Unfortunately there are not enough stars available to give the Brighton Implant Team the review they deserve! Amazingly professional, incredibly helpful and an extremely friendly team. They also have a fantastic follow up service to check that everything is OK post treatment. I have already recommended the team to friends and whilst I am not looking forward to my next visit, I do know that I am in safe hands and will receive the best care available which is very reassuring.

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough - as someone with a life time of dentist phobia the treatment I received with Bruno was second to none, His considerate and gentle manner soon quelled all my fears and the replacement of all my upper teeth with implants has been a huge success and look terrific. The dental nurses were all delightful, kind and reassuring and very professional. To anyone thinking about having implants I would say go ahead and go to this excellent clinic. A huge thanks to Bruno and all the staff.

I should have posted this review years ago, Bruno put me 6 implants in my upper jaw about 8 years ago and are still perfect to this day.
I am now in the process of having implants in my lower jaw.
I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions i have ever made.

Could not recommend highly enough!
I’m writing this review ten years too late but if there’s one thing I can say, my implants have stood the test of time! I had 2 implants in 2008/9 and not had a single problem with either in that time!
I saw Bruno back in the days of when implants still felt like a new fad, so I knew very little about them. Bruno took the time to hand hold, explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions.
When I arrived at the clinic I was nervous but made to feel very welcome and reassured. I had convinced myself that the procedure was going to be barbaric but I couldn’t have been more wrong (and I believe I needed a bone graft too), it was quicker than expected, completely painless, and Bruno’s bedside manor made me feel relaxed and he also had a sense of humour when I needed it! I would rather this than a bog standard filling any day!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the clinic and have done so several times to friends that have gone on to have work completed at the clinic and they were very happy with the results.
I currently live outside of the UK but if I had the need for any other dentistry work, outside of the usual, I would not hesitate to come back and visit Bruno.

I have had treatment at the Hove branch of the Brighton Implant Clinic for the last 2 years and the quality of care and treatment has been outstanding. I went there because I knew I needed some implants but I did not really trust my previous dentist (or like the price!). From day 1 my treatment here was so much better. They have great people in all roles. The environment is both friendly and very professional, with fab facilities. I really trusted Bruno and his team as they sorted my implants, which have made a big difference for me. We now just need regular care to ensure my teeth are well. I recommend them highly.

I am very happy the final outcome. I went to Brighton implant clinic hove because the were recommended by somebody in the dental business, I am very glad I did. The only bit which was a bit painful was travelling from North London to Hove, but well worth it

Genuine patient review. After having many consultations with Bruno, years ago, I finally deciding to go ahead with full upper bridge on implants, I can’t thank him and his friendly professional staff enough. It changed my life completely. Having broken crowns and not a great set of teeth, sadly, he managed to work around my very difficult issues and produce an outstanding set of teeth. Now years later (last week) after the bridge was fitted I returned with a fracture (my fault as I could enjoy eating things I probably shouldn’t) and lose top-cap of an implant, I was seen very quickly, the fracture was repaired THE SAME DAY! Then after a prompt visit with Bruno, he tightened up the implant top-cap and provided yet another outstanding, prompt, professional service. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH. Thank you Bruno so much for your continued fantastic care, that after all these years, is actually batter than when I first visited! Your staff are outstanding and your personal genuine care is second to none. THANK YOU

I arranged an appointment with the Brighton Implant Clinic after no less than four friends (independent of one another) recommended the place to me.
In terms of friendly and efficient service, they were not wrong.
Sadly for me, quite early in my session with Dr Bruno, it became clear (to him!) that I was not suitable for implant surgery. At this point, he could have cut short the consultation, and saved himself some time. But that's not what happened at all. Despite the initial assessment being free, he was professional enough to be honest, and took the time to clearly explain why he didn't feel that the bone strength in my upper jaw was capable of accepting the implants. He arranged for the full scan (that had been taken using some very impressive equipment) to be transferred to a disc so that I could take it and show it to another implant specialist for a second opinion!
Following the visit, he took even more time to write a lengthy follow-up email reiterating the discussion.
All at no cost.
Fantastic service. I'm gutted that I'm not a suitable candidate for the implant procedure, but, if I was, this is absolutely the place I'd go.

If I had known you could do a replacement tooth/crown on the same day, I would have booked an appointment straight away !!!! But your receptionist didn't seem to know any of this and she works for you! Next time you should train your receptionist properly about what your clinic does and not giving out incorrect information, once again. The information on the website is completely misleading! It is shocking that they you say a replacement tooth can be done immediately when in the receptionist tells me that there is a wait of 2 weeks, and she also said that no one could call me back for further information!!! If your receptionist doesn't even know what is on your website and you cannot even be bothered to call back a client who is interested in your service you do not deserve to be trusted at all!!!

I attended this practice on a referral from a friend.
I needed an implant done on my front tooth after a very old crown had fallen out.
After initial consult I was given a treatment plan.
The staff on reception have always been so helpful and very friendly.
I was a patient of Bruno’s. He is amazing. So friendly, welcoming and warm. His assistants were so lovely with me when I had the work done, even holding my hand and reassuring me throughout.
I am so pleased with my implant. Looks perfect. I also had a crown fitted which is also perfect.
My son who is 15 is due to have a brace fitted and will need a tooth removing before this. I will be taking him to Bruno to do the extraction as I know he’ll be in the best hands.
So thank you to everyone at the Clinic.

After having had 2 implants with a bridge tooth fitted at the Brighton Implant Clinic (Hove) more than 6 years ago, I can only say that I had forgotten that these were not my own teeth . Recently my hygienist pointed out that there was a small chip which didn't bother me at all, but I went and had it checked out at the clinic. Ther service as every time before was impeccable, from the polite and friendly reception staff and assistants to the soothing and clean surroundings and most importantly Dr Bruno Silva himself who took great care checking the whole bridge and taking a photo which he could enlarge for me on a screen, so I could see exactly what was going on - brilliant. A tiny bit of porcelain had chipped off which can happen but there was nothing to worry about.
I left yet again as a very happy customer and cannot recommend the Brighton Implant Clinic at Hove enough to anyone who wants the best treatment for their teeth.

I went to see Dr Bruno Silva on recommendation and was not disappointed. His clinic is very professional. My initial appointment was very friendly and my situation discussed clearly. I was then sent on to see Bruno. Although I was thinking of a different treatment He offered me the best option. To explain his point of view remade a temporary protheses( !!) to show me how things would/wouldnt work. I am happy with the outcome. Bruno explains, he is considerate and thoughtful in his work and highly professional. Since I had work done with his clinic I have heard even more positive remarks about his clinic and work. He has an excellent reputation. I will always use him as my dentist.

I have been a patient/client of Dr Bruno Silva for over five years. In that time he and his team have been absolutely amazing. His prices are lower than one would have expected, considering the superb artistry, professionalism and outstanding attention to detail he has shown to me. Dr Bruno and his staff all display a friendly, courteous and understanding attitude to me - I am 72 years of age - and, I am sure, to all his patients and clients.
I travel well over three hours from rural Wiltshire to Brighton Implant Clinic (Hove Branch) and I would travel TWICE as long again, if necessary, to be treated by Dr Bruno and his team. I can't praise him and his team enough.
In fact, Dr Bruno inspired my daughter to become an Oral Surgeon; she is now working in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Thank you, Dr Bruno.

Having been told that implants were impossible or required extensive bone grafts I tried this clinic. They were excellent. No bone grafts required. Full upper teeth replaced. Very little discomfort and excellent service since the initial implants. Good staff and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I visited Brighton implant clinic to have a wisdom tooth removed. I was very nervous about this procedure and decided to have this performed under sedation. I received a warm welcome from reception staff and my appointment ran at the scheduled time. My dentist DR Bruno explained every detail of the treatment to me and made sure I fully understood everything that was happening, he was very caring and patient and was in no rush with my treatment. The nurses were polite, kind and very reassuring to me and made me feel incredibly relaxed, as I was very nervous. After my procedure every aspect of my after care was explained to me in full and my dentist and the nurses ensured I was ready to leave the practice. Overall my experience within this practice was excellent and the care was outstanding. Thank you to everyone at Brighton Implant clinic. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.

I was so angry to see Kitty Lambchop's review that I feel I have to write. I have been a patient of Brighton Implant Clinic for years. The staff and dentists are fantastic. Most of my teeth are now implants, many of them put in after finding my way to the clinic. I now have nothing but praise for the practice as do the patients to whom I have recommended the Clinic. If there is a choice between expensive Harley Street dentists or the clinic, I'd go to Hove even if I lived next to Harley Street

Exceptional staff, fantastic dentists and brilliant care. I really can't praise this place enough. I ran in there when I was in agony 2 weeks ago and they fitted me in quickly, x-rayed me and sent me a detailed proposal for the extraction of my wisdom tooth which was causing me pain. Today I had the tooth removed - the reception staff were reassuring, professional and put me at ease. When I went down to get the removal the nurses and dentist were very easygoing and professional. 'I have just finished my course of treatment at BIC with Dr Bruno Silva. The treatment involved two implants with a bridged tooth. At every appointment, Bruno and his staff were extremely professional, polite, caring and reassuring. I was never kept waiting for my appointments, which were always preceded by a reminder phone call and finally a follow up call to make sure all was well. I traveled over 75 miles to the clinic and wondered whether I should have chosen somewhere nearer - but I am so pleased that I didn't! I am delighted with the treatment and results and the quality of my life has improved as I can now eat the foods I want to and smile without any embarrassment! Great service from Bruno & his team, my cracked molar tooth was dealt with swiftly and efficiently, I agreed a treatment plan but 1/2 way through the treatment Bruno stopped to take photos and discuss what he had found, the damage wasn't as bad as first thought and he suggested a less invasive treatment plan which was cheaper & could be done there and then without the need for a 3rd appointment as I was expecting - honest advice and I can't fault the end result - Thanks Bruno ????

This place is a total con. I have never felt so humiliated in my life.
They have a low cost first check up which includes all xrays, and it’s very high tech and modern looking, so seems good but I think is a way for them to just take peoples money. On first entering I noticed not being greeted and staff chatting, no eye contact and eventually I was asked my name and told to sit and wait. Staff are all Spanish here, which is fine, but all of 3 reception staff sat chatting in Spanish which was a bit uncomfortable as I wasn’t sure what they were saying. It’s not friendly. I was then told to go up, but not shown where or how to go, I had to end up asking 3 different staff On my way how to get to where I was supposed to be going. The dentist I saw did not smile or seem at all interested in me telling him what issues I had with my teeth, he then proceeded to tell me that this first time appointment did not cover problems only a check up, and that he could either focus on the top or bottom row! When I said but it’s a first time appointment you should look at everything, he said no, you can decide if you want to talk about the issue with my tooth or a general check up. As I also hadn’t been to the dentist for a while due to phobias he was disgusted and frowned repeatedly mumbling in Spanish to his assistant when looking at my teeth and said I have to go every 6 months, I realise this but have never felt so humiliated in my whole life. I was not given a check up result, treatment plan, or any advice about if I need filings or anything. I assume he only helped with my request for a broke crown which he told me he was referring me to another dentist for. I left wanting nothing more to do with the place.

Dental surgeon Ms Aurora Fernandez technically very proficient and is also very sensitive to needs of the patient and always carries out procedures as gently as possible to minimise any bruising and therefore any pain once anaesthetic had worn off.

I get stupidly anxious and worked-up before any kind of dental work/check-up, and I've been to a few dentists in the past where that hasn't really been dealt with very well, but that's never been a problem here. All of the staff, including receptionists, are friendly and helpful.
The dentist I had today, Dr Lucia Sanchez, was great - I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was very accomodating and welcoming, which was much appreciated given my anxiety. I quickly felt at ease. She clearly knows her stuff, too, providing reassuringly complete answers for future treatment and answering my barrage of questions with care and detail. And there was absolutely no hint of unnecessary upselling, either, which is always nice. An unexpectedly not-unpleasant experience all round..
