Come to surgery to sort out a query and was greeted with what seemed like total chaos but the two receptionists were absolutely brilliant. The self logging in machine had broken down so all arrivals were having to be done manually which meant the queue built up but was cleared very very quickly by the two angels behind the desk. They both deserve medals for the way they handled themselves especially with some of the comments being thrown at them - it was as if they had personally broken the machine deliberately so they would have more work to do. There was no need for the comments so well done !!!

No one ever answers the phone, lost blood results and reception kept saying they would follow it up from hospital and never did. 3 days in a row I tried to get in touch with surgery as my login didn’t work and to hear about my results and surprise.. no one answered. Changed to a different gp, that actually answers the phone and cares.

Can never get through. I have left and gone else where. I tried to call for my son and still just rings out. They dont have a call waiting system. Either you call and no one answers or engaged and have to keep redailling. Came twice to appointment to be told that 1st time machine not working, 2nd time machine not there. Could of called me and cancelled instead of wasting my time. They need to move into the 21st century and sort it out. Ended up ringing 111 and at hospital for something the gp should of dealt with. Trying to ring again today. Still just rings out

Shoddy service waiting for a assessment to be arranged after three weeks found via telephone message that I have arrange a telephone consultation with my doctor because a letter arrived on the 7th, the consultation is not until the 29th!!!

what a JOKE this place is, im so glad ive changed to a new practice. the phones are always down till about 6pm. you get told you will receive a call from a gp but only when it suits them and that time you could be at work and unable to reach the phone and they will never call back so you have to call in and be on the phone for 40min to get a new consultation call!!!!!

Such a shame! Great doctors that spend time to listen to your concerns etc but the reception team are absolutely incompetent. They're rude, unhelpful and extremely sluggish. I also don't understand why almost everytime I'm there, there seems to be a family gathering at the back of the reception where there's people having tea and biscuits whilst speaking in some foreign language - it's really off-putting and feels incredibly unwelcoming. There's only one young bearded man at the reception who I have found to be quite helpful and curtious.

I just came to do a private blood test as the wait to go through NHS/GP was too too long so I felt a bit ripped off that I had to pay for a consultation where nothing really was discussed or needed to be said. Furthermore I got the results which were all clear but I would have liked to see a copy of the LAB report, I just got an email from the Dr, no reply to my subsequent request. The Dr and Receptionist were fine, really small claustrophobic office though

** DO NOT USE THIS SURGERY ** They are the most unhelpful surgery I have ever used. They always always always get my prescription wrong and it takes months to sort out. Generally they give the impression they just don't care.

Worst service ever given in this clinic!!!!
The receptionists are useless, not helpful, have an attitude and won't give you the correct information misleading you.
It is nearly impossible to get a quick appointment.
You have to get a call from your gp prior to any appointment and when they commit to a timing, in my personal experience, they have only delivered once!
Everytime I get sick, it becomes a stress factor to see a doctor, get a proper consultation and medication!

This is the worst surgery in the UK they just do not care rude, arrogant receptionists appears to be run by a family who do not care less about patients anyone who posts a positive review about this place is spreading fake news, a disgraceful place that should be shut down the General Medical Council need to take enforcement action the negligence is putting patients lives at risk. 1 star is too good for this place it is that bad. This is not a vexatious review avoid this place I cannot express in words my absolute disgust at the behaviour I have experienced been waiting 2 years for a referral to a specialist numerous complaints later they have not done anything just ignore your needs are dismissive and astoundingly incompetent please avoid this place it’s a disgrace to the medical profession.

I have been with Kings Cross Surgery for many years and have found their services superb.
I work in healthcare and understand the pressure NHS services are under, but my experience’s here have always been positive.
Staff are very understanding and thoroughly consults in all issues with your health.
As for reception team- are not given enough credit. The reception team is the face of the surgery and they treat you with dignity and respect when you come into contact with them. Thank you all for being helpful and friendly with your patients.
In total I feel patients don’t recognise the help they receive and I just wanted to give positive feedback as this is one of the best surgeries I’ve been a part off.

Please do not register there!
They treat patients just like numbers, I couldn't see a doctor face to face, they told me I have to speak to a doctor on the phone at first but in fact it was a pharmacist, so if I wasn't in pain I would still be laughing. Hopefully my comment will help you to choose a better surgery!

I was shocked with their service today. Even if you have hit your head there is no chance that you can get an appointment the same day. Best case scenario - a telephone consultation which is pretty much worthless.
After waiting for a couple of minutes to be connected to the doctor (mind the fact that they called me), doctor Hassan seemed bored and willing to end the conversation as soon as possible. Not helpful at all - he just suggested an appointment after 1 hr of the phone call but obviously I cannot just leave work and run to the GP. He did not provide any other alternatives. He did not even explain the process of having a blood test. Nothing at all.
Terrible service. Wouldn't recommend them.

this surgery is USELESS. my issues with them have dragged on for over 6 months. after complaining to anyone and everyone i can talk to at the surgery it's still error after error after error. it takes over a month to get an ordinary appointment and even after ringing one minute past the emergency appointment booking time they say they are booked up which i don't even believe considering how disorganized they are. they never ever ever put my medication request through even though I ring the surgery to constantly remind them and then i've been called a liar. why would i lie about not putting a medication request through? the pharmacy in the local area are sick of them too they don't put ANYONES medication through on time. I've seen elderly people in the que that don't get their heart medication on time. apart from this being absolutely appalling in terms of respect for patients, it's also dangerous????? the straw that broke the camels back was when i booked an out of hours emergency appointment i had to wait a week for.. only to discuss how useless the service was but of course ironically i was booked in with someone that couldn't help me with my medication concerns or prescribe me anything even though that's i specifically requested, and was promised. all the patients here are fed up. a man told me he was infront of the desk ringing the surgery and he saw them wait and ring out the phone. im so incredibly disgusted with the surgery, it has failed me. im leaving

Very poor Service. Impossible to get an appointment. Phone appointment most of the time is the only consultation option and diagnosis are give over the phone!! Most of the time are completely inaccurate (two cases on two). Very disappointed that you can't get an appointment without the Doctor calling and you have to chase the Doctor up if he forget to call. Nurses are nice and friendly tough

Absolutely horrible service and rude staff, calling the place is a nightmare as the automated message beeps constantly and repeats this annoying phrase over and over again... it's like they're trying to get you to hang up. Very upset this is the only GP I can get where I live as they are dreadful and basically useless. Also had an appointment where the PA just googled everything I said and seemed to have absolutely no idea about shoulder injuries so unsure why they scheduled me to see her in the first place, honestly disgustingly low quality of service

I am quite disappointed with the lack of available appointments to see a gp at this surgery. Seeing the doctor in one month and a half it is not very useful. It seems they are very oversubscribed. In addition, I found the reception staff not very helpful.

Very unprofessional. After my appointment the doctor was talking very loudly to the receptionist (which means everyone in the waiting area could hear also), and was asking if they could find a women's clinic for me. This made me very uncomfortable ...I've only been there once and will be changing surgery.
