I cannot say enough about Ewelina! She worked so hard on my son's skin and helped him with his acne. With dark skin we were unsure, but his skin looks great. I also started my treatment with her. My sister also started with her. She is a great clinician. The environment is also very welcoming. Definitely highly recommended!.

I had a HydraFacial with Elodie but unfortunately my skin sustained burns. I tried contacting the clinic multiple times to seek advice on treating the burns but my emails / calls were not returned - extremely disappointing customer care.
I was surprised that the beautician did not carry out a patch test before using products on my skin — that may have helped to prevent this outcome.

Firstly, all the staff at Epilium are lovely which just amplifies the experience you get at the clinic.
Secondly, I’ve been here for a number of different treatments all of which have been positive. I’ve had picosure laser with Dyna and laser Genesis with Ewelina. Both clinicians are very professional and friendly I’d recommend it to everyone.
Now let me focus on my latest treatment. I’ve been suffering with bad skin since I moved to the UK 4 years ago which has been very depressing considering I’ve had good skin all my life up until I almost hit 30 basically. It really destroys ones self confidence as it’s your face!!! I’ve tried numerous products not caring about how expensive they are. But I’ve only had good results with laser Genesis at Epilium with Ewelina. The day after the treatment my skin cleared up, I followed her advice on what to use on my skin too, and I now barely have any spots. That was just after one session. I’m continuing with my treatments to help get rid of scars from old spots so fingers crossed!

Writing a review for Dyna at Epillium Skin:
I first visited Dyna about two months ago for a hydra-facial. This was my first treatment and I was looking for something to help with my acne.
Dyna was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, informative and just an all round lovely human! She helped me with my issues in a truly generous way and we devised a skin routine best suited for me. What I really appreciated was she acknowledged I was happy with a couple products I already had in my arsenal and then suggested high quality products to
supercharge my skin. We agreed a deep cleansing facial would be a smart next step, so I hastily booked in with her a month later.
The deep cleansing facial really did what it said it would. No pore was unaddressed and although my skin was tender for 24 hours it’s absolutely nothing compared to skin I get to wake up to everyday now. Thanks to Dynas extensive knowledge, I now am comfortable going out with 0 skin make up - this is coming from a girl who would cancel social gatherings because my acne shot down my
confidence to zilch.
I now get regular hydra facials and I am so so happy with my new skin!! Thank you dyna, always! I’ll see you soon - forever grateful!!

I had an appointment with Dyna. She is very friendly and professional. The consultation was very great that she allows you to speak what are your preferences and give you informations about the specific treatment you like. Both of you decide what you wanted to achieve. The treatment itself was great. Dyna made me comfortable all throughout. I highly recommend and will be definitely coming back.

I had an Hydrafacial express with Dyna. The place was extremely clean and pleasant. Not only the treatment was very effective but Dyna was the friendliest, most professional and lovely beautician. She took her time to do every step perfectly and even added an extra mask which was not included. She gave genuine advices and was never pushy nor insist on booking my next session. BEST facial treatment ever
I had my first ever picosure here and it was done so professionally by nurse Dee, she double cleansed me and made sure my face had no makeup and all the equipment were sterile . She made me feel so relaxed and talked me through everything she was doing so I was aware - she was so knowledgeable ! I am going back for a PRP soon and I can't wait :)

Had the best PRP session here with Dyna. PRP had worked really well for me in the past but the clinics have never been up to my standards. Epilium has been able to provide a very professional and friendly treatment. She cleaned my scalp and face so well before the vampire facial and the scalp injections were very throughly done. Lovely Hydra-Facial - Highly recommend !
I booked in for a Hydra-facial as I felt like my skin was super clogged up and Dyna was so informative on what I should be doing at home to prevent this from happening . She didn't seem 'selly' or pushy unlike some of the other clinics . She made sure to attend to all my concerns of my large pores on different areas of my face. She gave me some ideas on how to take better care of my skin and I have been doing so at home and have seen GREAT results !

Initially my partner went to this clinic for a deep cleanse facial, Nurse Dyna pressured my partner into getting a chemical peel. Without doing no form of patch test, she exposed my partner into the worst treatment he has ever received. She has failed to protect his skin, failing to assess the risks of using products that have caused him severe burns on his face. I am disgusted with the service and the pure negligence my partner has received! I shall be escalating this matter further. There is another review stating how she has burnt yet another client in the same way. This nurse does not have a clue on what she is doing so stay away from nurse DYNA!!! Absolutely horrific unfair treatment!!!

Nice salon, very thorough cleanse with great results. The machine seemed to stop working on the final step which is where a star has been lost as it wasn’t really explained, the therapist just put a bit of serum on my face by hand but not sure I got the full benefit of the treatment (it was my first hydra facial so hard to say). Overall good

Very poor service. First off I had to call all day last week to get through to someone then when I finally did I booked a consultation for tattoo removal. I was told my request would be possible and I’d be emailed a price of the work I needed. This was by Dee the nurse who even took pictures and did a skin test. This morning Dee emailed me prices and options as we’d discussed. Then I get an email from the receptionist and the manager Abbi saying they can’t do the work as it’s too delicate which is absolute rubbish as all professionals I have had consultations have given me quotes. Plus Dee sent me prices and said my requests are possible. Clearly shows lack of organisation or communication or just a bunch of ‘specialists’ who don’t know what they are talking about.... What a joke
Reply to response: you did not clarify this at all in the email and wrote you cannot treat the tattoo due to its design rather than detailing which parts you can and cannot do. Your two emails were not clear at all and the after my review you wrote back a very rude email in capital letters. I suggest you have more professional staff at reception who do pick up calls and a manager that does explain treatments clearly without then writing in capital letters in a hostile manner. I will not be coming back to you.

What a great facial and such lovely people. No upselling etc just honest advice from two lovely people. My therapist had the most amazing skin herself so I knew I was in good hands. The “sucky” hydrafacial is a little odd at first (it made me laugh) but I loved the fact my skin was getting a deep cleanse & extraction with minimal skin impact. I will definitely go back based on service & treatment. One of the best facials I have had in London.

I travel to this clinic from a long way away - their lazers are the strobgest in London and reasonably priced for how good they are. I also saw a doctor who was honest about some treatment that wasn't appropriate for me so they aren't just out to make as much as possible - they're really professional.

I had my first Picosure laser treatment today and I was a bag of nerves initially when I went in. Daniela, my practitioner was very warm and friendly, and she answered all my questions reassuringly. I wouldn't have gone ahead with the treatment had it not for her reassuring approach. I'm doing this review base on the service I received from the staff as I don't know yet what results I will achieve but hopefully it will be all good. The clinic is immaculately clean and comfortable. Abbi, the manager was also very friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends.
