Very disappointed with the costumer servuce, I bought a kitchen and it took 3 weeks to have the kitchen delivered in full. Bad communication between the team, they said they will call back, they never to you have to chase them. If I had to redo it again, I will definitely find another company, I definitely don't recommend them.

We had a very bad experience there.
We took back an item that was faulty and the assistant manger was very rude and unhelpful.
She refused from giving her name when I asked and she walked off leaving us standing.
Said she don't have to give her name.
We were planning to write a full complaint about the treatment we had encountered there.
Said her name was Sara after she walked off and went over to the other counter where she was talking to a man who said he was the shop floor manager.
We are very unhappy and not really entrusted to use it again after been using it for years.

Only major DIY store in Streatham (Vale). Close to Streatham Common Railway Station and also has good bus links. Plenty of free parking, can get a little busy on the weekends though.
It's a good size store and has a mezzanine level where the fitted kitchens, bathrooms and soft furnishings are kept. Tricky to access this level if mobility impaired, have never seen a lift and I've looked for one.
The only major issue here tends to be a lack of staff on the tills. A long queue and a single open check-out is fairly common. This is all the more annoying as there is always staff milling around customer services, either not willing or not able to assist by opening up another till.
Important Note
This store is not closing!
For now at least it is being retained as the company goes through a financial restructuring plan, which is seeing mass store closures across the country.
