given a comprehensive feedback of the examination and tips for aftercare.

Brilliant Team of People.... My Mother required New Hearing Aid. She is in a Nursing Home. Right from the being when contacting Regain I was given clear help and understanding when getting the Hearing Aid for my Mother. Every step of the way from the call centre, appointments, wax removal, hearing test and final Hearing Aid fitted was the best. I therefore have given a 5 star review. Well Done! Lee was exceptional in the care given to Mum who is 92 years of age.

Having put off having a hearing test for ages, I was quite nervous about my visit to Regain Hearing in Eltham, but I shouldn't have been. From the friendly reception staff to the extremely comprehensive examination, interview and audio test, the whole experience was great. They not only put me at my ease, but reassured me that I wasn't going mad. (there is in fact a problem with my ears that interferes with my hearing, but not a problem with my actual hearing - it's a thing). I got the referral I needed to take back to my GP and take it from there.
Also, my hearing test was free, which I did not expect. If you want your hearing checked out, I can't recommend them highly enough.
