I had a number of treatments with Dr Haq, 3 weeks ago, all professionally done with a manner that puts you at ease. Very friendly place. I would highly recommend!!!

I am a longstanding patient of Dr Burke. I've had my Jawline reduction, tear trough, cheeks and chin done with her. She's the most attentive and professional doctors I've ever met in my life. She has always been so knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I've recommended multiple friends to see her as well. Rather than simply fulfilling all my request, she talks me through possible treatments and potential consequences. If she believes the treatment is unnecessary or I can wait another few months to have it done, she would not do it straight away for the sake of money. She is such a professional doctor with high morality and ethics! I would never go anywhere else but to see Dr Burke at Cosmedocs!

I had lip fillers which I hadn’t had in 18 months.
I honestly felt no pain and Dr. Burke was constantly reassuring me that everything was going well.
There’s always a certain amount of nerves with lip fillers that you’re going to look completely overdone, but this is the second time Dr Burke has done them and I’ve only received compliments. She truly has a magic touch!

This is not a review of the doctors who im sure are all great, but rather a review of the poor operations/customer service at cosmedocs/10 harley street. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and was directed to the third floor by the ground floor receptionist after he'd informed the clinic by telephone that i had arrived. I waited for a total of 45/50 minutes and after approaching the receptionist at cosmedocs to ask when id be seen, she insisted that my appointment was with the clinic upstairs. After id shown proof that i did indeed have an appointment at cosmedocs, she proceeded to tell me that the doctor had in fact left for the day and that i was late to the appointment. Clearly there was some type of miscommunication between the ground floor and third floor receptionist. The appointment was rescheduled for the following day but upon reflection i decided to cancel and was thankfully issued a refund for my deposit. The most frustrating thing about the exeperience was the complete indifference of the receptionist. Instead of insisting that she "cant deal with me as im for another clinic" she should have offered to look into the matter and apologised as soon as she'd realised what had happened. Although the exchange finally ended with a meagre apology, i was left disappointed and after much hesitation, decided to cancel the rescheduled appointment as i didnt want to risk experiencing further disorganisation. I was really looking forward to being treated here but ultimately felt anxious about what the outcome of having botox/dermal fillers after not having been treated in a welcoming manner.

After 3 years with Dr Haq I am in awe at what he is able to achieve with minimal product - the only conclusion I have come to is that he is a magician! The results are always natural, designed to enhance your features not erase them. I am never tempted to have Botox or fillers anywhere else and cannot recommend highly enough.

I've been coming to Dr Haq for for Botox injections for the past 10 years and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The result are always perfect and natural looking. He enhances features rather than freezing them and I trust him completely. I would not let anybody else near my face with a needle in a million years :)

Nice experience! A couple of weeks ago I've had PRP by Dr Vy who seemed really nice and calm, also knowledgeable!!
She explained step by step what she was doing(which is something you can't give for granted,as many places don't bother). I'm not scared of needles or anything and I was chilled during the whole treatment. I personally didn't find it painful. My skin wasn't red after treatment and it felt pretty nice since day two. No bruising, in my case, or swelling.
Giving a 4 and not a 5 just because it's early days. The girls at reception were nice. I've booked with Elena who was so lovely on the phone and very helpful! As for the treatment per se I don't think I would ever pay £500, to be honest but it's worth giving it a go if you can afford it or when some sort of deal is on. Over all it was a positive experience.
