Good service
For click and collect make sure you are standing somewhere visible to other staff otherwise they wont even notice you are there waiting. It took 10min for someone to serve me. I dont blame them due to how busy the tills were. They looked like they keep the areas clean, staff are wearing masks.

Shopping went well. They need more staff on the ground to assist customers. I purchased a sink draining board, taps, some fixtures for washing machine & sink, some light switches and plug sockets.

Always find what I need in there, it might take you a few minutes because this place is massive. Staff are very helpful in all my visits but sometimes they will tell you this is not my department ask that person. As for DiY, you should find what your looking for no problem, inside or outside!

You're lucky if they actually have what you're looking for in stock. Don't bother checking online beforehand either, "oh that's never up to date" I was told when I asked someone about something I had checked was in stock before going.
