Terrible. Just terrible. NHS won't even allow them to accept prescriptions, they sent me the wrong prescription one time which was a control substance sent to my house, I asked them to wear masks during tier 4 lockdown and they would not, then they asked my doctor to not send my prescriptions anymore since I asked them to do this. Madness that they are licensed as care professionals.

No masks on during COVID. Tier 4 and no masks and then rejected the ask from the customers to do it.
Sure you know who I am, sending me wrong medication to NW3 before christmas then because I complained about you not wearing a mask, you banned me. Your not abused, your just criticised because you are not compliant with acceptable standards. Dont escalate and lie to the reviews, an apology will be acceptable.
