Absolutely appalling service.Ive been left for 3 weeks with no service despite them having taken payment for those services. I've had to chase constantly for 3 weeks but still have no service and no prospect of service. The issue has been "escalated" several times but I've had zero contact from UK2 unless it's been in response to me chasing them up and then it's nothing more than "it's been escalated and we're looking at it". The worst service I have EVER known!!
