The reception staff very very very rude. I booked two appointments to my daughters(they were very sick) via 111. I was not knowing where is the place exactly, so when I hopefully arrived to the place. I was late only 5 minutes. The lady in the reception asked me to go back without any doctor examination because I was late 5 minutes. I was shocked and I asked her my daughters were very sick please could the doctor saw them but unfortunately she refused. The worse reception staff that I had ever seen as they don't have any humanity.
