Should be called small business centre as there is no space to park and theres only one way in ,one way out witch if you end up visiting at the point when the window company at the end are loading their vans you can be sitting there for a while, but units are cheap for new businesses.

Nobody never gets deposit back Rude, arrogant, spitefull, bullying, Valerie Whelan, site manager. I was bullied out from falling out with Valerie Whelan she will make stuff up and put roomers about you round the site. She offers half price rent for the first 3 months if you help her out. She tells you that you cant go against her or your out and she will make sure your deposit goes so you get zero back. Valerie Whelan you need to go on a course for manners and talking to people very rude.
