Horrible over-the-phone experience with the Practice Manager. Totally off-putting since as this is my first interaction with the company. I had a simple query regarding advertising I received through my front door on multiple occasions and felt her abruptness was totally unnecessary. Luckily I have call recording, and would urge the owner of this company to get in touch.
