I highly recommend Regain Hearing! They really helped my father in many ways. Firstly to completely clear the build up of ear wax in just half an hour - after he had tried to no avail every chemist and prescription sprays/drops for several weeks. Secondly Lee''s excellent knowledge, explanations and TV screens that show inside the ear, and the most detailed and precise hearing test - really help you understand the individual nature of your hearing problem. Thirdly Lee uses this information to choose the best hearing aids for your type of hearing loss and and set them up in such a bespoke way so that you get the very best results possible. Fourthly the customer service and lifetime aftercare is the best I have encountered anywhere! It has been an absolute joy to be served by such a knowledgeable, experienced, personable and patient audiologist as Lee - who is so passionate about bringing back people's hearing. The hearing aids have given my father a new lease of life! To at last able to hear and take part in conversations - that he had been unable to for the last couple of years as his hearing loss became so severe - what a gift! It has been a joy to witness and see the benefits for my father (and also for his wife and the neighbours - from not having to shout to be heard or the television to be on so loud!) Thankyou so much!!

Very good and professional...they attended to me in a way that i was very satisfied with the service and on top of that they didn't charge me anything...i had gone there for wax removal but after the examination my ears were clear..i had an infection and they referred me to my GP.Thanks to Regain hearing Broadstairs Branch..thanks a million. Excellent staff and service. Even though there was no wax found in my ear and they did not charge me anything, but still spent all the time to look and advice me for the next steps that I should take to take care of the pain i was having. I highly recommend

Managed to get an on the day appointment at short notice for my son before he went back to uni which was great. They were so accommodating and helpful. Their advice was really useful, I felt they were really honest when advising my son with treatment. He had one ear treated and this seemed to relieve the issue completed. Was really great value too x

Fantastic service from all employees.... Everything explained in detail. Had wax stuck against my ear drum, was show on a big screen the work done before and after the procedure.Great to see what exactly is going on. Very professional.... highly recommend them. :)

I went in deaf and came out with great hearing!
The staff were lovely, offering me tea or coffee. They explained the process thoroughly, it was very unobtrusive and was over in 10 minutes. I would recommend visiting if you have any trouble hearing.

Spoke to audiometrist about a possible cause of my problem and she advised me what to do
I have started putting her advice into practice and already seeing beneifit
The premises were spotlessly clean

Staff very welcoming. Treatment explained clearly beforehand. Very reassuring! Microsuction was painless if a little noisy, to be expected. Both ears successfully unbunged within twenty minutes. £70 worth of relief we'll spent!

This was my first time where I have had issues with my ears. I was greeted by a great receptionist who offered a tea and biscuit which was a great touch to calm the nerves. I was then seen by Kirsten who was brilliant. I was very embarrassed about my ears as its not nice for me to look at and I'm sure isn't nice for other people to look at. She was very professional and pleasant and would thoroughly recommend being seen by Kirsten and going to the Eltham branch. They do thorough checks of ears and make sure they make your ears as good as new. Definitely worth the money. I will always return here if I ever have issues with my ears again. Thank you.

Micro suction to clear my ears, amazing. Had a build up of hard wax that was affecting sound. They sent me away with some Earol spray to use and soften it before the micro suction. Not only can i hear more clearly but i can also hear sound in far better detail. The staff were fantastic, 100% recommend this service.

They checked both of my ears, they left me right ear as that was clear, but they had to microsunction my right ear as it was full of wax, after they cleared it I had clear hearing in my left ear, I felt no discomfort, they were careful with clearing my ear. And the place was a nice warm environment. I would highly recommend Regain Hearing to anyone. They did a brilliant job clearing my ear.
