really friendly, professional team. was very nervous before going in, but they did an amazing job and where very attentive to my needs - and very comforting. Would recommend to anyone, especially people who feel nervous about dentists, to go to Brighton Dental Clinic. Dr Ilias completely put me at ease and did a great job - I'm no longer worried about appointments at the dentists at all and feel very grateful to the team.

Brighton Dental Clinic is without doubt the best dental clinic which I have ever experienced (I'm now 71). All the staff are excellent, a well integrated team which is highly professional, caring and friendly, and which generates a calming and comfortable atmosphere. I've been a regular patient since moving to Brighton in January 2015, and I'm very grateful for all they have done for me. Highly recommended!

It's been over a year now and we've just finished my orthodontic treatment for a year with Dr Ilias and the team. I'm so happy with them! The process in getting there was very straightforward, with the team reassuring me by explaining every step in a clear and simple manner. I've also added some composite bonding and that turned out amazing too! Now I can't stop smiling like an idiot :D I highly recommend the team as they're incredibly friendly and professional.

I went for an appointment with the hygienist, and my girlfriend had a dental appointment.
Especially considering COVID-19 restrictions, it was a great quality service, and a thorough procedure. My girlfriend who is a Doctor, also shared the same view for her treatment. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone thinking of making an appointment.

I had visited Brighton Dental Clinic with my fiancé a few times before I decided to follow suit with him and switch to their clinic from my previous (awful) one- who had left my fiancé's painful tooth in a terrible state. Having seen the amazing impact that this clinic had on him and interacting with the super sweet receptionists myself, I wanted to give them a go too, and I was not disappointed.
I have been seeing Dr Lynsey for well over a year now and she is just so lovely, calming and attentive. It's the small details like remembering things you have told her and asking about them each time with genuine interest that make the experience so friendly and pleasant. She really, really listens, as well as giving you detailed and clear information, so that you absolutely understand any treatment/procedure etc. before moving forward, which is sadly something you don't often see in other dentist's practices.
I decided that I finally wanted straighter teeth after many years of feeling insecure about my overlapping teeth. Dr Lynsey went through all the options with me for my specific teeth/crowding and was very clear about what I could expect. I decided to go for invisalign. From beginning to end I have been extremely happy with everything- if ever I wasn't happy with the progress, ammendments were made/new trays ordered until my teeth shifted where I wished them to be- which was all included with no hidden costs. In just 1 year I now have straight teeth! So I also highly recommend invisalign if you're considering braces. I feel SO much more confident now to smile and it's all thanks to Dr Lynsey and the team. Thank you all for being so warm, welcoming and making visiting the dentist as comfortable and pleasant as can be!

I've just finished my orthodontic treatment at Brighton Dental Clinic with Ilias and I am so happy with the results. 2 years in braces is not easy but the team at this dental practice is amazing! They are friendly and always ready to help so it made is so much easier to get through! Now I finished the treatment but I will stay as a patient for my regular check ups and hyginist visits.

My hygienist Victoria and my dentist Dr. Ilias Tzampazis are outstanding professionals. I can be a difficult person to please when the subject is my teeth but I do trust them 100% and I am very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them, you will definitely be in great hands.

I visited the clinic for my regular check-up. The reception and waiting room have been refurbished to a very high standard. Friendly and professional staff. Everything was very clean and Covid rules were in place. My dentist made me feel comfortable during the examination and the whole process.

I had a great experience and I can’t thank enough doctor Ilias Tzampazis to give me the best Christmas gift this year, a wonderful smile! At the beginning of the year he planned for me the six months smile orthodontic treatment and all the post braces procedure and I can say that, after only ten months, I can finally smile without worries! He is extremely professional, caring and he understood exactly my problem! I highly recommend him and also all the dental practice team as they take always good care of me! This is excellent for me!

I highly recommend the Brighton Dental Clinic. I’m a slightly nervous patient and put off visiting the dentist for a few years after moving into a new area. Dr Ilias was friendly and kind from the outset and made me feel very comfortable. I recently needed some cosmetic repair. He really took time to understand my main concerns and balanced this with the health and preservation of my teeth before recommending treatment. I found this level of integrity and professionalism so reassuring. Moreover, I’m thrilled with the results. I don’t think I have ever looked in the mirror and liked my smile until now and I feel so much more confident. Thank you Ilias and team for a great experience.

I recently went to see Ilia’s at the practice following a roast dinner with cackling that resulted in me breaking a Tooth, I was seen within two days of making my call the tooth was temporarily repaired and I have now two weeks later had the tooth fully restored , I cannot fault the service, from the wonderful girls on reception to the excellent skill from the dentist and dental assistant.

Having moved recently from London , I am delighted to have found this dental clinic . I had a really great check up with dentist Michael Fillery. He really makes you feel at ease and is very good. My previous dentist had recommended work that Michael confirmed was not necessary at this stage , saving a considerable amount.
I also had a great hygiene appointment the hygienist was very gentle and done a great job.

It was an amazing experience in my life, invisalign has changed my life. I used to be a self-abased person, I don’t smile in front of people so I decided to get my teeth corrected. After doing lots of researches I chose the Brighton Dental Clinic and obviously it was the best decision I've ever made. Vivek Shah is very professional, he tried his best to change my plan during the treatment to give a best result. I’m very appreciate. Also I’ve got free teeth whitening after the treatment. All the prices seemed reasonable for me, at least I got an amazing result in the end which made me so happy. So I really recommend this practice.

I went to Brighton dental clinic for adult orthodontic treatment where I was recommended 6 month smile braces. 7 months later I have my new super straight smile and I am just over the moon. Ilias is incredibly professional, explains everything to you, and makes you feel very at ease. Jasmine who is his dental nurse was always so helpful and welcoming too. Even the reception staff are lovely and always worked out my appointments around my shifts and put up with my constant phone calls. Hygienists are great too. Just wished I had started treatment earlier!

This is a superb dental practice, with lovely staff and great practitioners. I´ve always been able to book the appointments on a suitable time for me, from first thing in the morning to the last slot in the evening and even on Saturdays. Dr. Lynsey Crothers did a fantastic work on my smile, and she always explained sufficiently each procedure and my different options. As I said the auxiliary staff is lovely and really professional, particularly Charlotte, who was also always happy and open to stay a bit extra to finish any job that needed to be done. In general I am really happy with the work they did, it couldn`t have gone better.

After feeling quite nervous of going to the dentist I had such a positive experience here and would not hesistate to recommend . All the staff were so helpful and friendly from the time of booking to the end of the procedure.
I needed a replacement crown and Dr Lynsey was amazing. She explained everything clearly and did such a great job.. and painlessly. The previous crowns I had never felt quite right and I seemed to bite on them but hers fits perfectly and feels so much more comfortable.

I visited Brighton Dental Clinic a few months ago for a hygienist appointment. When I arrived the receptionist was all smile and made me feel welcome. The hygienist did a really good job!! I was amazed how precise and quick she is. I am used to hygienist treatments but I must admit that by far it was the best I have had as I did not feel any pain and I am delighted with the results still months later.
The whole practice shows professionalism and care for its patients. I highly recommend Brighton Dental Clinic

Having just undergone an intensive course of treatment with Lynsey Crothers at the Brighton Dental Clinic, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had to have almost all my teeth reconstructed due to erosion over the years. The result is fantastic - and people who have known me for some time couldn't be more complimentary. The work was undertaken in an extremely professional manner at all times, but at the same time, all of the staff at the clinic were engaging, re-assuring and friendly.
I would definitely recommend Brighton Dental Clinic for any dental work.

Absolutely fantastic service!!! Dr Ilias Tzampazis is very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I have a bit of fear of dentists but he put me at ease, reassuring me and providing a constant feedback. Was quickly seen and I must say, this is the best filling I've had done in YEARS.
No random sharp edges or big spaces where there shouldn't be, not proud on any edges and the procedure was also gentle and pain free.
