Absolutely great service, we live in a rural area and had were getting less than 1mb, Openreach had been promising upgrades for literally years, Vispa came along and within days delivered a 100mb service at a great price, no issues at all and a seamless "no damage" install, highly recomended.

Dear everybody This is a sincere thank you for many years of trouble free service. Over a long period of time you have been on the end of a telephone line, helping me through the few occasions when I could not sort it myself. Your advice was always trustworthy; Your fingertip knowledge of my connection has always been reassuring; I transferred from copper to FTTC easily, and the only reason for leaving you was to get FTTP. Your response to the transfer request was so prompt that I had to snap to, and got internet and telephone going in two minutes. If you would like to put this in lights over Manchester Airport or Wythenshawe, I will agree to you doing it.

They are a small company supplying rural areas with high speed internet, they have their ups and downs, but without them I would have no internet at all, so for that reason, I always allow them leeway. I think their network and support services are improving, we have had very little downtime recently (2 years in). My only complaint is there isn't an 24 hr a day unmetered option, as I can get very close to my 500GB allowance when working from home and downloading a game every month or so and it isn't always possible to download stuff in the midnight to 6am window of unmetered access.

Absolutely terrible service. This is a small company trying to 'play big' I logged a complaint back in February and we are now in June and the complaint has not only not been resolved but I have received no update despite chasing constantly. Every time I call I'm told James is on holiday and they cannot deal with complaints - must be nice!

Living and working from home in a Semi-Rural area is a bit of a nightmare in this day and age when the best speeds I can get is around 1.6mbps. This usually means frequent trips to the office when the broadband begins to play up. Since Vispa has rolled out in my area, I'am now getting a consistent 40 Mbps. My experience has been fantastic, I would highly recommend.

My experience has been horrible if you even think of getting broadband from here than you're in the totally wrong direction turn away. My broadband has been to totally unusable at times. It's just not worth it. Go to a well known provider and don't look back. I even upgraded to faster wifi and believe me the unusable wifi returned. When we got the "faster" wifi we were billed for the router which we didn't recieve until we phoned up we were without wifif for a week.

Been with Vispa a long time and in the early days they were pretty good. Unfortunately their standards have dropped dramatically and their helpdesk dont seem to be able to resolve an ongoing line problem with BT. Intermittent phone line which goes off for hours at a time, internet slow and sometimes impossible to access. Very poor service.

Getting charged for going over data cap even though when I download at night, for some funny reason always has problems at night with disconnecting and goes to use peak data, I wouldn't ever use vispa, they take your money and charge you too much for the standard service they provide, sometimes you don't even get a service, I'm disgusted that this company is allowed to charge what they do, even If your broadband is bad right now, don't go for vispa, they will just let you down...
