I've been registered here for no more that 2 months. In this time I have called roughly 7 times and each time I've been caller number 1 in the que. Each time I've waited up to half an hour still called number 1 in the que. I've only gotten through once. I haven't even been to the surgery yet since I've not been able to make an appointment. I think I will leave to go to a better surgery.

Staff is disorganized, got my prescription wrong couple of times. Some of the staff are very friendly, some are not, depends on who you meet. Long queues on the phone are standard - you are caller number one forever :) It is funny that majority of positive reviews here are from new inactive profiles :)

I have a needle phobia so getting the flu jab done gives me anxiety but the nurse was amazing she made me feel comfortable. I was treated kindly and compassionately and didn’t feel a thing when having the flu jab. Thank you so much

Rule and impolite reception staff. All the time chatting and bickering with each other while I stood there waiting for their attention.
Forgetful staff - forgot to photocopy my passport, or give me the sample bag. I had to remind them.
Keeps delaying informing patients their test results - they don't do emails so you can call them throughout the day and no one will pick up. I waited to be informed my test result for a whole week, totally unprofessional and unethical to not consider the severity the delay can cause to a potential patient.
Generally very horrible service and to think of a health service provider is just absolutely horrendous, don't waste your time with them.

I was very unhappy with the phone lines not working when I needed an urgent appointment, finally I got through to the receptionist who informed me they are having issues with there phone lines. She then assisted me in giving me an appointment and informed me I could email her any problem I’m having which I had done and the fast response was amazing. I have to say the staff have been very helpful and reassured me they are here to help patients every way possible.

I have been trying to get hold of the surgery by phone for three days. I have experienced rudeness by staff when I asked for my GP to reply to a letter about my medical records for a job application and I was told that’s not part of their “duties”. I’m registered to this practice, who else’s duty could it be? The online prescription service is the only saving grace.

Very disappointed with the poor service and care I am receiving. You can't get through on the phone as it is not answered. Yesterday I called 31 times. Still could not get through. I've had to go directly to the surgery on more than one occasion as I have been unable to reach them on the phone for urgent matters. At my recent visit I was brought to tears with the shocking way I was spoken to and treated by the staff.

Excellent surgery coping well with the pressures of the modern day NHS. Always have an appointment available- I rang on a Friday asking for a routine appointment and was given one on the Tuesday! Not quite sure how they manage this due to rising demand and reducing funding but thank you and well done.

I came to the surgery to sign up and register. The receptionist was so helpful, she explained that the registrations are done online and if I wanted to I could use the reception PC. She helped me through the whole process. I had my first appointment which went smoothly. Overall I can't fault this surgery
