Having experienced high st chain hearing specialist and NHS whent to Lee at Regain first class service with a very extensive hearing test (more detailed than I have ever had) all the options clearly laid out for me including prices (I am a tinnitus suferer) opted for the aids that have really made a big difference to my life 1st class after sales service with constant monitoring nothing comes cheap but it is well worth the money, life changing!!.All in all a great personal service and 1st class equipment well pleased

I had a very good experience with Lindsay in my consultation. However my attempts to set up a follow on and buy product from Regain were met by a quite curt, not particularly helpful, phone operator and no response at all from anyone, to my 2 calls and 1 email. Needless to say, I will go elsewhere

After reading about your Exhibition Event for hearing aids in Tonbridge, as a novice and first time user of hearing aids and with very little knowledge, I decided that an Exhibition Event in a hotel would give me more information, more choice and a larger selection of devices than a high street shop, even though the branch in Eltham is virtually on my doorstop I travelled to Tonbridge and after parking and walking to the hotel in the pouring rain I was surprised to find that 'The Exhibition Event' consisted of one female assistant sitting at a table in the hotel's bar. There was no signage or indication that this was the Regain Hearing reception I was guided to her after asking a bar staff member where the event was being held, I sat at a table a few seats away as she was talking to another couple as I didnt want to intrude on their conversation however, it was difficult not to hear the personal details which they were discussing, despite my hearing not being as good as it should be, hence the visit After taking the couple to the Audiologist, I approched her and ask where I could find out more about the exhibition and the types of hearing aids available and for brochures to take home but I was told that She could book me in to see the Audiologist at 2.30pm, that was a three hour wait, and he would check my hearing and advise me which hearing aid to get The whole idea of me going to an Exhibiion was to find out more about what was available with the possibility of trying some devices to see how they would improve my hearing and to give me an insite into hearing aids This was not an Exhibition or an event but simply a temporary set up to try to sell more hearing aids If you had described it accurately I would have simply gone the shop in Eltham where you may have made a sale

It was down to chance that I first chose Regain Hearing around 3 years ago, and I'm so glad that I did. The hearing aids I was prescribed have made an immeasurable difference to my daily life. At first Lindsay visited me at home but after the Eltham shop opened it has been convenient for me to go there for check ups. Although obviously hearing aids are reasonably expensive (though compared to some other large-spend items they are much more valuable in my opinion!) the price includes years of very thorough aftercare. A friend of mine has tried two different independent audiologists and I can honestly say that neither of them have been anything like as good as Regain Hearing, with very little aftercare provided after the initial fitting. On the strength of my experience I brought my elderly mother for a consultation, and the amount of time they devoted to her, with absolutely no pressure to buy (and in the end she didn't) was commendable. I truly would recommend Regain Hearing to anybody; it genuinely is a pleasure to go there (cup of tea always offered too - it's like visiting friends!).

I persuaded my mum (age 94) to visit Regain last August (2016), after several years of her putting up with declining hearing. I was sceptical of the outcome, because of her age but also because I was unconvinced about the technology. Lindsay Stride went about the task of assessing my mother’s hearing, and her needs, with professionalism and patience. My mum’s responsiveness across the audio frequency-spectrum was painstakingly measured and then – this was the revelation to me - the software in the hearing aid was tweaked point-by-point to correct for this. The results were profound, and she has been able to participate in worthwhile family conversations for the first time in a couple of years. We recently (June 2017) went back to Regain for the first time since the original visits, to deal with a couple of minor problems. These were diagnosed quickly and efficiently – we had not been cleaning one area of the hearing aids quite as we should, and the automatic telephone-detection needed some adjustment – and I am happy to report that everything is now performing even better than before. I cannot thank Lindsay and, on the front desk, her extremely helpful and efficient colleague Tracy Zimmatore enough for all their kindness and professionalism and am very happy to recommend them, their service and their hearing products.

My hearing over the last few years has gradually deteriorated and I got my first Hearing Aids on the NHS. However, I got to a stage where they really couldn't do anything further for me. It was very frustrating. My daughters suggested that I should look around privately and although I wasn't keen to do this, I was drawn to an advertisement in the local paper, for a presentation taking place in a local hotel. Although sceptical I went along and was pleasantly surprised by the demonstration. It was like magic - I could hear better than I had done for years. I now have a pair of these aids and couldn't be more delighted. It has changed my life! The company representatives have gone out of their way to make sure that I have the correct ones for me and I know that I can call on them any time. My sincere thanks to Lee who has gone out of his way to make sure I get the best out of my new hearing aids and to Tracy in the office who I can call any time.

Absolutely amazing

Finally I have relief from tinnitus, a condition that's tortured me for 8 years. I didn't think it was possible but Lee gave me the best gift I've had all year. Can't thank you enough.

Super service, I got a same day appt and the audiologist, Lee, was very professional and friendly. Everything sorted, no pain at all. Based on the service I had today, I would highly recommend them.
