Dot go to this clinic. It's scam. Rude people, they just want to trick you. On the phone they say one thing and when I arrived its completely different. Maked me to spend lot of money and in the end they didn't solve nothing, they send me to another clinic. What abuse. My girlfriend was pregnant and they say were doing abortion and plus they could give a pill for abortion. In the end they just did scan nothing much and send me to another clinic to take pills from there that it's belong to queen's clinic. I went to that clinic and they said they are not connected with Queens. So it's scam. They trick you for money. Don't go there.

I've been married for two years and was suffering from different fertility problems.
I've been bleeding for 5 month after the last miscarriage. After I tried many doctors ,my sister advised me to come to Queens Clinic .
Dr Ismail did all the test and procedures I needed and now I don't have any more bleeding .
From day one after procedure my blood stopped.
I am very happy and I am carrying my normal life.Will recommend Dr Ismail to all my friends.

A very well run and professional clinic. Dr. Ismail and his staff ensure you are comfortable at all times and are available to help you with any queries you may have. My visits were for checks and consultation on a superficial issue, the latter required an operation that went extremely well and am ecstatic with the results. I have suffered from menopausal symptoms for the past 5 years, I have seen my GP, various specialist, tried numerous medications, herbal remedies but nothing has worked. I have been under the care of Dr Ismail for the past 6 months and he is the only doctor that has been able to help me. I have finally found someone who understands my symptoms and has been able to make me feel better both physically and mentally. I actually feel like myself again. I was recommended to see Dr. Ismail through a family member and I'm so happy I got to see him!
He is incredible, the best doctor I’ve ever seen, he has a true passion for gynaecology.
I had been having issues for months and my local doctor kept dismissing my symptoms. The moment Dr. Ismail assessed me he knew right away what the problem was. He is so caring and understanding and will take as much time as you need to get you fully recovered and satisfied.

I went with my mum who’s suffering from menopause at the moment. At our first visit everything was great we felt welcome and listened to. However, on our second time being there we were dealt with complete rudeness and paid consultation fee which we knew nothing about nor was we were told about. After we’ve paid the consultation fee we’ve wanted to ask Dr. Ismail further questions and we were told to wait by his secretary who told us he will speak to us shortly and we’ve waited more than 2 hours but still did not managed to speak with Dr. Ismail. I would not recommend this clinic whatsoever.

I was feeling really weak and wobbly yesterday from a mixture of jet lag and tiredness. Dr Ismail recommended the vitamin infusions and I’m full of lots of energy today, and my skin is glowing! I have been a patient for many years and have nothing but gratitude and praise. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday - not many clinics work on Saturday. Moreover, the doctor (who is very experienced (FRCOG) and very warm and supportive) may be available outside these times for emergencies. They have very modern equipment, even specialist beds for emergency situations. For those like me who use insurance, if a surgery is needed, they can provide package pricing which, from my experience, works better with insurance companies, compared to what some clinics do when they bill hospital, anesthesiologist and surgeon fees separately.

I’ve been going to so many Doctors for more than 2 years now. But I haven’t seen any good doctor or clinic as Queen’s Clinic. The cost might be higher but its worth every penny. The staff members are friendly and helpful. They will always try to sort your problems out. And Mr Ishmail himself is a very cheerful Doctor who will always take good care of his patients. I have been suffering from pelvic pain for a long time. So, instead of waiting for NHS appointment I had decided to visit this clinic.
Dr. Ahmed Ismail personally pleasant and well-spoken. I didn’t care that time how much he charges if he can help me. So, after ultrasound he said I have got 2 cysts, operation isn’t required and prescribed buserelin injections daily for nearly 4 weeks.
I religiously was doing what he told me to do, but it was getting worse and worse. I was struggling to walk and do simple things like cook or shopping, so mainly was in bed.
I gave him a call and told him that something is wrong and I’m feeling very bad. Meanwhile he said that he is away and when he is back I have to come again and see him and pay.
While I was waiting for him to come back, one day I couldn’t even get out of bed and hospitalised by NHS team. They couldn’t examine me as I was crying and screaming because of pain and they have decided to do laparoscopy.
The surgeon said I had a dermoid cyst 7 by 8 and he told me that I shouldn’t be on buserelin injections as dermoid cyst can only be removed not treated with harmone injections.
So, it’s nice to talk to Dr. Ismail but he couldn’t even say the right diagnosis and treated me with injections that even worse the situation I was in and lead for hospitalisation.
I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to visit this clinic, unless if you have spare money and don’t know what to do with them!!!

Always sorted out all my health issues, always explained everything truly so I understand what is going on with my body and what he was doing to help. I needed an emergency visit with a Gynechologist and Dr Ismail was able to fit me in on the same day. I have been so lucky to find him . He was patient , professional , caring and very reassuring. He took time to listen to me and my concerns without dissimissin anything as unimportant even if I was probably over worrying . He helped resolve my issue fast and gave advice that not only helped me with the issue I came to see him for but that helped me to take better care of my health .The vitamin infusions are fantastic too ! I have now attended the clinic on several occasion and I have always had exceptional treatment. Everyone is very professional yet caring and you really feel they take care of you as a person . There is a lot of professionalism and medical top expertise together with a warm and caring environment which is a rare combination. The nurses are also kind friendly and great! Could not recommend Dr Ismail and his clinic more .

Dr Ahmed Ismail is an absolute angel, a dedicated professional with a big heart. I have been seeing him regulary for many years, coming to his clinic feels always like you are in the best place possible when it comes to looking after your health. Modern, best equiped, highly skilled friendly staff, relaxing and reassuring environment.
I have been having the bespoke vitamin boosters which he recommended as part of my fertility treatment. Besides the gynecological benefits, my overall wellbeing got a huge boost. Better looking skin, noticeable hair growth, levels of energy increased, better mood, immune system reinforced, stress levels lowered.
