Excellent quality product. Do not be tempted by cheaper canopies, I installed this with bronze polycarbonate (careful, it scratches easily) last November and it still looks fabulous (like new) after the winter. Take extra care with the instructions for the depth of the fixing bolts, otherwise straight forward to install. I used Forever White Clear sealant to seal between the canopy and the wall, and all the edges of the polycarbonate fittings. A squirt of canned grease on the bolts and you're done. The canopy is above a side door and I fitted a Lutec 6144S-2 2head PIR MINI LEDSPOT which triggers as you exit the door, as well as when you approach. Most impressed.

Our canopy is 3m x 1.5m which we had a builder erect for us as I would not have been able to erect it by myself but easily managed by two people. We are very pleased with the result which you can see in the photograph.

I have fitted my shelter this afternoon and (as we say in Manchester) I am well chuffed with it !
Even my daughter said it looked good which is very high praise indeed.
One piece of constructive criticism is that it would have been helpful to have a template or jig provided by the manufacturers as the placement of the holes is vitally important with zero room for error, apart from that erection was straightforward enough.

5 Star for delivery, ordered Sunday, delivered next day. Assembly not easy on a wall which is not levelled (it looks very easy on the instruction video). Ordered without logo, still has Canofix Korea printed on the brackets, although not obtrusive. Canopy is not expensive, looks decent, acceptable for us as a temporary solution until we can have the conservatory build.
Can recommend, particularly when your wall is levelled.

Initially disappointed to find that main brackets are plastic but to be honest they do appear very robust and have a 7yr guarantee. Not the cheapest Canopy System by far but the best I could find and I'm very pleased with how it looks. This canopy is 6m long so installing the single piece solid pc sheet was not easy and took 3 of us to do, but worth it I think that it eliminates all the joining seals in between brackets.
In summary not the cheapest but can recommend and I would buy again. Had some communication as well with Canofix UK MD who replied promptly and professionally to my queries.

I ordered based on the website description and the installation videos made me feel confident to install it myself. And so it was, everything arrived well packaged, and all parts are of a high quality. Installation was easy just follow the instructions and it was up much quicker and easier than I expected.

It's the first time I have used this product. I installed a 4.5m X 650mm canopy in the alley at the side of a house. This is a great looking product and is easy to install. I like all of my fixings to be in the brick work and not the mortar joints (Victorian property). Getting all of the bracket fixing points to line up with brickwork is easy using a string line with the wall bracket fixing points marked on the line - that way you can move the line backwards and forwards until all fixing points will be in brickwork! Also ensures that all joints are in line. Completing this project is within the scope of any reasonably competent DIYer and the finished result is a thoroughly professional product. I would certainly be recommending this to other clients.

looks nice but its vey poor design, leaks at joints, I tried to rectify many times, its absoulutely useless during heavy rain, walkway is soaked. So, having tried everything, all that now remains is to remove it and get different canopy. What a waste of money!
Follow up - was aggressively approached by canofix. Relentless pressure to withdraw review. Having examined installation, kept complaining that nothing is wrong, despite leaking in 10+ places, including in the middle of canopy - obviously serious design problems.
I asked to get canopy removed and refund, but this was rejected. Verbally aggressive and unpleasant to deal with, does not want to accept any flaws and insists that this is best canopy (LOL)
Would sincerely not wish anyone else to go through this. I don’t bother much with reviews, but feel that, on this occasion, I would need to warn other people.
I will need to now pay to have this dismantled and install proper canopy..my previous canopy lasted 20 years without any leaks. You have been warned!

Very efficient and good customer service. Canopy looks nice and relatively easy to assemble. Mine was quite large so needed 3 people to put the roof on. Only been up a few days so do not know how it will wear and it has not rained yet so cannot comment on it's effectiveness but very happy with the look of it, it is very stylish and several neighbours have been complementary. It had 3 end stoppers missing but I emailed and they arrived in the post a couple of days later so was pleased with the response.

Pretty happy with our Canofix canopy. It's the only thing I could find to do the job. Easy enough to fix the brackets, etc.. but adding the sheet is hard work to not scratch it and definitely needs multiple people. Just make sure you use lots of sealant for the inbuild gutter as ours still leaks a lot at the joints. Watch all the installation videos you can on youtube and give it at go.

Disappointed with the product considering the price paid initially had a problem with the sheeting this was undersized and unevenly cut this was replaced without question but replacement received was still short although cut much straighter with the back template alloy bar measuring 2 meters and the sheeting slightly under it was necessary to cut the end trims to make them fit wouldn’t expect this to be necessary taking away the neatness of the finished product as now the open end of the. bar is visible from the side expected the trim to conceal this

Superb service. They didn't have them in stock so offered to fly them in. Although this meant paying full price it was worth it. Especially in this Corvid chaos. Personally delivered very quickly.
The owner really cares about customer service and went more than the proverbially extra mile.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The canopy was superior quality.

We have recently installed a Canofix PC 1500x5.7Ms long canopy to provide a covered walkway between our house and the garage. We selected this system as it provided an unobtrusive and light-weight structure, which was relatively easy to install. We decided to purchase the PC 1500x6.5Ms long package, with the polycarbonate roofing sheet being cut and reduced to 5.7Ms by Canofix. This package gave us the benefit of an additional bracket, which reduced the spans between the brackets and aesthetically gave a more symmetrical and balanced appearance to the gable wall elevation.
However, we would suggest and recommend that anyone taking on a project using this system should:-
• Thoroughly familiarise themselves with the product on their website.
• This system is produced to extremely fine working tolerances. Consequently, checking and re-checking all dimensions, levels and plumbness throughout the installation process is essential and strongly advised.
• Our 6No. Brackets were installed on a pebble-dash rendered brick wall. This required the coarse uneven pebbles to be removed to provide a flat and even surface to receive the bracket back plates.
• Each bracket has two main holes for masonry bolts, plus six smaller holes for optional additional masonry screws. We found these additional screw points to be invaluable, as they not only provide extra support, they can be used to fine-tune and adjust the pitch, level and uprightness of each bracket in relation to each other. However, the screw holes have a 5.5mm. diameter and required further reaming out to accommodate the 6mm. diameter masonry fixings.
• All the aluminium front and intermediate bars require mechanical fixings to connect them securely to each bracket. Unfortunately, the package does not provide sufficient self-tapping screws and we had to source these locally. Also, any additional fixing holes in the brackets should be pre-drilled before installing.
• Most importantly, it is essential that a solid safe and secure working platform is provided to assist in the installation process.
In all, we found this package to be a most cost effective way in achieving our covered-way canopy. Also, Jeff Lee, the owner of this supply Company, was most helpful and pro-active in his support and advice.

I chose the 3.5m canopy to span 2 doors at the back of our house. Very happy with the product - the materials seem indestructible! A couple of tips for fixing as the instructions are not completely clear: Lay the framework out on flat ground first, so the rear notched extrusions slotted into the arms and everything square. Then get a long straight wooden batten and mark off the centres for easy transferring onto the wall - the gaps between each bracket are not equal, so double check with the batten. Second tip: The instructions say to slide the sheet in from one end - I found it easier to fit straight into all arms at a slight angle and then feed into the extrusion slot from one end.
The only slight negatives - one of the arms didn't match the others and had the large logo, and a front bar joining piece was missing so had to drill & fix the bar. Still pleased though!!!

A complicated fixing of a 6m canopy spanning a window on an old pebble-dashed wall which entailed the use of variable thickness shims under the frame bases and being additionally hindered by there being very little space along the edge of the canopy. However, the flexibility of the system enabled us to achieve a very satisfactory result.

Very pleased with my new canopy from Canofix which I installed on the wall above my outward opening patio doors. It feels very solid and well built, is cleverly designed and looks great too. If you can put up a shelf correctly, then you can fit this canopy, it needs only basic DIY skills to do it right.
Canofix UK were very responsive by email, and were helpful and accommodating with my questions. When the canopy was ordered, delivery was quick and very well packaged. The one piece polycarbonate sheet is much stronger than I expected, though being a perfectionist I had to trim the edges at each end to get a really good, flush finish. The wall fixings supplied are of good quality but it would have been nice to have end caps to cover the exposed nuts. I found the bottom bar to be quite a loose fit in the arm clamps by several mm, though this was easily resolved with packing out the gaps which also firmed up the entire structure very well. As recommended I also applied mastic along the top edge that meets the wall as there were several small gaps - the top plate of the canopy is perfectly straight but my wall is a bit wavy ! Sealing with mastic just stops rain from dripping down the wall and seeping under the canopy, but it is not essential to do this.
There are other similar products on the market but Canofix has some truly unique features - I particularly like that the sheet is one piece, the arms are available in several different lengths, and the gutter option could be very useful on longer runs. Overall I am very pleased with mine and highly recommend Canofix.

Ordering online was very easy and we were extremely impressed that the canopy arrived next day (with free delivery). The quality was good, and we think good value for money, especially compared to other options available. The canopy required two people to fit because of the size (3500x1000) and fitting was relatively straightforward (took two competent DIYers about 3 hours). We're really happy with the canopy. It does the job beautifully, shielding our entrance door from the rain, and looks really good (we chose the bronze sheet with black brackets). We would happily recommend this product and would happily buy from this company again.

Great product, easy DIY install. Longer fixing bolts would make the install even easier. Wrapping the wall bolts in insulating tape stops them rotating when tightening the nuts. Ordered 1. 250 x 4 metres, very rigid even in the recent very strong winds. Oddly of the 4 support brackets 3 have Canofix cut out, one does not. Very pleased with the canopy overall.

Excellent service in every aspect. Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday with full delivery tracking. Got clear and detailed install instructions both by email and printed in parcel contents. All required parts included and all fitted exactly. A 3 hour DIY task for me and my son. Two pairs of hands makes fitting the (3m long in my case) polycarbonate roof panel easier but rest can easily be done as a single person DIY task. Just fitted a few days ago and so far so good but can't yet comment on its longevity or handling extreme weather. Initial order and delivery service has been exceptionally good so I would expect any after sales care should also be high. Would recommend both the product and the company.
