We attended this store whilst looking to colour match a piece of furniture. The staff (especially the 2 female staff members) were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what was expected. There were some challenges initially matching the paint, however the staff endeavoured to match the colour perfectly for us. Extremely happy - thanks to the team for persevering.
The store itself has an extensive range of paints and other supplies from a wide number of brands. Would definitely recommend this store

We are currently in the process of redecorating a property. As part of our renovations we were looking to paint some woodwork the same colour (Pacific Blue) as the new furniture. We tried a local paint merchant initally who according to their machine found a 100% colour match. On putting the paint up it was obviously not a 100% colour match it was several shades to dark.
We were fortunate to come across Decorate by Homebase. The store is conveniently located in Sutton with dedicated of street parking. On first impression the store is clean, bright, spacious and well stocked with a very good range of paint brands, colours and other decorating products. The staff are extremely friendly (thank you to the 2 young ladies working on Sunday I can't remember your names sorry) and well versed in there product knowledge. The store Manager and the team went above and beyond to insure we had a perfect colour match and in the right finish.
I only have good thing to say about this store and it staff. I highly recommend this service... Their colour match service even out shined the local Dulux decorating centre we also tried.
I was surprised at low star rating on reviewing the other comments I note that these refer to a totally irrelevant business nothing to do with Decorate.
We are very happy customers. Will defiantly be back to use your services again and recommending to friends and family.

Very quiet, and has plenty of choice for home decor wallpaper samples are available to take home with the details on the reverse and they also have a few soft furnishings and homewares, staff were masked and helpful when I visited - and as Homebase is part of Sainsburys you can get nectar points too

A well-stocked store, covering all decorating needs (as the store name suggests). Owing to its relatively small store size, it’s very easy to navigate and find what you want. Staff are pleasant, willing to help and knowledgeable.
NOTE: Many of the negative reviews are for the Bathstore, which used to be here and are not related to the current establishment.

This establishment is new and a stand alone HomeBase paint and wallpaper store with a few HomeBase home ware items in store. I have to be totally honest, I found this place by getting lost in the one way system but I had a 10 year old paint sample pot from Homebase in New Malden ( that had closed in 2019) and was going to B&Q in Sutton to get fresh paint mixed.
Now my nearest B&Q in New Malden was on the " we are open but queue 50 strong because of Covid -19". I was too ignorant to queue for an age as I am in the risk zone .So I found this paint shop in Sutton.
Older guy as manager training a younger teen lady to work the systems and a twenty something male team member who was a whizz on the mixing machine.
Excellent service on a Sunday afternoon was in effect. I presented my dried up sample pot and the team were able to mix up a batch for me as a excellent colour match and give me 2.5 litres of the stuff for me to paint my living room with.
So you may think I'm happy because I got what I wanted by chance, from the people who provided the original paint and you'd be right .
But I also had a great service which is hard to find in a lot of places, and that is priceless . I recommend this store . Make it a success.
