Very professional service. I had to travel abroad for work with short notice and Nick the chemist, he helped me all the way through my PCR tests making the all process easier and less stressful. Thank you Nick. I will keep your establishment in mind.

I have never had a bad experience at Kerrs Chemist. The Pharmacist and staff are very friendly and never fail to provide me with answers to any health queries. I rely on Kerrs Chemist because they always have stock and are very helpful.

Its my local or rather it was my local pharmacy when I lived in Covent Garden. I've moved elsewhere in London but have kept using the same GO surgery so continue to use Kerr's for my prescriptions. I'm on long term medication so have regular repeat prescription which are always ready for me even though I never call ahead. Great service

Happened today in the afternoon, on my way to this pharmacy, in the middle of the road not sure about bringing ID to take the prescription medicine. So I called somebody picked up. Me: “Hello, can I ask that do I need to bring ID to take my prescription medicine?” Staff: “Hello, what’s your question?” M: “Do I need to bring ID to take my prescription medicine?” S: “What are you talking about, I don’t understand.” M: “My NHS dentist she sent you an email to ask me to get the prescription medicine from your pharmacy, did you receive the email?” S: “I don’t know, I am new here!” The same topics was going on for about three minutes. M: “Can you check the email to see if you can find an prescription email from NHS, of course I am going to pay for them!” S: “Oh oh, let’s me find it.” After two minutes. S: “Oh yes, I found it.” After confirming my name. M: “Can I just ask that do we have to bring ID to buy your proscription medicine?” S: “No no, you just need to pay for it.” I was in the middle of the road with severe pain from my swollen gums to argue with your new employee who thought I might not gonna pay my prescription medicine over a simple answer for the question: - do I need to bring my ID to get my prescription medicine. This is worst customer service I ever had in my life. They also wrote my name wrong on the medicine label. NOT SE!

He is the best pharmacist i have met in London, and trust me, I have been visiting different chemists for the last 10yrs,all over central London. It's a small. Business & shop, but most people are loyal to him because, he treats everyone friendly and remembers your name, amazing to see this these days. Rich or. Poor & homeless, excellent customer service for all, only wish the store was larger.. ;)

Kerrs is a really excellent chemist between Tottenham Court Road and Holborn. Its tiny but what they lack in size they make up for in service. I've been getting meds for my mother there for years and I cant speak highly enough about them. Their customer service and professionalism is outstanding. Kerrs is probably the best little chemist in London. Simon Parr.

Very friendly and efficient local dispensing chemist. Much better experience than large chain chemists. Vital to the local area.

Recently I had to use collect+ service so I have contacted this branch via phone to avoid unnecessary stress and time loss walking there for nothing. On the phone I was told that my items won't be accepted today but if I come tomorrow between 12.00 and 12.30 then he will take it as a good will.... hmmm. But I cannot come earlier or later as he doesn't have space to keep this things.... then stop providing the service if you cannot do it. The worst was that person on the phone hanged up on me as I was trying to get some clarification on the case.
