Amazing dentist. I am so happy I found these guys. Just had two fillings replaced and I am so pleased with the results and the treatment was so comfortable. No discomfort whatsoever. Emma is an excellent dentist. She explains everything very clearly. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They are a real hidden gem.

I have been a client for a long time and I have always been happy, normally me and my family have been under the care of Dominique (He is very Good as well) , but this time it was Richard Grey and his lovely assistant who was taking care of me. I do not normally leave a review but this time I was very impressed, and touched,. Richard was very proffessional, patient, not rushing me ( I was more ancient to finish rather than he was, as my family was waiting down stairs), he was explaining in details all the problems I had in the way i wished every doctor or dentist should do. (all of this without asking any question to him).I hope with this pandemic the people will be a bit more human. There are ways to do your job, There some who just simple do their job, (money collector) and others like Richard Grey who can make you feel like you are a family. Thank you Richard for looking after me at this time. ???? Respect. I hope you never change. Take care????♂️

I could not be more happy. Our family have been patients for many years.My children see Richard Grey. He is caring, considerate, patient and thorough. He takes the time to deliver the best treatment and to explain the process to my children throughout. Highly recommend. I would also recommend my dentist Adam, also at the practice and include the staff on reception, who have always been courteous, professional and even humorous. A wonderful dental practice.

I've had a lovely experience here. Everyone is nice and helpful. I would like to say that my dentist Emma was so lovely and calming. She has made this unpleasant visit to a pleasant one! She was very helpful and clear when she's explained things and she's done an excellent job with my teeth and also walked me through everything she was doing so I knew what was happening the whole time. I can't recommend her enough.

Emma Hutchinson is probably one of the best dentists I have ever had. It was refreshing to experience a dentist who takes pride in their work, explains things clearly along the way, makes you feel comfortable/welcome and is polite and friendly whilst doing so. Much appreciated!

The receptionist was very rude, she told me that I shouldn’t have called as it does say on the nhs website that they are not accepting new patients. It’s certainly doesn’t say that on the nhs website, surely you just wouldn’t be on there atal as a practice if that was the case?. Would have been a lot politer just to say sorry we can’t help.

The staff are all very friendly and my dentist, Dominic Jones, is brilliant! I needed a lot of work done and I was quite anxious about it. Dominic and his assistants were caring and attentive and they made the whole process extremely comfortable for me. He was also very patient and willing to take the time to explain things and answer any questions that I had. Couldn't have asked for a better dentist. Highly recommended!

Not impressed at all. Removed me from their books during COVID-19 even though I'm asthmatic and couldn't come. I need treatment now so have no choice and the receptionist was rude, and blamed it on me before hanging up. I had no calls and no letters, emails. It's a really bad dentist and probably a blessing as wasnt particularly impressed when I attended. The guy left me with a hole in my tooth and failed at doing a route canal. Much better practices allover the city.

I had treatment with Emma Hutchinson at Somerhill Dental Practice to straighten my teeth with the Inman Aligner. I could not recommend her care enough. I am ecstatic with the result, and Emma's care and attention was absolutely top notch. Thanks to Emma I am much more confident in my smile, and she was extremely reassuring and gentle. The time in which she was able to completely transform my smile attests to her overall brilliance, as to begin with my teeth were very crooked. All of the staff at Somerhill were incredible, and I would rate the practice 10/10.

I recently had an appointment with a hygienist here, who did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, was patient, and offered his advice in a respectful manner. The staff who escorted me to and from his office were also notably courteous, while the premesis itself was clean and well equipped.

Rich fixed my teeth! I recently had expensive and lengthy treatment for braces in London and was unhappy with the result. Though there phone is often busy and doesn't seem to have a good queuing system.

Parking isn't great, but staff and the overall experience make up for that.

Excellent customer service! Was horrified to find out I was de-registered as an NHS patient at my local dentist for no fault of my own. Called up Somerhill and was presented with an NHS appointment straight away with no fuss and no paperwork!
