I had the same experience as many others, I used a video doctor service for the travel test but sending swabs in the post just didn’t work and I missed my flight - they say 24 hrs turnaround but this is when the swab reaches the lab, not 24 hours from your test!! If you need a swab test for travel go to Medical Express, I went on Wednesday morning and got my results Thursday morning and am flying this afternoon.

Professor was very detailed and concerned about the whole process of treatment. I was in a bad shape of food poisoning.
He and his team of nurses rendered excellent service and care. Well done!!!
Being sick in a foreign land is no joke but with proper medical care and consultation from Professor I was in good hand.
Thank you Prof and team of nurses for excellent service rendered! Truly appreciate it.
PS: One of the clinic in Haley Street that accepts WALK-IN which is important!!!

We cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Bakhitar and Dr. Nahum of Medical Express Clinic. We found them on Google based on the awesome reviews and we're so happy to report that we were not disappointed. We were there in June, 2019. The service was very professional and friendly. We recieved all our test results on time and Dr. Bakhitar was more than happy to give us audience to discuss them anytime we came to the clinic. He understood our African background perfectly and exceeded all our expectations. Thank you to the nurses as well who were very patient, helpful and friendly. We can't talk about medical Express clinic enough to all our friends. Our first and best clinic of choice in London. Will surely stop by again and again and again!!

Dr advised on what supplements to take and I'm feeling like I have a

I required an urgent blood test for a potential job, and my own GP weren't able to offer me an appointment for 3 weeks.
Within 40 minutes of walking into medical express, I received a consultation with the doctor, had my blood taken, and was out.
Would definitely recommend this clinic for their professionalism, efficiency and personal touch.

I was seen by Prof Lingam in January due to a tonsilitis over the weekend as my GP could not see me then. He was very nice man but wanted to give me a penicilin shot which I found quite an old fashioned approach. We agreed I will go next day for a follow up and decide then If I needed to take antibiotics. In the meantime he prescribed me Symprove to wash my tonsils. As I was sick I accepted with no doubt, I paid for 1 bottle of Symprove 160 GBP, to find out after checking in internet, that a bottle costs around 24 GBP. I called the clinic and managed to talk to Prof Lingam's son that is the manager of the clinic I explained him that the bottle costed me a lot and that my insurance won't pay for it as it was an over the counter "medication" and definetly not to treat tonsilitis. The manager simply washed his hands and never got back to me with any solution. I feel I was robbed. I was prescribed a medicin that costed 6 times higher than the street price to treat something that is not what it is prescribed for as Symprove are probiotics and do not make your tonsilitis improve. I ended up going to my GP on that Monday. I can't trust this clinic.

Excellent service and very professional. Due to complicated nature of fever i was refered to the hospital and had follow up in medical express the next day.

Rude nurses, terrible service. Kept waiting for an hour constantly being told it would be 10-15 more minutes, then eventually told to reschedule. If you know you're understaffed, phone people to reschedule before they've wasted an hour in the waiting room.
