Anita welcomed me to the clinic room. Very polite and helpful and with all the questions I asked. The work carried out was very professionally done (I have had this procedure carried out els ware before). Every part of the procedure was talked through as it was carried out. I felt comfortable throughout. My only criticism is that the seating could have been better. I think an office operators type chair would have suited better for patient comfort and positioning. All in. all I am very happy with the experience and that I can hear once again without any after affects. Thank you Anita.

Quick and easy to book an appointment. I was seen promptly and after a brief and thorough consultation I was treated. It was all straight forward and we concluded with a post-treatment care advice. In and out in less than half an hour. Excellent service.

Service was good and efficient and the process was very swift and simple.
A follow up email was expected to arrange a fitting for swim ear plugs, but nothing has been received yet. - one week later.
Also, I was surprised there was no hand sanitizer on the pharmacy counter!

We visited to have our 3 year olds ear cleaned as we could see a build-up/blockage. We was very apprehensive as hes not great with going to the gp and worried if he`d sit still. From the minute we arrived we were put at ease, Gladys was great with him and it was over and done with within seconds. He was quite happy to just sit down and relax. Had we taken him to the gp theres no way he would of had it done in old fashioned methods. Definitely recommend for children!
