Excellent service, beautiful surgery. very well organised in terms of COVID, with sanitisation at every step making you feel safe.
Eamon and Abbey were excellent, made me feel comfortable and non self conscious. When considering this was my first dental visit for 20+ years this is quite a feat!
Reception staff were all very welcoming, offering great all round customer service.

Today was my first visit to TwentyOneDental, and I had a great first experience with the staff and the lovely Eamon . The practice firstly felt extremely Covid secure and very professional . The staff were very friendly and I was greeted with a smile. I have had many hygienist appointments in my time , this was the first time where I really felt true care and attentiveness and complete honesty. I now have appointments booked and feel very confident that my mouth is in safe hands with the guys at twentyonedental. Can’t wait for my next appointment !

They never answer their phones , 10 to 20 times of ringing they just hang up the call !''The concierge knows you are waiting '' Bang .. over and over and over ... People have lives , for such a supposedly award winning dentist it is incredible that you have to dedicate hours of your life to speak to someone there over a 2 day period , be ready to waste hours simply getting them to answer their phones !!! Not good enough ! People should be compensated for their phone bills cos you will be charged every time you get through to their recorded message !

This is easily the best dental practice that I’ve ever been too. They are all so friendly, the front of house staff always chat to you and are incredibly cheerful and friendly and the dentists and dental nurses are equally friendly and skilled at their job. I couldn’t recommend this practice more.

Cannot recommend this practice enough - they are an absolutely excellent team who really do put the patient at the heart of their work.
Before finding this place I used to hate dentists, I'm quite a nervous person so finding a good practice was essential to me. Dr. Marwaha was so considerate in making sure that I felt safe and relaxed, and he's been wonderful throughout my visits answering all of the questions that I have. They also have a TV in the ceiling so you can distract yourself with daytime telly if you need. The team as a whole are lovely and non-judgemental - I've spent many years not taking care of my teeth, and instead of chastising me for it Eamon (and Lilly) made sure to teach me the proper techniques for brushing/flossing which is greatly appreciated.
Everyone I've interacted with has been crystal clear and transparent with costs, I knew precisely how much each treatment was going to cost me and what the pros/cons were for every option. I never had a more expensive option pushed upon me, and they were respectful and supportive of my choices.
The front of house staff are always delightful and will take excellent care of you, I'm really looking forward to rebuilding my relationship with my teeth there alongside the team.

I can actually say I enjoyed a visit to the dentist.
I needed to book an urgent appointment and admin staff were great and booked me in a zoom assessment as there were no appointments on the day. The dentist then told me I would need a visit to confirm the problem and that was booked for the next day.
I was very anxious but the staff are so friendly and as the chair tilted back there was a giant TV over it on the ceiling to help distract you. My dentist was really kind and put me at ease as he could probably tell I was feeling nervous.
I already feel much better after my appointment so thanks to you all for the great care during a stressful time!

I am very happy with the hygienist work I have recently had with TwentyOne Dental carried out by Eamon Dehdashti and his assistant Lilly Newington. At the beginning of my treatment it was clear that my teeth were not at all in good condition. Eamon was clearly concerned but after a number of treatments I am pleased that the professional attention I have received has ensured that my teeth are now in far better condition. Private dental treatment is certainly worth the investment in the long term. My particular thanks to Eamon and Lilly and all the support that TwentyOne Dental has given me.

After many years of disappointing private dentists.. Twenty One Dental was recommended by a friend as an excellent practice. Dr Adyl Asani is by far the best dentist I have had. Dr Adyl gives you VIP treatment each visit, is exceptionally professional and has a caring nature. I’m very happy with my treatment so far and the practice has the same technicians and lovely staff on reception. It’s reassuring to know that the team do not change unlike many other ‘dental practices’. Highly recommended if you want quality care.

One of the best dental practises in Brighton and Hove. I saw Eamon Dehdashti who is amazing and very professional. With his advice we managed to see results within one week and he has left my mouth feeling brand new! I see him for my hygienist appointment and recommend him highly if you are looking to get your mouth in tip top condition I would go see him. Thanks again!

Always focused on my needs. I felt so secure on my latest visit. All the COVID protocols were followed to the letter, yet I felt welcomed and cared for so well. Each member of staff gave me the time I needed and explained everything very clearly. The detail of the dental checkup was exceptional and I can now take the next steps in terms of looking after my teeth.

Charged more than double the advertised rate for a treatment for my 4 year old. Under duress from an unfamiliar to me dentist who didn't inspire confidence with his chairside manner, I said yes to the treatment for my son at the increased price.
When I later followed up by email complaining about the standard of the treatment and that I had been charged £85 for a fissure sealant treatment advertised at £37 on their website, I was informed I could only have a credit and not a refund for the difference. The legality of this is surely questionable, this is bait and switch tactics?
None of my family shall be returning here. My complaint took an age for them to respond to (do they care?) and their charges have gone from being fairly high to exhorbitant in recent months, and previous staff members who we liked have now sadly moved on. I am happy to pay more for great care and service, but given my last experience with TwentyOneDental they offer neither great care, nor good service.

My experience with Dr Asani, was by far the best experience and work, I have ever had with a dentist. I was extremely nervous, which had been my emotion always on visiting other dentists. My whole experience with 21 Dental has helped me completely rebuild my confidence and all my treatments went brillantly. The dentist and his staff are always very welcoming, kind, patient, professional & friendly. I can't thank them enough !!

Worst experience in my life. Doctors are polite and professional, however, admin processes are really bad. On my first appointment, I was told that they cannot provide me with an invoice. Also, they always request 100% upfront payment. My second appointment cost £250 to get the first patient assessment. The receptionist confirmed to me that I will be provided with all screens made on that appointment. Later I was informed by email that I need to pay more, to get all pictures made during my assessment. And when I complained about the provided service, that it is not fair to pay twice for one service, I was told I can come to the clinic and look on my scans for free on their screen.
I expected that TwentyOneDental must have a great service, but they are not. Hope TwentyOneDental will change approach to customers in the future, however, I don't plan to come back and already shared my experience with few friends who were considering to book an appointment and they were shocked to see how clinic trying to get every pound from a customer with no actual reason.

The dentists are great but your pricing is off! Just been charged £195 for check-up and hygiene and the appoint was for 35 minutes. I won't be returning in the future and found another local dentist that charges realistic prices. You need to review you pricing again.
Don't go here unless you want to be overcharged. There are other good practices which are just as reputable without the extortionate pricing.

I was so glad when I found this practice a few years back when I moved to Hove. Everyone at the practice are really wonderful! The staff are all so friendly and professional. The equipment is really modern and futuristic! My dentist Eamon is excellent! Tara and the girls are also such lovely people. I have no doubt in their abilities and am always comfortable when I go in and happy when I come out! Thanks everyone for the excellent continuous service - always a pleasure coming to my appointments!! :)

I got quoted nearly £6000 for Invisalign without being consulted by a dentist / orthodontist and have since gone elsewhere and got a quote for significantly less with much more explanation of the process etc so have not chosen 21 dental on this occasion unfortunately.

When you move in, you need to find two things to feel good: a good barber and a good dentist. I can, without hesitation, say that I found the latter! The practice is outstanding, with latest gen equipments, but the experience and skill of Dr Asani and his teams are truly outstanding. Do not hesitate a minute before choosing that practice.

This is the first dental surgery that for me actually puts patient care first and caters to each individual patients needs. Dr Ignacio Ninoles is such a phenomenal dentist. I had work done on my front teeth and it looks amazing- it improved my entire appearance. I live in New York City and will be coming here to get my teeth done in the future. He was meticulous and went out of his way to explain everything. This was exactly what I wanted and cost less than expected and was virtually pain free. Mia was his lovely assistant who was very funny and supportive. I am recommending him to my family and friends.

I had a really good experience as a new patient at Twenty One Dental clinic, it felt like a 5* hotel and staff put me completely at ease. From being greeted seated and offered a drink, to having the treatment and leaving with a welcome goody bag. I felt like I was in great hands and I cannot recommend the clinic enough!
The dentist and local legend (Mr Dehdashti) was really friendly, welcoming and explained everything as he carried out the treatment. He talked me through X-rays that were taken and explained works needed. During the procedure he was calm and explained everything. I would highly recommend seeing the legend Mr Dehdashti for any work needed, I would also say he is the best I have seen as it was painless!
His lovely assistant Ola was really nice and she put me at ease during my appointment. She was super friendly and helped a lot.
My experience was certainly a 10/10 and compared to other scary clinics I’ve been to (really didn’t like visiting the dentist previously), it really was a great experience and is now my chosen dentist (even though I live 20 miles away!)

Dr Ignacio Ninoles and his assistant Mia were both excellent. I needed a couple of fillings and they were both very welcoming and friendly. They were constantly making sure that i was comfortable and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them if you need any work done or even just a check up.
