Had a beautiful meal in their STUNNING private dining room. The decor of the venue is very stylish, the staff are super friendly and the bar has a very welcoming, and relaxed vibe. I'll be back to sample their cocktails soon!

Venue is beautiful. This is where everyone takes their Instagram pictures. However food is entirely appallingly lacklustre to the point of being completely forgettable and redundant in terms of needing to exist. Come here if you want to chi-chi for drinks but do not order anything from the food menu.

The food was pretty nice but we had to wait over an hour for a table despite having a reservation. The staff was kind and gave us free drinks which we were very grateful for however having to wait an hour on a Saturday afternoon isn’t very ideal. The venue is very pretty and you get some news views of london. The prices aren’t too bad either.

As soon as we sat down they told us what time we needed to leave. Would've understood had they been more polite but it was overall rude service. The food and beverage however were lovely, bottomless bellini was great they kept them coming generously and promptly! Veggie full english was lovely except the odd 'avocado' which was more like guacamole but looked like mushy peas... shabby chic decor is nice but not very comfy like grandmas house to sit on but yeah overall okay wont be rushing back

This is a great hang out on weekends for bottomless brunch. Beautiful decor, tropical theme. Place gets very busy so would advise booking ahead. Staff are very attentive and professional. I opted for the beef hash for my main and bottomless bellinis

B & H continues to impress and wow with their professionalism, atmosphere, and menu. Arrived for brunch and were seated quickly. You should always try to get a reservation because this place is BUSY. We choose a few dishes each and the endless booze option. The peach Bellinis came quickly, were boozy, and were constantly refilled. The food was also delicious, with examples below. All in all, this experience was one worth repeating every week and for every person hoping to get a great brunch experience

I cannot recommend enough this place - amazing interior. The food is delicious and super friendly staff. Perfect spot for a brunch. Only downside - hard to get reservation - not on opentable, so have to email/call them. Very responsive though via email.

Worst food I had in London in 5 years. The restaurant is very pretty but the food is really disappointing. We had brunch and felt that the food was preheated and cooked the day before. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone hoping to have a nice meal.

They have a wonderful lunch menu and a great cocktail list. The venue itself is stunning, with lots of plants and laid back chairs. They also have cosy little fireplace.

One of the most stylish places to have breakfast/brunch. Amazing interiors that will immediatelly relax you, and make you feel warm/like homme. Decent prices also here. Visited for brunch with friends - while the latte was excellent, the brunch was average - Not fresh bread and nothing special as far as quality is concerned. Service on the other hand was absolutely fantastic.

The place is lovely, nicely decorated interior. My friend and I both had Huevos Benedictos, which was good - the egg yolk was runny and chorizo was delicious. The staffs were nice too, Andrea was friendly and helpful.

A complete disappointment. Despite confirming the food over twice they missed one order, and then It turned out they were out of vegetarian options... I’m sure this place looks fab on Instagram, in reality, the food is average and shabby chic is not an excuse not to clean

The building is beautiful, the staff are so so funny and nice, the location is cute and the music was great! The food however was very poor indeed. The cocktails were really great! Go there for drinks but not for dinner. :)

Possibly the worst dining experience I've ever had.
Staff were rude from the moment we turned up. The food I ordered was not what arrived and it was cold, our host was consistently hostile and we were moved from our table after being advised we had time for a drink - meaning we had to stand.
Upon complaining, the host said "ok thanks" and walked off.
Would not recommend!

Food and service were good but welcoming personnel were so rude it ruined our time there. She told us all tables were reserved so we sat on the bar but for the 2 hours we were there 4/6 tables remained empty.
I think this kind of behaviour explains why no more people came to this place; cause except that, menu, atmosphere and decoration are wonderful.

This place is incredible! First, the bar itself is warm and welcoming. The botanical decorations create such a beautiful scene. Then you get drinks and they are incredible. I highly recommend the Singapore Slings. Go here. You won’t be disappointed.

The interior is beautiful, the staff and coffees were great, but the food was disappointing. Got a full veggie breakfast, mushrooms were tasteless, and even the bread was stale. Highly recommending it for drinks, but not for food

We arrived today and they told us that all tables are booked and we can only have drinks at the bar. We then checked online and there was availability and we booked a table. Then we asked the lady at the door if there is a table available and she said no again. 5 min later we got a call from them saying that the table is still available. Lying to your customers is very bad practice. Make experience for customers good or you will not survive....

I’m the type of guy who doesn’t beat around the bush or cut corners. I’m known by my friends to tell it how it is and I’ve made brutal honesty the cornerstone of my success across numerous areas of business. That’s why when I say that the fries here are to die for, you should believe me. They had a quick turn around and I was eating my fries within minutes. Would recommend to any fellow frie enthusiasts

Went to see the martini pop up. It was hard to notice any change to the place in terms of shrubbery but they now have a espresso martini menu. Sadly the barman got distracted half way through making it and it arrived watered down from sitting in ice too long. There are definitely better espresso martinis available locally.,

Very disappointing visit after being told about this place. Loads of self important girls not women, girls about trying to fit into a social setting. You will notice many tables are filled with women ordering the bare minimal but will be taking many photographs.
The service was awful, 30 minutes before the reservation was due to end the waitress came along and tried to force us off the table. We had just had the main course and were deciding if we should have a dessert or not.
The food is ‘okay’ it’s not out of this world for Saturday brunch experience it can feel like the venue is trying to cash in on the brunch experience most places offer.
This place would benefit if they allowed you to have to table for 2 hours instead of 1.5hr. Manners cost nothing and the waiting staff need an education in how to deal with people but look at you as though they are expecting a tip!

My friends and I came to this establishment to celebrate the engagement of a close friend and it turned out to be a horrific experience for us all. This was my first and last time visiting Bourne and Hollingsworth.
We arrived early to make sure the table was set up and were notified on arrival that they were running behind. Once they were set up we were seated in a completely different area then the requested garden party area, which a party who arrived an hour later then us were now sat at. The staff and manager were shockingly unapologetic and matter of fact about the situation which is surprising considering the glowing reviews we had seen before choosing the venue.
At this point we’re very disappointed but persevered since it was celebratory occasion just to be notified shortly after that there were no pancakes of any kind and no avocados so 70% of the orders taken could not be prepared. At this point we had had enough, as the waitress then delivered this news with a look of amusement. What was funny about the situation is unclear but we proceeded to leave the premises immediately.
Appalling service and haughty callous attitude to paying customers. I would NOT recommend this place to my worse enemy, you would likely receive better service in McDonald’s!

Nice place but a bit ponsy for me. It's one of these places where everybody is young, slim and rich. Go there if you're full of self confidence to avoid feeling put of place. The place, however, was totally save by a small hidden cool little club in the basement.
