My wife and I attended this clinic for an Elite Health Screening MOT. The GP Dr Bakhtiar was fantastic, really experienced doctor and a gentleman. He identified a skin problem which I thought was benign. Really worrying time but the speed at which I was seen by a specialist meant there was only one night of panic. I was seen by the dermatologist the next day who calmed me down, took a biopsy and has referred me for special treatment.
My wife also mentioned her fantastic experience with the gynaecologist who was extremely competent, caring and attentive to her needs. The friendly care shown by the nursing team was also very impressive.

So I'm not really one to leave reviews, but I've felt I've had to because of the comparative service received at this clinic, compared with others I have used.
As a frequent flyer for business, I've had to get a few of these PCR tests in order to travel. I can safely say, after having used Medical Express, this is the only clinic I'll be using from now on. You can find some cheaper services yes, but it's worth paying the extra £30 or so for peace of mind, not staying up til the early hours hitting refresh on your email waiting for your results.
The biggest difference I noticed was that this is an actual clinic - on Harley Street, not in a church off Edgware Road like Private 'Harley St' Clinic and not in a bingo hall like the Corona Centre. Immediately I felt at ease, as it's pretty clear all of the staff here (big thanks to Livia, who was amazing) are experienced and competent. You'll sit for a minute filling forms in the waiting room which is a bit annoying, but once you're registered everything is so so much better. I was seen within minutes, taken into a clinic room where they take a swab from the nose and throat. I wanted my results by email so followed their handout before paying the £200 and I was off.
I went in and was seen at around half 9 on Wednesday morning, and by the time I woke up on Thursday, my results and certificate were in my inbox. I had to chase both times I had a test before, so was fully prepared to spend 30 minutes on the phone getting ready to argue.

Was really disappointed with my experience here. No Covid screening questions or procedures (e.g. temperature check), and the bathroom was dirty. I waited for 25 minutes to be seen for my booked appointment without any explanation or apology. I found the doctor's bedside manner & communication to be poor. Did the job I needed (pre-employment medical) but wouldn't recommend it.

Been here to see a GP doctor, the doctor was kind and caring also professional. He prescribed me some medicine and a few days after having them I felt a lot better. I already recommended this clinic to my friends and my parents. My mom got an appointment there after I told her about the nice doctor. A good doctor who listens and answers the questions and caring is like a treasure when you found them you keep them. Highly recommended

We are having the worst experience with this company and the service they provided with the fit to fly test. We paid £249 each my husband and I. It's been 48 hours and not only we don't have our tests back but they have not replied any of our emails to 3 different addresses, they have not provided a feedback status of our tests and they don't answer the phone. I have been calling them incessantly since 10am today. Not only that, when we went to pay the tests, the lady at the reception was so impolite and rude. She literally snapped at us. It's not a cheap service to have such a horrendous front desk service.
Also I have seen many reviews have complaint about this lady and I deduct the company has done nothing to improve her behaviour.
I will recommend anyone pay this money for this service because clearly they don't provide any extra value whatsoever than any other cheaper clinic. I highly regret using them.

Hello, I was recommended to go to this clinic by my friend as I had very bad pain in my stomach for days. I called an got an appointment, the lady was very helpful and nice. On the day they were very welcoming and friendly, the doctor was knowledgeable and professional asked me to do some tests which they took at the clinic and I didn't need to go somewhere else for it, the result came soon and I started my treatment, I like to recommend this clinic.

I recently used the COVID 19 testing service at Medical Express Clinic. I am delighted with their customer service. Excellent communication at all times in person, via email and telephone. The receptionist could manage to make me an appointment which can be suitable for my busy work schedule. I changed the appointment like about ten times but she bore with me and patiently changed each time. On the day, a nurse called Hannah was taking my test, she was very polite and professional also very gentle. My result came a day after as they promised. Thank you for your amazing service.

The staff and people in the practice where incredibly helpful when I arrived and I recieved the results quickly .I only leave this review as 2 stars (would be 2.5 if i could) because I was left feeling very disappointed after receiving my results back from my blood test. I was sent scanned images of the test results which for your average person are hard to interpret. I thought there would be some kind of graphic to atleast to give a basic explanation on whether or not certain levels where low or high, how they faired on a scale. I tried to get more information from them but was told I would need to pay for a GP consultation which would cost £150 to discuss the results. Thankfully I decided against this and signed up for something called Livi, I would recommend it. The Gp on Livi went on to tell me that the blood test I had was insufficent as it did not include CRP. Which is important when diagnosing gout because uric acid on its own is not enough to diagnose it, and in their payment plan would mean I would have to go for Platinum which would cost alot! Perhaps it is my own fault, for not knowing this but the way the results are presented is not particularly helpful or professional in my opinion. They where scanned images which weren't even fed in straight. They should give people examples of what the test results look like I think this would be helpful

I was one of those who chose the clinic despite the fact that it was more expensive because of their really promising website on the 16nth of December. My flight was firstly scheduled 46 hours after I did the test. As I spoke on the phone with the customer service employee the previous day I was informed of the situation and I was told that they only guarantee 48 turnaround time because it became quite busy, which was understandable.For this reason I paid extra money and changed my flight 3 hours later so I can be within my turnaround time. I spoke twice on the phone with them a few hours before my flight and both times I was told that in case they missed the deadline I would get a refund. Unfortunately, I received my results more than 2 hours after the guaranteed turnaround timeline and lost my flight. I emailed them twice regarding the issue but got no answer yet which is unacceptable. Very poor customer service and and way below the promised expectations.

Very Disappointing. A friend was coming to visit from London to the Caribbean on Saturday, Dec 19 and tried to use this service. The 48h turnaround time was clearly indicated to be "guaranteed" 48 h turn around time. My friend missed his flight because your service didn't provide his results in the 48 hours as promised. He called numerous times to get more information but no answer. What exactly was this "guarantee"? At a minimum it seems to me that all people who didn't get their results as promised are due a refund and apology. (I'm being generous and ignoring the thousands of dollars of lost hotel fees and reservations because of this missed flight since it is a pandemic). They deserve more than the excuses and defensive behavior and bad communication your clinic has exhibited. Also, please remove the text on your website that "Every single patient for which we have guaranteed their turnaround time has successfully boarded their flight" as it is untrue as you have admitted. All looks good on their website but they were unable to deliver what they promised. Beware....

Took my test 52 hours ago, not had any results yet. Have called a total of 42 times (no exaggeration) have had them answer my call twice, both times stating it will come this evening. My flight is at 7pm, it is 4.20pm and I have still not got the results and nobody is answering the phone.
Would highly recommend not using this company

I got an appointment to see a GP doctor at this clinic. I surprised when I arrived there and see how they taking care of their patients. They were very friendly and welcoming also I asked so many questions and the manager, Stive, answered all my questions and helped me a lot. He was a delightful and professional man. The doctor seen me on time and he was also professional and knowledgable. I will go for follow up in a month time.

Thought I would leave a review as I’ve been using these guys throughout the pandemic for my PCR testing. I have had 4 tests with them, made sure to book my appointment early in the day and have always had my results back within 24 hours, my fastest result was received 9 hours after my appointment, fully recommend.

Managed to find a slot on the same day, excellent service, small waiting time/queue outside, but was warned beforehand, minimal waiting time once checked into the clinic, excellent customer service, polite and professional staff, would highly recommend. Results came within 9 hours - very impressive!

I really recommend Medical Express clinic. We've had really good experience. We were going to Egypt which requires a PCR test and we did the test and got it after 26 hours exactly! It was very quick and had no problems at all.
We were very worried about which clinic to go with because we've read awful reviews and people missing flights because their test results were delayed, but we're happy we went with Medical Express. Will definitely use them again in my next travel.

I went for a test five weeks ago and was told I'd receive a result in a week. Still no test results. I have not received any answers to emails and phone calls are not answered. I have had to call my credit card company to cancel the payment.
Update (Feb 2021) - Now 8 weeks since getting a test and still received no communication. Glad I paid with a credit card so the amount could be refunded. AVOID THIS PLACE

Very pleasant experience! The staff are really friendly. I received my PCR tests results within 24 hours, there was a slight error on the report which was literally rectified in minutes and sent back to me - Amazing. I have a 72 hour timeframe to get my test done for China and received the result back in 24 hours, so was really happy. The whole experience was smooth and has put my mind at rest. I would 100 percent recommend them.

Worst experience too. I want my money back. We paid for our test under 48 Hours that was last Thursday we are now Monday and still no result, that is way over 50 hours and more like 5 days. Those tests are now meaningless.
You need to do a full reimbursement of those test not honouring your promises not even delivering any result and the 19th was a Saturday we did our test on Thursday.... Avoid using those people

Got my results within the time they stated but they messed up the gender on the report. Makes me wonder why we bother filling in the details in the website if they’re just going to guess the gender anyway. I’m now in danger of missing my flight because I can’t get hold of them.

After calling several calls to my NHS gp and couldn’t get an appointment, I called here once and got me a same day appointment. I had a very bad pain in my stomach for 5 days and after some tests they found out there is a big problem there. I can’t thank them enough. I am glad that I called them.

I was very nervous to go and see someone but this is a very good sexual health clinic, and I’m glad I did. The doctor really knows his stuff and answers all of the questions - even when you feel a bit embarrassed asking them, which is very reassuring. I’ve done a few of the home kits but it’s definitely worth seeing a GP in person because you know they will actually take an interest and follow up on your tests. Thanks

RESULTS LATE 51 hours later ! Unprofessional CLINIC
Done on Thursday 17th dec 2020 10am the test at this point today 11:43 am 19th dec 2020 I haven’t received my test results for PCR test to fly (48 hours has passed already ) I had booked today 19th dec flight to Antigua and at barthelemy is needed a test for 72 hours on the landing there and at this point no test results to my email no junk anywhere! I couldn’t make the flight ruined my trip! They don’t answer the phone during opening hours is a joke of service they provided guarantee on the website and is NOT AT all ! But for take the £199 yes they do quick in reception! I want my money back! This people is a joke as service no professional at all! People be warned ! The guy there taking names on checking the appointments guarantee I will get it next day night time at 40 hours! And none email came through at this time and point of this review taking place! I want my refund! Was the point to have the PCR TEST! If I won’t use it for the trip purpose! I’m so disappointed. UPDATE! They received my results same day at 16:50 on the 17th dec 2020 and I done it same day at 10 am ! And they decided to send it on Saturday 19 th December 2020 at 12:36 pm very late for me to fly and lost ticket and time going the airport ubers etc I’m so mad! And annoyed disappointed.... WRONG NAME WRITTEN unreadable. A JOKE OF SERVICE!

A lady called Hannah works as the phone receptionist and has no manners! tried to get through for 2 days and when i finally get through Hannah doesn't even apologize for not confirming my appointment via email as she says "i already confirmed over the phone" is this supposed to be professional? When you are paying for a service this is not acceptable. Hannah is very rude and has no customer service at all.
