Nice atmosphere. Good for a drink or brunch. The furniture is a bit old and grubby. Could use a refurb and a good clean.

I thought the food was fantastic, the banana and coconut pancakes with clotted cream, berries and honey were delicious. Also the Eton's a Mess cocktail was great. However, our seating was terrible. We were clearly sitting in the bar part where you have cocktails. Nobody could eat their food properly. Service really smiley and friendly though. Perhaps don't serve food at the two tables behind the bar? I'd happily come back though so long as I never have to sit in those chairs ever again.

Came for a brunch with a couple of friends. Mine was nice, potato hash with beef. Lovely eggs. But my friend's meal turned up in stages, with the last two arriving after we had all finished. They consistently got mixed up with orders, just bad front of house really. Then when we were still waiting for the coffee to arrive (actually one already had, but they had forgotten the other two) somebody said we had to go quickly because they needed the table. Comedy rapidly descended into farce. Left as quickly as we could. Won't be back.

Brunch has become very popular for great reasons but sadly that means that getting a table here on a weekend is annoyingly impossible. Plan in advance if you go and book two weeks in advance. Do make the effort to go as it’s a really nice space and the food is good.

I had a fantastic brunch at B&H last Sunday; delicious poached eggs with smoked salmon and potato hash, topped off with bottomless blackberry bellinis. All really delicious, and I'll definitely be back to try some of the lovely-looking food my friends had! B&H had a great atmosphere too. The decor is beautiful; it feels like a restaurant set in the middle of a colonial tea plantation (pretty unique for central London!) and had a really relaxed feel.

I entered the restaurant with hope of a good lunch. The staff were quite service minded and the place is very nice. I ordered a 3-course lunch. The starter had pieces of plastic(package wrapping) inside it. When I alerted the staff about this I got a new plate of the same dish but this one had the same problem! Then came the third try of the starter and this one was without plastic. The main course(beetroot risotto) was OK but it had different temperatures around as if it was microwaved. The dessert(creme brulee) was mainly soup and not at all prepared well. Althought the staff and surroundings are nice I cannot recommend this place. The food was awful.

Really lovely brunch spot! I chose to come here with three friends for a birthday brunch. As I booked quite early, we ended up getting one of the best tables - outside in the conservatory on a lovely sunny day. I ordered the drop scone pancakes which tasted yummy although didn’t come with enligh bacon in my preference! We ordered bottomless Belinis and they didn’t hold back on bringing us top ups which was really great. The only comment I would make is that upon arrival, my name was given incorrectly by the staff. Although it’s an honest mistake, for somewhere that seems to ooze customer service, it’s not something I thought they would do, especially as my name is impossible to get wrong. Other than that, perfect for brunch on a Saturday or Sunday!

Super lovely staff and absolutely stunning inside. Maybe a little pricey but a lush venue.

It's one of the most beautiful restaurant in London. The service is good, food is amazing and also the environment is so unique. You can see many detail in the restaurant, for example their own pattern design use on the furnitures, menu and business card...etc. I would like to visit again and again.

Amazing food and service but I wouldn't recommend desserts. We had meringue and chocolate tarts. Chocolate tarts was over baked and the sweet and sour taste of meringue was not balanced at all and was super sour.

Good for small parties. Poor for any bigger. I went with 3 others and really enjoyed the wide menu and great service. So we went back and booked a table of 11 however, the experience this time was poor. Only 3 things on the menu, full english, salmons & eggs or chorize & eggs. Our order was taken incorrectly, items were missing and we were also over charged for items we did not order- including a brownie for the birthday girl, which usually restaurants throw in for good measure. Felt a bit like we were being had on because we were a larger party. We were seated half an hour late and asked to leave earlier than our allocated time and they start charging us on top of the bottomless drink. £40 a head for a v basic breakfast and bellinis.
