Very friendly and welcoming service! Couldn't be happier with the results also! Didn't realise how bad my ears we're until I got them both microsuctioned. There was absolutely zero pain or uncomfortable feeling, to be honest it felt like a nice ear scratch. Strangely I didn't want it to end. Couldn't recommend it enough and I look forward to another visit! 5 stars.

After two months of limited hearing in my left ear because of a build up of wax I am so delighted that I can finally hear again. The service here was exceptional. The receptionist has a great telephone etiquette and was very informative which made the booking process efficent and pleasant. The procedure carried out was quick, easy and painless. Full covid measures were implemented and the general atmosphere of the clinic was relaxed and clean. The procedure was worth the £80 and would happily come again if I ever needed the same procedure done in the future.

I suffer from Menieres Disease and have been suffering with the associated symptoms for about 6 years now. My hearing has been deteriorating steadily over this time. After some extremely severe attacks, by chance I came upon Pindrop hearing and decided to give it a try. I was booked in with Falguni Gami. I must have spent about an hour with her. she was the first person i have met who actually listened to my condition and the issues i have been facing. She was clear that she could not advise me on my vestibular condition, or my nystagmus or the severe headaches. But she listened and advised me to contact speacialists in Menieres. She could help me with my hearing. Falguni carried out a through hearing test and showed me the results on the large screen TV. She explained to me in detail, where my hearing was failing. She recommended a hearing aid which she told me to try and see if it made any difference, which it did. I decided to purchase one. its not cheap for sure, but i trusted Falguni and her advise made an improvement to my everyday life which I am truly grateful for. Thank you Pindrop and thank you Falguni.

Have now used Pindrop twice. Service is excellent, from appointment booking through to consultation. Have been treated by two different audiologists - both have answered my questions patiently and provided excellent care, which has improved my hearing.

I had a very positive experience at Pindrop Hearing last week. I felt safe with the new measures in place (distancing, PPE and lots of hand sanitiser). The clinic was spotless and I felt welcomed on arrival. My Ganguly was very professional and the micro-suction procedure was quick and efficient and has made a huge difference to my hearing. I'm very glad to have found this clinic and will definitely be returning if I experience this problem again.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Very quick and efficient and lovely people. Making an audiologist say wow is now ticked off my bucket list. Definitely worth the money as I can actually hear now, as I no longer have a literal cubic inch of earwax between my eardrums and the outside world. Don't leave it if you have earwax problems - it's not worth it.

All the staff I met were very kind, personable, smiley and welcoming. The ear wax procedure was clearly explained and carried out, only slightly sore for a second, mostly just tickly and noisy, but really nothing to worry about. Extremely clean and professional establishment. Taken seriously and well operated. Seem highly trustworthy.

Very simple to book an appointment. Easy to find and park near by. The ear "vacuming" was very quick and with minimum discomfort. The camara in the ear to see the wax was interesting (if a little disturbing!) but I could clearly see the before and after effect. An efficient service for a reasonable price.

My dad previously bought hearing aids from Specsavers and never really got on with them. A friend recommended Pindrop and we’ve been delighted with the service. The audiologist really knew what they were talking about. The setup was superb and far superior to Specsavers. My dad loves his new hearing aids.

Had a bit of a crisis when I woke up on a Friday morning with my ears blocked when I was due to fly off on holiday on the following Tuesday. Popped in on Friday afternoon and the lovely lady there (sorry, didn't catch her name) managed to squeeze me in there and then and syringe my ears. The right ear needed a bit more time before it could be sorted and I went back on the Monday to get it done.
Service was fantastic and friendly and only cost £80 for both ears which was a very competitive price.

Very professional service, they weren't able to clear my ears entirely on my first visit but I was able to come back after using drops for a week for no extra charge, it was then completed and now feeling much better. Recommended.

I consulted Pindrop to have Lyric invisible hearing aids and have been hugely impressed. I'd previously had a consultation on different aids at Specsavers, and although the consultant there seemed fine, going to Pindrop just proved that previous consultation had been superficial. Rony Ganguly is clearly a very skilled practitioner, and went into extraordinary and very patient detail to assess my hearing comprehensively. I will not now consider going anywhere else for my future hearing needs.
